Very central- right next to the metro, central train station and Tivoli gardens. Also walking distance into the city centre on one side and vesterbro on the other. Very quiet, comfortable bed, clean and we were able to leave our suitcase in a locker the day we checked out. Nice touch leaving crisps, water and a tote bag full of new cleaning essentials.

We loved everything. Maybe the branding was a little funny with the logo being a person wearing a lampshade! wasn’t sure about the ‘mural’ on the wall in the living room (different to pictures on here) but apart from that we loved everything

The staff were very polite and helpful, always willing to chat and answer questions. Ailyn was particularly helpful on reception. The 1 bed apartment was very clean with everything as the description states on the booking.com site. Well equipped kitchen, everything worked and there was a document providing instructions on how to operate all appliances. Good quality bedding and toiletries. Easy to control the heating. Excellent wifi. The building is in a quiet and friendly area, close to the metro and train station. Numerous supermarkets near by and food outlets in the train station, 5mins walk. Danish people are very friendly, helpful and speak excellent english.

Nothing - it was perfect!

Location, the cleanliness and layout of the apartment, the service and facilities - everything was provided and when we needed a small top up of things like toilet rolls, soap, towels, etc., we just went to reception and were provided with what we needed. Mariela and Ailyn were so friendly and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble for them - they were on hand to help with anything right from the minute we booked to the minute we left Copenhagen. The locker for storing our cases on the last day was super helpful, as we checked out at 11am and were able to spend the day sightseeing until 5pm when we went back to collect our cases before heading to the airport. Very quiet street but you are within a 2 minute walk of the train station, cafes and the main roads into the city centre (which is in walking distance). Felt very safe and loved having an apartment instead of a hotel room. Much more space (sofa, table and chairs, etc) and nice to have the option of eating in on the odd occasion (fridge, kettle, coffee machine, dishwasher, etc). Thank you to Mariela and Ailyn for making our stay so perfect.

Nothing - everything was perfect.

The location is handy, very close to train and metro station and we found a few nearby excellent restaurants. Clean and well-equipped, with everything that you would require including in apartment washing machine and Nespresso machine. Good shower. Good air-conditioning. Adequately spacious. Laptop size safe. Published description is accurate. It was particularly good to have a staffed office onsite 9-5. Both Mariela and Aylin gave fantastic assistance and advice, always happy to help wherever possible.

Although a handy location it is a bit “seedy”.

Super clean, good interior design, and the staff are very helpful. Good location near to the Metro and the Central Railway Station. Great choice of restaurants and coffee shops, all within a 20 minutes walk.

Our room was at the top of the building in the eves and overlooked residential properties to the rear. Whilst the view was fine and the neighbours were quiet, we were woken every morning around 5am by the noise of birds nesting close by. If you are a light sleeper, you may want to consider a room facing the roadside as well as not in the eves.

The location of this property is excellent, near to the main train station, just make sure you come out the right exit!! The receptionist and the pre arrival communication was excellent. The property was very clean and had everything you would want from an apartment. The area felt safe and near to the meat packing area, which had lots of restaurants to chose from.

The only downside for us in our apartment was the bed. We had a two bed apartment, a double room and a twin room. We wanted the extra space. The double bed is shoe horned in with a window at the head of the bed. There is no bedside tables and the beds are on a base not a bed frame. So getting in and out of bed was a little tricky as you had to climb over the bed. No option to have my morning coffee in bed, as there was no where to lean, unless you leant on the wall. My husband ended up sleeping in the twin room, which was a little easier to get into, as he has a bad back. I can see why they have designed it this way, but worth checking before booking if you have mobility issues. Not sure if all the rooms are the same.

The proximity to Central Station is fantastic. Very easy automated check-in. Staff were extremely helpful. Loved the luggage storage for a late return flight. The whole building was very clean.

The studio was smaller than expected. The bed and sofa were not at all comfortable. It wasn't great finding the Apt so close to the red light district with brothels & strip clubs round the corner. There were also drug users and alcoholics, along with beggars which I did not find so evident in other parts of the city. I'm glad my children were not with us.

Loved every moment in this house. The apartment is very comfortable, and the location is convenient(It only takes 2 minutes to walk from the MRT exit. ). The apartment was just like pictured. It is fasion and clean with everything you need, and more.The apartment have underfloor heating, so it is always warm during this cold season. The kitchen is fully equipped and has a washing machine. I highly recommend this place and can’t wait to go back! Much thanks to Mariela, she is very patient and her smile is very warm.If you have any questions, just ask her . I won't forget everything with this wonderful house.

It was centrally located, near the station and very easy to access the building even if it were after hours. The rooms were comfortable and my family were able to.manage 4 days together, with coffee-making facilities and reheating and even laundry in the cold & wet weather. My friends and their children could easily pick us up before we went out for the day.

Hadn't realised there were no daily cleaning services but we managed to keep the apartment as clean as possible. Just need to get additional essentials like toilet paper, dishwasher soap and such from reception when you need them. Dryer has minimal drying functions - 3 settings only and if you needed something dried quickly, be prepared for it to be shrunk and fuzzy! Otherwise the stay was lovely.

Code to get in to the building thankfully someone let us in as I could not find that code in advance once inside the self service machine was easy so was the location. If arriving in day reception has a staff member. Great stocked room with toiletries. Also small locker in reception if need anything in the night.
