The check-in/check-out was the smoothest and fastest I have ever encountered and that was with people ahead of me. The staff was exceptional! This is the first hotel I have stayed where all staff were so attentive, pleasant and willing to help no matter what age/years of experience. The space is the room was comfortable. There were several places to sit and relax other than the beds themselves. Although we never used the tv, it was a decent size and was able to accommodate the different areas of the room for viewing pleasure. The breakfast offered several options including accommodations for different dietary needs. There were several options for acquiring food/beverages that not only deliver right to the hotel door but there was also a restaurant within the hotel parking lot featuring djs and live music. The pool was small enough that the children were comfortable and relaxed.

Unfortunately the pancake machine was broken which was a big seller for the kids however, there were so many other great options they didn’t seem to mind. The elevator is a little slow.

I loved a lot about this property! The location was great! There were different places you could travel to and it wasn’t far from places like schenectady and the Van Gogh museum. Breakfast was excellent! The staff worked hard to keep everything hot, fresh, and full! The room was so spacious and inviting! The TV was a bit small for the room but I never even turned it on so it wasn’t an issue! Everything was so comfortable and thought out layout wise! The indoor pool was small but it was just enough to enjoy on a day with nothing planned! Best hotel stay I’ve had in a while! Thank you!

Only thing that happened-our door was a little finicky and our room key didn't work on the first try regularly. Could take up to 5-8 tries to get it to work. The ladies at the front desk knew it too. We told them our key didn't work at first and she came up to the room with us. After some tries we got it to work. Something we had to work with on our stay, but nothing horrendous.

The room was very well designed and in excellent condition. The staff was exceptionally friendly. The complimentary breakfast was quite good. The entire area felt very safe. The hotel was very quiet.

The bathroom lights were very bright. If you get up at night to use the bathroom, it shocks your eyes. There is no dimmer switch or separate switch to get just one light.

Breakfast was excellent. Do NOT miss the cinnamon buns that they make. INCREDIBLE. The eggs/omelets and all else were great. Nice variety to choose from.

We corrugated in the lobby/breakfast area with several couple from our party as well as other parties that were staying at the hotel and were told to hold it down at around 9pm on a Saturday night. The quiet time was stated as 10pm and we thought it was odd we were approached. We were just laughing loudly... but that is a small complaint. Overall GREAT STAY!

We loved that our room was at the end of the building. Breakfast was a plus when we did have it. Local restaurants near the hotel was a big plus. The room and bathroom was very spacious, we even had a mini refrigerator!!!

The only issue we had was the room card. We had it re-activated every day.

The location was ideal, and the room was excellent. We loved the partial blackout shades, and although we usually travel with our own pillows, we didn't need them.

There was no Keurig in the room (on the table where the sign said to enjoy a cup of Keurig coffee). Also, the breakfast room was not as well stocked as it could have bee.

Our suite - room 320 - faced teh parking lot and a next store Bistro. the noise in the parking lot on Friday and Saturday night lasted well past midnight and some noise including motorcycles lasted to 2:30 in the morning. So good sleep was an issue.

Room service was very consistent. Dining area was clean and coffee was always available. Site was very convenient although the northway is loud. I would recommend this hotel and definitely stay there again.

Parking, access road was in poor condition, broken card reader on side door, shower leaked, room door didn’t self close properly and dead bolt misaligned.

Great breakfast spread. Shuttle to area venues was excellent and easy to access. Front desk personnel were very friendly and helpful with our stay.

The dark Shade in window was off the it’s roller.
