Eco-friendly hotel, simple yet beautifully designed and with a very cozy cummunal lobby/lounge area. Literally 2 steps from the train station and 4 min walk to Tivoli, surrounded by several restaurants and take-aways. Very nice staff at the front desk!

Although it comes with shared bathrooms, they were clean and it did not happen once that we would need to wait.

Location, location, location! This hotel was very conveniently located within 2-3 minutes walk from the central train station, so it was very easy to access all public transit and the airport trains. Breakfast was excellent, with fresh bread, fruit, tea/coffee/juices, and to my surprise, lactose-free milk (hooray!). The front desk staff were extremely friendly and amicable, and were very kind to help us out to store our bags in the lockers while we waited for check-in. The room was quite cozy, and the mattresses and pillows clean and comfortable, with a small sink in the room. It was a quick walk to the shared washroom and shower. There are USB ports next to the bedside, so it was great not having to fish out an EU power adapter to charge phones and portable devices.

The hotel is located right behind the central station, so it is really close to the center as well. Rooms are small but very clean, you have all the essentials such as good bed sheets, towels, hair dryer, soap. Reception staff is extremely friendly and we also had breakfast at the property which was very delicious, fresh and had a large variety of food to choose from. Hotel area is safe and quiet so we could sleep with the window open and there was no noise. Although outside was a bit cold (10 degrees celsius), room was warm and comfortable.

There is no elevator and since it is an old building you can hear people walking up and down the stairs or walking on the corridor. For us, a young group of friends going on a city break it did not really matter, as we did not spend that much time in the room. However it was very quiet at night. A fridge in the room would have been useful. There is also no wardrobe in the room, just 2 hangers, but again for spending 3 nights for a city break that s not really needed, so there was absolutely no problem for us.

Really good value for money. Saga Hotel was better than we were expecting! The hotel has great location - right next to train station, very close to the city centre. The place is very clean, quiet and has a nice decor inside. We had a room with bathroom so it was really comfortable (pro tip: if you book room by booking.com it’s not so straight forward to find this option). Our room was on 4th floor so it’s worth to mention that there’s no elevator in the building (but for us it wasn’t a big deal). The staff are all really nice and helpful. Really good experience. We highly recommend this place!

We particularly wanted to mention the lovely staff. Everyone we met were very kind and helpful. The location was absolutely great, we could walk to all the attractions we wanted to visit. The room and bathroom were clean. They were also simple, but in a good way. The breakfast was pretty standard, but good for the price.

Our room was on the 4th floor and there was no elevator. While we were okay climbing the stairs, it would have been nicer to have an elevator. The breakfast also didn't have gluten free options, which was disappointing.

The stuff is amazing and very, very helpful. Thank you for being helpful, professional and creative. Location is amazing. Close to the central station and about 20 minutes calm walk to the city center. Rooms are modest but clean and you have there everything what you need. I highly recommend this place. Nice breakfast as well.

I stayed longer than 3 days and in some point, I had a room without bathroom. Would be nice to have more bathrooms and toilets are they seem to be only two for entire floor which sometimes cause that I had to wait really long time. Especially in the morning. That is not a big disadvantage though.

Close to transportations. Well decorated and clean. Nice, smily and helpful staff. Breakfast is good. Drinkable tap water. Definitely happy to have chosen Go Hotel Saga.

I believe the hotel should provide two essentials with the room, a boiler with two cups and a hairdryer. However it was clearly stated in the room description that these items are not included and I managed to bring my own hairdryer.

We stayed in a private double room with breakfast included, between 7-11 March 2023. The breakfast was varied and so delicious. The size of the room and bathroom is sufficient, and we were very pleased with the cleanliness. The hotel is right next to the København H station so it is very easy to reach by metro. It is also a 1-minute walk from Copenhagen Central Train Station, so it was very easy to get to Malmö and the airport.

As a disadvantage, I can only mention that the sound insulation of the rooms is not sufficient and there are no slippers in the rooms. However, this was not a situation that would reduce the quality of our accommodation experience.

Staff were super friendly and all spoke amazing English, as did everyone in Copenhagen! Fab room with lovely view. In a perfect location five mins walk from central station and Tivoli. We felt safe walking at night here too.

Would definitely stay here again but next time would pay the bit extra for an en suite. Our room was further away from the shared bathroom than I'd expected. We didn't have many problems with people using it when we wanted to, but I would say it's worth the extra to have an en suite if you can afford it, but you'll definitely manage with the shared facilities.

I really liked the value of the overall stay for money paid. The breakfast was the highlight of the Hotel - you can get amazing pieces of breads and cakes just baked, they were very delicious!!!. In addition, the place is really well located, you only have to walk 2-3minutes once you arrive to the Central Station. From the Central Station you can go anywhere. About the room, if you are in a mood of getting more comfort book a room with private bathroom. It is not a big room but there are plenty of things to know about Copenhagen so you are going to stay at the hotel only to have breakfast and during night.

It was the first time, I was charged a small fee (not significant) to leave my luggage in the luggage room after doing the check out (around EUR 4). Be ready to be charged in usual things in Copenhagen.
