I stayed here last year when my mom passed away and I had to drive to Southern California to help my brother clean out her place. We needed a place to stay when returning from vacation. I remembered this place and booked it. The rooms are so big and comfortable. They have a great selection for breakfast and that's important.

The switch to turn on the lamps was hard to find. The base was dark and the room was dark and we couldn't turn them on! I called the front desk and the woman said she was new and didn't have a clue... so that was no help. Finally got the flashlight going on the phone and finally found it!

The service was very nice, receptionists were very sweet and helpful - in particular when we arrived and needed help with different things. The room itself was nice even though very far from the reception. It was well-equipped and clean. Breakfast was AMAZING - scrambled eggs, boiled eggs, fresh fruits - and real plates and cutlery - no plastic!!! (Which as we found out during our road trip was very special to see in the US, and we were so thankful for this!!) :)

The air-conditioning was very loud. Apart from that everything was nice.

it was clean, the room was comfortable, we enjoyed our stay. the staff were friendly. I would stay there again. Two tv’s, one with each bed. Felt safe and secure.

The hallways smelt like smoke but the room didn’t. It was kind of hot in our room, the air turned on but wasn’t very cold and only one window opened. The breakfast had variety potatoes, omelet, sausage, waffle, toast/bagel, yogurt, fruit, fresh fruit, hard boiled egg, coffee, juice. the taste was a little off on the food though, very generic, like warmed up omelet etc. But filling. They do require a deposit but it was fine. $100 card or $300 if using cash.

it was attractive from the outside, close to essential stores and the highway, and had large rooms. I appreciated access to the guest laundry facility (although be aware the atm in the lobby charges a $5 fee)

I think the a/c was broken for the lobby area—but that was minor. It sounds weird, but the newer shower design isn’t something I appreciated. It was a half shower door with the rain shower head. Downside is that it’s nearly impossible to stay warm enough in the shower since the warm air escapes—so shaving legs with goosebumps is torture.

We loved the room. The beds were comfortable and true queens. (Too many times, beds are advertised as queens, but they turn out to be large double.) The living room area was an added bonus. The grandchildren enjoyed the pool, which was 3 feet deep all around and not intimidating. They enjoyed the hot tub as well. The breakfast was hot and a decent variety of dishes. The coffee was good and strong.

If I have a complainant, it would be the extra long hallway, but doable on a motorized wheelchair.

This is the first time in years that a hotel says they have a jacuzzi tub, I could really use it. (Lake Elsinore's was filthy; the Silver Legacy in Reno had brown water in the tub). The bathtub area was laid out attractively. The room was large. Tidy. Clean. But there is a pool, spa, exercise room. Breakfast was included with fresh fruit. Hard-boiled eggs, hot cereal, regular things like eggs, bacon biscuits and gravy. Waffle maker and more. A little surprise was a small den area near the hotel entrance with a fireplace, couch, books, etc.

On the surface, the place is somewhat shabby. There is poor maintenance. For instance, in the rooms, you can see clearly where they removed a lock and replaced it, without filling in and painting over the old area. The mirror in the bathroom felt as if it were ready to pull away from the wall. There are other areas of careless repairs evident in the room. They didn't affect the stay - and the room WAS clean. However, the first thing you see when you walk to your room gives the worst impressions. The carpet in the hallway desperately needs to be cleaned or replaced. It is totally full of spills and other stains that must have been there for years. Seeing that, I was dreading walking into the room. But, the turned out to be just fine.

This place was conveniently located, right next to Target in case you are like me and forgot something. Located in an easily accessible location near the freeway. The front desk was friendly and helpful. The reason for my score was because everything was great. The room itself was an older room but everything had fresh paint and new furniture. The beds were comfortable and though the bathroom looked a little old, it was clean and had fresh paint and great water pressure. The breakfast was like any other Holiday Inn Express style breakfast, nothing to brag about but more than enough selections that you can find something you would like. Definitely a bonus. For the price this hotel was spot on. It felt safe and comfortable so I would definitely stay again but just for an overnight. Any longer stay I would probably go for a little bit better hotel. Oh and I forgot to mention they have a bar that is a great end to your travels.

The room was a little old

the area it was close to everything the beds super comfortable breakfast was great room was big the hot tub was great staff was really nice check in was easy price was reasonable and like how you have tell noon to check out definitely will be returning for another stay.

the windows don’t open and felt hot in room since no fresh air can come in the room felt suffocated and the air conditioner takes awhile to cool the room would of really liked to be able to open a window and because there a weird smell in the room and the whole building but other then that everything was great

I liked the convenience and how quiet and peaceful it was. The white lady at the front desk is THE NICEST staff you guys got. She's so patient, efficient, and sweet. She made me look forward to staying there.

I went downstairs at 2am to ask for a parking pass for my friend who had just gotten there and the man behind the desk seemed annoyed and I didn't like his tone when I didn't understand him the first time and asked him to clarify. He raised his voice and sounded annoyed.

Breakfast was good. Great having coffee bar open 24 hours size of room was nice

the hallways were a bit messy needing vacuuming during the whole stay the elevator was dirty and the rug needed cleaning. 3 nights were so noisy, kids running around all night until 2 am or maybe a dog? the curtains were filthy the TV remote was not working 2 days we had no internet Sunday the internet was out from 4 am until after 4 pm because the manager doesn't come in until 3. we found that to be unexceptionable. It was on again until the next morning at 3 am it was out again. the internet for the computer was also not working. The room had no information about the hotels services,or surrounding,There appeared to be some kind of bar code sticker on the desk but it was worn off and could not be read.
