The high ratings told the truth about this very nice, family friendly, exceptionally clean hotel located just off the expressway. The full breakfast included was delicious and there was a variety of items to choose from. The bacon and do-it yourself waffle iron was a hit and favored by many of the guests that we dined with. The pool area was supplied well with seating and fresh towels daily. Staff was incredible and so kind our entire stay. We will be staying again!

The only thing I feel could be better was sanitizing stations should be placed at the breakfast bar. Too many chances for cross contamination with the constant traffic back and forth to self- serve. Also, there was a very small trash can on the counter by the coffee that was entirely too small and would overflow very fast, leaving spilled coffee creamer on the counter as guests reached over to place there leaking coffee creamer containers in the trash can provided below the counter.

My family and I stayed here twice and everything was perfect and clean. We loved our stay and we especially enjoyed the pool. Hopefully get to come again next summer. We are incredibly thankful for the staff for their professionalism and work. My dog, was welcomed here with no problems and she also enjoyed her time at the hotel! THANK YOU

Great location for what we did. Staff answered our questions for best place to eat. Our fire alarm was going off in room staff was quick to fix it. Excellent service. Breakfast was a bonus to get in the mornings.

Maybe better selection of things for breakfast if anything. Everything else was great. Room was excellent. Beds were comfortable. They cleaned our room while we was gone. No complaints 😊😊😊

The location is convenient for a few night. A bit noisy by the freeway. New renovations looks beautiful. VERY CLEAN. The room was very nice with new carpets, linens, furniture. The staff was super nice and very friendly. We asked a question and one of the managers sat down and talked to us about it. Breakfast is not the way it was 2 years ago but plenty of good food and great hot coffee. Very clean room. You heated up sandwiches, had cold items, muffins, danish, cold cereal and fruit too. Plus other items fresh juice and more. We will be back in a few weeks. THANKS

Great variety of food for the breakfast. This hôtel is a great place to stay. We had our old little blind dog who was welcome in.

There was no ventilation un the bathroom, si there was a smell of humidité when We entered the room.

Third time staying here and love the staff and overall cleanliness of the building and grounds

Had a room the furthest from the elevator you could possibly be and we were all older women with knee problems. Also asked for an adjoining room if possible and did not get one. Clerk told me next time to call the hotel direct and requests would most likely be given

I liked the location of it. I travel with the family and everything it’s close to the hotel. The Hershey Park is 45 minutes away, Amish attraction and farms 15-25 minutes away……. Gas station, and ayude like Walmart are minutes from the hotel.

I wish the pool could stay open till 10:00 pm at least, because their current hours are till 9:00 pm….. around 8:30 pm. We came back and wishing to jump in the pool for a little longer. Other than that the hotel and pool services, cleanest and attention is a MOST TO VISIT AND STAY.

Pool was nice, cleaner was great breakfast was plentiful. There was some kind of convention going on and the men were very courteous.

Would like to get some more added to the hot plates was only sausage and eggs or bacon and eggs. Would like to see biscuits and gravy just a suggestion.

Breakfast was ok. Would have preferred a better variety of cereal. Sausages seemed uncooked and waxy. Coffee was not good. Some hotels have a coffee bar 24/7 which is nice with fruit and cookies which is a nice touch.

The breakfast was fine for complimentary breakfast; nothing special. The room was spacious and comfortable. Denver was a good location for us because we went into Lancaster City and Intercourse; plus we attended a Reading Phillies game.

There was no bathroom fan which I found unusual. It was easy to hear hallway noise.
