The bathroom was well thought out with a walk-in shower. The breakfast supplied by the hotel was excellent. I highly recommend it despite its price tag. After checkout, the staff took care of our luggage until it was time to head off to our next stop on our trip.

The room was arranged in such a way that the bed was against a wall, so one of us had to climb in from the foot of the bed. This was not a big deal. There were French doors to a balcony outside, thank goodness, because we must have arrived during northern Europe's worst heat wave in awhile. Unfortunately, the cord on the supplied fan did not allow the fan to reach the French doors so we could cool the room a little.

If I wanted to be really petty then tea bags and sugar weren’t always replenished in the room.

A 5-minute walk from the Metro line. Situated on the water and very peaceful. We opted for a room with a water view, a slightly bigger room that was well furnished, clean and bright. Mini Bar, Tea/Coffee etc, all the normal extras you would expect from a hotel of this standard. We were there for the Ironman event and the hotel ensured there was a room set aside for bikes and bike boxes throughout. Breakfast was a full selection of hot/cold, pastries, breads, juices, hot drinks which from opening to closing never run out. On race day they served the same selection from 4am which is not something you find in other hotels but was received gratefully by all the athletes. From the hotel it is walking distance to the food court (highly recommended) and the Nyhmar district. Nyhmar has plenty of restaurants and bars (slightly more expensive) but great to sit and soak up the atmosphere (and watch the sunset).

There was nothing to fault with the hotel or staff. All went out of their way to help throughout our stay. This included us borrowing bikes for the day even though we had officially checked out.

Location was great. Overall service was very good, and front desk was helpful. Right out the front door you were on the main canal and an easy walk to the Nyhavn and footbridge over to Christianshavn, both fun eating, exploring and cultural spots in the center of Copenhagen.

Room was very clean but too small for what we paid. Bathroom was good size but hotel room was small for two people with luggage (and we travel light). We could only get in bed from one side. Other side was up against wall. The balcony was nice but we hardly used it. We thought Hotel would have a little bit more of a vibe going, but it is really just a solid, well-run travel & tour group hotel. But all in all, the location was great.

Great location, helpful staff and clean rooms! However there was an inconvenience, as the standard room we were given was very small and uncomfortable and without any sunlight (small window). We asked to change and there was no other standard room available so they offered us a premium room with a discount. Although the price was good compared to the room, we had no other option technically, as the standsrd room that we had booked was not to the standards that were described on the website. So we ended up paying for a premium room, whereas had we known we would have chosen another hotel on the price range that we are comfortable with.

The customer service at the hotel was outstanding. Nothing was too much trouble. The breakfast was healthy and plenty of it. I also really thought that the option of when to clean the rooms was very eco friendly and was left to the customers decision.

There was nothing I didn’t like. But here are a few suggestions for further improvements. The provision of a toaster at breakfast would be an added bonus and the provision of an extra pillow in the bedroom for use if needed would be helpful.

Very clean, convenient location and super friendly staff

I wish breakfast were less expensive if not included. I know it’s not the same across the world but we got great breakfasts close by for less money than the hotel would’ve been for something less substantial. Would’ve been ideal and more convenient to eat there though.

The hotel was spotlessly clean and all the staff were very friendly and helpful. There was a great selection of food options at breakfast and the hotel is in a good location for exploring. Very comfortable beds.

There was a lot of noise in the evenings, not coming from the hotel but we assume from the local nightclub or party boats. It certainly didn't spoil our stay but did wake our children up a couple of times during our stay.

Everything was great! The staff was very helpful and friendly, we even had some nice chats with some of them! Even more perfect, the location! we were there for a touristic long weekend and did everything walking. All the sites are close by which is ideal

Even though we had read reviews before and seen the pictures the hotel room we booked was in fact really small. It is meant for two people but when you can bearly get into bed from both sides of the bed does it really countr for 2? That said, the available space was very well utilized!

The location is superb, quiet area but within walking distance of pretty much everything. We had ballet tickets one evening and the location was also ideal for catching the boat-bus to the opera house. The staff were great, always polite, friendly and helpful. It was great that we could leave our luggage in a secure area after check out. The breakfast was amazing, I loved the oat porridge and the chia pots, but also the savoury options and the healthy ginger shots. All in all a great stay!
