It is very easy to check-in into the hotel as all the pin codes are provided via e-mail or the booking.com app. The room I booked was cozy and extremely comfy, starting from the pillow and continuing with the duvet and the mattress. It is extremely central so in matter of location it’s great, right across the tran station which happens to be across the street from Tivoli. The hotel was quiet in spite of Distortion festival going on.

The level of cleanliness in the bathrooms and toilets could be better. For instance at the showers there’s no area where you can get through the whole pre-sleep process: shower, brush your teeth because there’s no sink, that’s at the toilet. I have nothing against it as long as there’s a sort of support for the tube of toothpaste and floss and other things you might use.

We had lots of issues when we moved in, but the staff kindly helped us to take care of them, ending in us resolving the issues and having a pleasant stay. I wouldn't recommend this to others nor stay here again myself, but the staff are very friendly and more than happy to help you, and I am grateful for their flexibility, communication, and generosity in helping us resolve the issues we faced. The location is EXCELLENT, and overall I give it 8/10. I like the concept of WTS, but I would have liked more consistency in the execution. That being said everything in life is a work in progress, and I recognise that the team try their best to make guests comfortable, meet and exceed their expectations, and overall provide a valuable and pleasurable offering.

Pros: Staff flexibility, friendliness and willingness to help the guests, as well as the location and the benefit of not needing to carry keys around | Cons: - (No comment).

So close to Central Station, Tivoli, Circus, nice walks to the Canal, Tivoli food court with excellent selections, Central station also has very good food available. Very comfy bed and clean sheets, duvet etc. Bathrooms and showers are also clean. Had read reviews before so checked out tiny toilet for fun, it still works. 2 other toilets and two showers on same floor. Lovely view onto courtyard from our room. Electronic entry super easy. Great communication from hosts.

All was as advertised. So be careful to read all that is included or not. Don't expect something that isn't there.

I liked that the capsule I booked was larger than I expected. I also appreciated the privacy I had after closing my capsule.

The toilet room next to our room was too small. It was an effort to close the door when I was inside and I'm not fat. Also a lift would be nice because I had with me 2 pieces of heavy luggage and carrying them up the stairs wasn't nice.

The property is conveniently located at the central accessible to all leisure, food and transport. Tivoli Gardens is just walking distance so is the hop on hop off pick up point. It is clean daily by friendly staff.

It is our first time to use capsule accommodation. Felt claustrophobic and only ventilated by a small exhaust fan. The host was kind and did everything to sort out the problem. offered an upgrade BUT it was beyond our travel budget

Very good location close to Copenhagen central train station. Impressed with the simple decor and the cleanliness. Good instructions for the coded entry.

Pillows were big and firm- not to our liking so a couple of spare pillows would be good!

Location was central and easy to find in the dark, which is why i made the reservation.

Had some technical difficulties that the customer service were able to deal with quickly. They were very helpful and had a nightime person in charge for responding at 03:00 even!

Very bad conditioning in the capsule, had to open the door and get some fresh air from opened window, luckily our capsule was right beside it.

Everything was good. The room is quit, nice bed and very good Wi-Fi. There are common toilets and showers there. Very close to the central station and to the center.
