The room was well designed, spacious, comfortable and warm. The bathing products were lovely and there were extras not expected like body oil, toothpaste tabs and body lotion. The spa was really pleasant but the opening hours could be longer. It did get a little crowded at the weekend. Location is great, breakfast looked good though we didn’t try it.

There was construction noise that we weren’t told about which started from 7am and lasted until gone 5pm. That meant we were woken up very early, and were unable to rest well in the room all day. Thus was especially unfortunate since one of us had a terrible migraine whuch was really difficult to shift with the noise.

Hotel decor and atmosphere are lovely and quirky with a fabulous outdoor terrace. The food was excellent (breakfast). Room v comfy, but the bed is a bit soft for my taste (had a topper so I think they are probably due to be changed soon as these may have been used to increase the life of the mattress), room quite small (probably could have done without a huge leather sofa) but I think that is common in the city centre. Bathroom is good, but the grouting going black and the shower head v small, thus pressure is not brilliant. The staff were friendly and helpful. Love the eco credentials and the toiletries are superb.

NO AIR CONDITIONING (not ideal). Also, there is nowhere in the hotel to get food after 7pm. This is not ideal when traveling alone. Lastly, the road that the hotel was in is fine, but at the far end, the area has strip clubs, homeless shelter etc, so again not ideal for a lady traveling alone - that said, if you go the other way, it's fine! Not so thrilled that the eco-credentials spread to not supplying leading brands of spirits in the bar - only those that are artisanal and organic. I really wanted a proper Aperol Spritz and ended up with something that tasted like a Bucks fizz.

The staff member receptionist, dark hair, on point!! Breakfast - superb. Hotel room - wonderful. Scenery and cleanliness - highly impressive!!! Gym - cosy and unique. Spa and Sauna - I will try this out on my third visit (next visit) The Bar - I'm not much of a bar person to be honest but from the outside looking in, it's was a vibe and atmospheric. Overall lay out - stylish and homely at the same time.

The fact I had to leave my woman and the hotel at the same time. I will return obviously and try to spend more time at the hotel. Everything else was just naturally cool, calm, and collective. Thank all of you, and i will come back once again! Jonathan Harris Birmingham UK 🇬🇧

Staff were all very friendly and helpful. Got a great free upgrade to a much bigger room with a balcony. Spa was very good. Location was excellent - close to the station and walking distance to the centre and also meatpacking area. Lots of restaurants and facilities in the area.

Would have been nice to have a coffee machine for expresso in the room - even the breakfast option didn't provide this. Shower not the most powerful (maybe to do with less water use) Found it odd that lights weren't key operated and could potentially be left on all day if you went out (not in line with energy efficiency)

Beautiful cozy room, comfy bed, lovely little balcony, nice bathroom with the bathtub and abundance of fine cosmetics, we loved the bathrobes. We enjoyed the breakfast every morning. The hotel looks very nice, the outside terrace is superb, all the staff is very helpful and friendly, we loved our stay and felt very comfy. The hotel restaurant was also very nice, we enjoyed our dinner the first night. The hotel is literally next to the central train station, very easy to get to/from the airport, there’s also a metro station there. You can reach the city center on foot within a few minutes. It was just perfect, definitely worth to stay.

The room was lovely. Very clean and spacious. I loved the window and the decor. The TV in the bed was an added bonus. The bed was so comfortable, I didn't want to leave. The staff at the front desk were very nice and helpful and made me feel welcome. The location couldn't have been better as it was very close to the city centre and a very short walk to the train station. I had no problems getting around.

Unfortunately I didn't use the spa as it was much smaller than I thought it would be. There was someone or multiple people inside when I went to use it and there's no way to book a time.

The Reception staff are great and very friendly. The ethos of the place is very eco-friendly and they provide a wide range of products like moisturisers, body oil, tooth brushes (bamboo). The breakfast looked lovely, but I didn't eat there. They provided organic drinks - tea/coffee. Very nicely presented. The location is very central and near transportation links.

The bed was too soft for me, but that's my issue as I have a back problem. The bathroom was also tiny, well equipped, but you had to be careful standing up off the toilet or you might smack your head off the towel "ladder". The room was small too and very warm. There was a giant fan in the room, but I didn't use it, I opened the window for a while instead.

I extended my stay and although my previous room got booked I was still upgraded slightly. The floors in the bathroom are heated in this building, nice touch! I have a cute closet and the spa is much closer, plus a cute balcony. The room was still big enough for me.

The only difficult thing is that there are window blinds on the balcony door which is the only air vent so I’d have to pull open the blinds in order to open the door but then everyone can see in. So if there were separated blinds that didn’t need to be pulled up to access the door handle that would make it more convenient for everyone. Otherwise, still excellent!

Location is amazing - 2 min from Copenhagen Central (tip: take the train from T3 which is fast and good value). Late check in with no issues, stunning room with a kettle, teabags and a milk sachet (happy Brit), very comfortable bed, quiet although facing the street. Great breakfast, really excellent stay.

Bath appeared to be leaking but can hardly complain about that. Lift is a little alarming (sounds and interior decoration) so take the stairs. The other person staying said the restaurant was very pricey compared to restaurants around.

Great location - a 2 minute walk from the station, the meatpacking district with loads of great restaurants and Tivoli gardens. It was the perfect base for exploring the city and felt really nice and warm to come back and chill after a long day. Bedrooms were really comfortable and decorated nicely and the rest of the hotel felt homely with friendly staff.

In some places the bedroom could have been cleaned a bit more and instead of paper cups in the room, it would have been nice to have mugs so we felt like we were throwing less away (even though they are meant to be sustainable!). Other than that, we loved it :)
