Quality Inn & Suites St Augustine Beach

Stayed here after a cruise. Booking was easy and check-in was easy. The room was clean and smelled fresh. They have breakfast. The staff were very nice. The lady at check-in was very helpful and answered all my questions about the town and beach area. The bed was comfortable and the room was furnished nicely. Great price and great location. Close to town and very close to the board walk beach area which is just right across the street. I would definitely stay there again.

Everything was just fine and no complaints at all.

This property is in a great location. It’s only like a 2 block walk to the beach and it’s close to the historic city and eating

I feel the rooms could be updated a little by like painting the bathrooms and stuff like that. There is some mold build up. A lot of patch work. And sometimes the rooms smell damp like a mildew smell. I do think it’s time to offer full service breakfast. The pool could be a little cleaner. The office staff are extremely nice and kind. There is nothing majorly wrong with this hotel and shouldn’t be passed up for a fancy hotel on the A1A. My family will continue to stay here in the future. I have also over the times I’ve stayed here I have referred my friends and people I know to this hotel.

Great location. Nice walk to the beach down a pretty boardwalk. The room was spacious and had plenty of amenities. The staff was super friendly.

The hotel is definitely in need of renovations and the pool needed a good clean. It was also difficult for us to get to the showers/hose to wash out stuff from the beach off as the walkway to it between the pool and gate was incredibly narrow. The water pressure of the showers weren’t very great either, but it was doable.

Great location, walking distance to beach (boardwalk). Nice size room. Very comfortable bed. If in area will stay here again as a 1st choice.

Only offered "to go" bagged breakfast. Said it was due to COVID, but on this Roadtrip we stayed in equivalent hotels in Savannah GA (Quality Inn), Asheboro NC(Best Western), Charleston SC (Days Inn), & Ormond Beach FL(Hampton Inn) & ALL gave us hot meals in the hotel. Think this Quality Inn may have been keeping coats down vs actual COVID precautions. Didn't have to mask in lobby.

Good breakfast as usual,was called by the manager on my second day,that I had to change my room due to security reasons, the manager switched me to a room with a suite ,room 330,that was great,the manager did some outstanding customer service!

It was all good.

The room was very clean and nice. The best bed to sleep in for a hotel!!!! Will recommended and stay again!!!

More breakfast options is the only thing I can think of for any kind of improvements if it needed any.

It was very clean. Close and amazing walk to the beach. Close to everything. Large room. Staff was amazing. Pool was nice. Very affordable.

We had to move from our first room after unpacking because of a leak in the bathroom faucet and it was unavoidable but they were really great about it. The second room had some cosmetic issues (hole in the wall) it is an older motel though but they seem to be updating. It was very clean though. Very nice.

Awesome breakfast included,and lots of choices,friendly staff and comfortable and clean rooms,will keep on going there if they keep this up,it was a great value for the money.

There was no breakfast at the time we stayed only coffe

I wasent told that I was going to get charge for holding the two rooms at the moment I reserve the two rooms I think that’s why we reserve a room on time and not to get charge over $125 to hold each room it’s the only think I didn’t like I wouldn’t say nothing if we would get the $250 hold back but we didn’t I’ve reserve other hotels around Miami and we never get charge for holding a room we just pay our room rate and a $50 deposit but other than that staff and around the hotel was ok

I like the staffs. They are pretty accommodating. Easy to talk with and willing to help. The hotel is pretty old , but the location was good enough. Its very accessible and convenient! The breakfast was included but never eat there. Nothing much to grab. But, its ok, not a big deal!

The hotel itself. Its old compare to other Qi that I've been. But as what I said, the front desk employees were pretty nice. They gave us information about the location and where to go to have fun.
