The location is next to all the "strip clubs" (in quotes because they are basically brothels) which was not pleasant when going out at night as I was approached by several hookers and drug dealers and shady men were common in the area due to what all this attracts. Not the hotels fault and is a shame because the location would be great if not for this but still something to consider.

Very satisfied with everything; it was a great stay I recommend it 💯

First of all, very grateful to the staff for the opportunity of an early check-in. However, the hall is nice, clean and more than comfortable to sit and wait. The room was neat and very cosy, with a good view out of window. Although the bed was a bit narrow. Bathrooms and toilets are a few separate rooms on each floor, also nice and clean, some of them have hairdryer. You can buy yourself a breakfast at reception, which is just wonderful and definitely worthy of its price. The bar is very nice too, highly recommend to order something in the evening. The location of the hotel is one of the best things of the hotel. It’s right in the center of Copenhagen, close to metro, Central train station and literally to everything, many cafés, bars and restaurants are around.

The bed in my room was a bit narrow.

- The location is perfect. It was 5 minutes on foot from the railway station and we could take a walk around the whole Copenhagen sightseeing without public transport - I enjoyed the bathroom, it has been renovated not so far - Easy and fast check-in/check-out - We've been staying for 2 nights, but anyway the room was tidied after 1st day

- There was absence of cups and forks in the kitchen, so we needed to take them on the bar. - Some plates were dirty - The room requires some renovation, it isn't fresh

Our room was spacious and beautifully designed, and the location was great! Right next to central station, but without any of the noise from the trains. Close to all transportation options and walking distance to the city centre landmarks and attractions. The self check-in was easy navigate.

Like any major city, it’s located in the area where there was some questionable activity in the night, so use caution. We found that because of the self check-in there were a number of people taking advantage with families with up to 8 people in a room and younger people in the halls, so there was some issues with noise in the halls.

Shared bathroom was very nice, spacious and spotless with full soap and shampoo dispensers. I actually preferred this to the small private bathrooms which you often find in cheaper hotels. Central location just 2 blocks back from the rear entrance to main station in an area amongst many other large hotels, including much more expensive ones, near the trendy eating/drinking Meat Packing district Room, whilst basic, was a good size

Self store luggage, where you pay online by the hour and are given a door code which you use to access the luggage room, didn't feel the most secure but it's better than nothing.

Even for a business traveler, the place was good. Bed was comfortable. Loved my short stay. Price was very good too.

There was no immediate outlet next to the bed. That made charging the phone hard. Also, parking is not convenient at this location. The hotel has a contract with a nearby garage. But it’s a little ways away. It took a long time between bookings confirmation, and the hotel getting their reservation. Several hours. That was not cool. I’m not sure if this is an issue of the hotel or off bookings.

Very good location, the main train station is two corners away where you can reach every part of the city. There is an excellent Danish restaurant close by. Several shops, many which are open 24/7 are close by. The meat packing district is very close which is full of bars and restaurants.

Hot water is more like "not that cold". The faucet said "38 degrees" but it certainly felt less. Our only real complain as most people would expect to take a hot shower at the end of the day. We thought it was a one-off thing but during our 4 day stay we never had proper hot water in the showers.

- value for money - excellent location: a stone's throw from the railway station and Tivoli, most major tourist attractions within walking distance (if you like to walk). Easy to get to from the airport. - easy self check-in and check-out - very responsive staff: They reply to messages quickly and immediately fixed the issue with a lamp (greatly appreciated). - clean rooms and shared bathrooms: This comes from a person who always opts for accommodation with a private bathroom. - washbasin in the room: No need to rush to and occupy a shared bathroom if you need to brush your teeth or wash your hands only. - shared kitchen & dining area: Upon departure, some guests leave basic foodstuffs (e.g. tea, rice, oil, salt or bread) to share. The staff keep an eye on the use-before dates - nothing's bad or stale. Zero-waste approach - I like it. If you're done cooking, eating, and washing dishes after your meal, you can reward yourself and play snooker

- The room's fitted with a few lamps, but the light was too dim. - It might be worth indicating that the sockets should be "switched on" to turn on the light: I presume that was the reason for our "lamp issue". - Prospective guest should be aware the rooms aren't sound-proof and they may hear others speaking while either in their room or in the hall. However, it's generally quiet considering the hostel features several floors and a plethora of rooms - Why not provide some board games for the guests to play? Snooker's not enough ;)

We came from Turkey for staying 3 nights as 3 person in room. First of all, there was very clean place. During our staying, there was silence. I liked this. Train station was close. Francesco, who is receptionist, was very kind and helpful. I want to thank u to him (Fenerbahçe team fun:). note: if u go there and use kitchen, dont forget clean dishes. this is responsibility that using of it. So, dont blame hotel. how the see it, leave like that

Actually the thing i say shouldnt be i dont like, this is normal this kind of places. there are more shower all floors. but there are just one hair dry machine inside of them. but this was not problem for me. because when i went there, it was free. i used it easily.
