The Huxley Copenhagen, BW Premier Collection

The room was spotlessly clean, well designed and efficient. Bed very comfy. Air conditioning was key because we would have been too warm without it. Bathroom is tiny but so well designed it didn’t bother us. Plenty of places to stash toiletries for two women. Location is fantastic. Quiet street and close to water. Lots of yummy eating options nearby. Staff is delightful. Bikes available to rent. Price was very reasonable.

The common areas / lobby are underwhelming and the only thing that reminds you it’s a Best Western. Bikes can get booked if you don’t rent early, but there are lots of share bikes parked at the waterfront that you can rent via an app.

The Huxley is centrally located, walking distance from everything and away from the parties area. The receptionist was very professional and nice, as the rest of the staff. The breakfast buffet is the finest one I have experienced in quite some time: rich and delicious! The room was very small but very pretty with everything one needs.

No air conditioning, the room was very hot, we were obliged to sleep with the window opened, and therefore had to bear with noises and shouts from party goers until very early in the morning: bring earplugs. The floor in our room wasn’t very clean, dust bunnies all over; the second day the room was poorly cleaned and late in the afternoon. The bed was small for 2 persons!

The room was clean and tidy and an ideal size for us. We were upgraded to a room with a bath, which was a bonus!! The beds were so comfortable it was difficult to get out of bed! The location of the Hotel was excellent, so close to all the sights and despite this the nights were so peaceful. Staff were very friendly and helpful. We recommend this Hotel to anyone considering a short stay.

Unfair to comment about the breakfast as we decided to eat out, but it looked very good. Shame we didn't have heated pipes for drying our towels, after bath/shower, whilst out. TV was limited to just a few channels we could watch, although it was mainly background.

A very pleasant, stylish hotel, on a quiet street only a few minutes walk from picturesque Nyhavn. We had a good sized room with attractive furniture. Staff were really friendly and helpful. Breakfasts were really good and can be cooked to order - we enjoyed tasty omelettes.

Room was situated facing internally, somewhat overlooked by windows adjacent and opposite. One rather slow coffee machine at breakfast which created irritating queues at busy times. Tasted good though!

We really liked that the hotel was right in the center and it was close to all main landmarks and public transport stations. Within one minute walk, one can already be at the canal and enjoy a walk next to the water. The cosmetics (shampoo and shower gel) in the room were very nice quality and the room was cozy. One can also rent a bike from the hotel to explore the city -we did it and it was totally worth it! The people who work there were very friendly and helpful!

Spacious room in a quiet location, comfortable bed, friendly and helpful staff, sensational breakfast. Easy walk to Nyhavn and the city, and easily accessible via the metro (get off at Kongens Nytorv then walk about 500m).

There was no refrigerator in the room, no air conditioning or fan, and the lighting didn't work properly (kept going off after 15 minutes) which was eventually resolved by reception staff. In summer, with no aircond or fan, the room can get quite stuffy, and we had to remove the doona from the bedcovers (as they were too hot to sleep under, and there was no separate sheet to have over the top of us).

the staff especially the receptionist when we checked in (was a guy didn’t get his name) were unbelievable friendly and helpful. the location was perfect within walking distance of most landmarks. always offered bikes aswell

not a dig at this property individually as a lot of hotels now do it and I don’t get it but the frosted glass bathroom doors. Going on a romantic getaway and having to watch your better half doing the business

The property was in a nice location, near Nyhavn and the center and shopping areas. Public transport stations were close by as well which made getting around very easy. The airport was a quick train ride and there were plenty of metro connections from the hotel to get all around the city. We were very pleased that our room was ready early as well, so we didn't have to wait to drop our stuff off and get to exploring the city. The shower was nice, and the whole room was clean and spacious. The breakfast was also pretty good, which we had on our last day before heading to the airport.

The breakfast was a little expensive, but it was pretty good so I don't regret getting it at all. The staff around was very friendly and there were plenty of options to choose from.

Good location, very nice decorated room with nice colours and furniture. Beautyfull bathroom with Rituals products. Very good breakfast. Umbrellas for when it rains. Coffee and tea making facilities in the room.

Slightly overpriced hotel. We took a bigger and more expensive room because the smallest room is only 8m². No fridge in the room, no airco (only a small fan). Ugly orange curtains that don't match the room :-) Not a cosy bar.

Location - great! Near to metro & easy access from airport. Close to touristy-sites, the old-stage theatre and shops and waterfront. It was nice and quiet. Really comfy beds and stylish bathroom. Good breakfast. Very friendly and helpful staff day and night. Could have been cleaner on lift floor and areas in front of lifts. It was good to be able to hire bikes from the hotel. We liked the room - but it overlooked the courtyard and was a bit dark as we were on the more shaded side.

Would have liked fresh flowers at the reception desk - or more plants. Didn't like the water feature in the foyer - could have had more swan chairs or greenery at that place.
