Small size room You can climb the bed only from 1 side and in order to open or close the windows you have to climb the bed The sink is not in the bathroom but in the bedroom, next to the bed Bathroom was medium clean - toilet lid and bathroom floor could use more attention to cleaning

Good location. Breakfast is excellent. Great choice of fresh high quality items. The “free” wine hour between 17.00 & 18.00 is very nice too.

Our “superior” room which was at the front of the hotel was rather cramped and the only way to get fresh air in (no air-con - but that is not necessarily a problem) was to open the small balcony door. This meant we were disturbed by high level street noise; also the balcony door could not be fixed ajar and kept banging in the wind and creaking & squeaking as it swung to & fro. The en-suite was “tight” for space and the sink was sited in the bedroom - not ideal….

The hotel is located minutes away from City Town Hall, right outside the pedestrian area. The building is new and well kept, the hall and common areas are nicely designed. The bedroom was small but bright and comfortable, the ensuite was clean and equipped with all necessary toiletries. Wi-Fi was fast and you could stream your phone to the smart tv in the room. Staff was welcoming. The hotel also rents bikes, breakfast is available on site.

There was no mini fridge in the room, but only kettle and tea bags. The shower was open and flat, every time we used it, it flooded the bathroom. We were on first floor and streetlights entered the big window right beside the bed despite the blinds.

Free drinks. Rooftop bar. Great location. The "superior" corner room top floor couldn't have better views of the town.

Chose this hotel for location and rental bikes. There was a giant pile of bikes but by the time our family all woke up they were all rented out. On a Tuesday. First come, first serve. And rental time is for the whole day, so just because there's a large pile of bikes out front, it doesn't mean they are available. However, the city wide donkey rental worked out for us and ended up being half the price the hotel charges. In my opinion the bike rental services at the hotel need to be better.

Location was great, a short walk from both the metro and train station and plenty to see and do around the hotel. Lovely vibe about the place, wine hour and nightcap hour each day was an added bonus and a lovely touch! Roof top vibes on a Friday afternoon into the early evening is a must at this hotel, the views are great. The cocktails were really good too and the staff were always very attentive.

There were some works going on right outside our window for 2 days of our stay which was a bit noisy at times, wasn't too disturbing as we didn't hang around in the hotel that much of a daytime, suppose that couldn't be helped though!

Two female staff members on reception were incredibly friendly and while we sat in the lounge could see they were courteous and attentive to all the guests coming and going.

Staff on the rooftop bar who announced loudly from the bar when we arrived we couldn't sit and eat. 1 out of party of 4 had a dessert from a nearby restaurant (the hotel restaurant was closed/and the rooms are not set up for socialising). So that person went to the room to eat their ice-cream, and three of us went downstairs to hotel lobby bar which seemed attentive to cater for hotel guests rather than all the non-guests that go to the rooftop for drinks/views. The views on rooftop was excellent, but it really does not cater for their hotel guests so we were not inclined to want to stay there despite the view.

Great location! Friendly staff, great amount of amenities for the shower, little noise from the street, when windows are closed, comfy bed even if the “double” is two singles put together, good size room! Rooftop for sunset views is a plus!! The couple of free wine glasses from 5-6, and nightcap offer is a lovely gesture!

Rooms are not soundproofed from the hallways, was placed by the lift and could hear every time people got in/out etc. Curtains and bedsheets need replacing. Outdated set up for tv/Chromecast.. our Chromecast was missing on arrival, replacement wouldn’t work and we could not identify the streaming services in any other way. Water from the walk in shower spreads around as the area isn’t sectioned off, have to use the bath mat to stop the water spreading far.

Fantastic staff, great location. Free nightcap of alcohol most welcome. Lot of museums near the hotel, and a great local Danish restaurant Klara's which I recommend. Also near the world famous Danish Pipe Shop.

Room was small but most importantly very hot. Window had to be left open all day in order to be able to sleep at night and even then it had to be open a little. Drains smelt but improved as the days went on. Breakfast was poor-no hot food to speak of only a reheated cup of scrambled eggs with a shriveled sausage in it.

The hotel is in such a great location, just a short walk to most main attractions and plenty of restaurants/bars! There’s a roof top bar (amazing!) and a lobby bar that have such a great vibe too. The staff are incredible, super friendly and helpful, they let us store our luggage from check out at 11am until 7pm so we could enjoy our last day before we flew and even let us participate in the free “wine hour” after check out. I would definitely use this hotel again.

The rooms are warm!! But a tower fan is provided.

The rooms were small but had everything we needed. The beds were very comfortable and the showers were hot and powerful. The bar area was really nice and had a good atmosphere and the restaurant was a nice size with plenty of space between the tables. The happy hour between 5-6 is genius and creates a lovely atmosphere in the bar area. The lovely reception staff were always super helpful and it was really nice to have someone on the front desk at all times.

The corridors could do with a coat of paint and it is noisy when people come back to their rooms late at night. The tea and coffee was not refilled each day and my cups were not changed either. These are all very minor things that did not spoil my stay but worth noting.
