two things: 1. since there seems to be a party place next by, it was noisy on the Friday and Saturday night while we were trying to fall asleep the musics rhythms sounded into our room. 2. The checkout process is stupid: we had to wait in line, even though there was zero consummation on our room. this resulted in waiting 15 minutes to handover the card in 10 seconds in the end. The reception staff could just ask people in the line if there were zero conservation rooms, who could actually skip the line then.

Great location, clean, friendly staff, tasty breakfast, well-equipped gym, close to lots of nice bars and restaurants

The hotel sits next to a nightclub, which was no issue on the Thursday night we stayed. However, on Friday night, the music was very loud and kept us awake a lot of the night. This isn’t the hotel’s fault - we understand they have no control over this - but definitely something to be aware of when booking.

Fantastic hotel in an ideal location for exploring Copenhagen. Out of the hustle and bustle of the very center of the city, but just an easy couple of stops away on the metro, which is a 5 minute walk from the hotel. Breakfast was a highlight, maybe the best hotel breakfast I've had - so much choice and everything is delicious. When we arrived we opted to upgrade to a Junior Suite (room 4037) and were very pleased with the room. Spacious, clean, nice design. Staff where friendly on check in and seemed helpful. Check out was contactless and took all of 2 minutes. Wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

The TV didn't work in our room, which was a shame. We did ask the reception to send someone to take a look, but sadly it did not get resolved during our stay. Also, the bed in our room was pretty soft - some people like that and some don't! Thankfully it was ok for us. The hotel is reasonably priced by Copenhagen standards, but still quite pricey. Water pressure in the shower was rubbish.

Location is great - approx 3 min walk from an S train station, 10 min walk from Kobenhavn H, and plenty of really nice cafes / bars in the area. The hotel breakfast every morning was by far the best we've seen for a hotel in this price class anywhere in Europe - tons of food and beverage options available and a great way to start the day. Staff were friendly and helpful. Room was quiet, clean and well-appointed - we liked the shower and the beds were comfortable. Safe neighbourhood even when we (2x female tourists) were walking back from Kobenhavn H at 3am. On balance it was also well priced for what it delivered, taking into account that we were in a high cost of living city during the Eurovision Song Contest. I would return here again for sure.

Check-in is later than standard (3pm) and there is an early check-in fee even when the room is already turned over and available. I suggest speaking to staff about this and seeing if it's possible to have this fee waived, especially if it's really close to 3pm, as this is not a sensible policy. You also need to remember to book room cleaning and breakfast via a QR code 24 hours in advance each day, which I kept forgetting to do. Not a problem for breakfast as we were able to sidle on in without issue, but it did mean we went several days without housekeeping - I should have set a phone reminder or something. Both minor issues in the grand scheme of things - this was a great hotel and we consistently enjoyed it over the course of the full week we were there.

The room was clean, comfortable, and warm. The soundproofing was perfect—you couldn't hear anything from the neighboring rooms or outside. I really appreciated the hotel's cleaning philosophy, as they only cleaned upon request, avoiding unnecessary housekeeping. The breakfast was rich, offering a huge variety to suit all preferences and dietary habits. The staff was extremely polite, friendly, and helpful. Additionally, the hotel is just a 10-minute walk from the Central Station, making it a great location for exploring the city. Highly recommended!

Nothing worth mentioning

Very nice hotel with nice scadinavian design. Location was good, a bit outside from the city center but not that far, a couple of kilometers away and with many good options around at the old meat market for lunch, dinner or drink. We reached the hotel easily by metro and city trains coming from the airport. Rooms are spacey, beautifully decorated and with big windows towards the street. Clean and well equipped. Breakfast was perhaps one of the best I ever had in hotels of that class, great variety and excellent quality. Since I am Greek, I appreciated very much the fact I could even find cold coffee at the buffet. Staff at the breakfast are very helpful, all speak English and many speak Spanish too. We didn't try the hotel restaurant, we found prices too high compared to the other options you can find in the neighbourhood around. The bar was nice too offering good cocktails.

The only minus in this hotel is the cleaning service at the room. We stayed 2 nights, first night they haven't had prepared the second bed for the kids when we arrived. We asked them to do it but we got informed there were no staff available at the time (it was early evening), so they gave us the sheets and we did it by ourselves. Second night again, they didn't make the beds nor had they changed the towels. We asked them to do it in the afternoon but they never did it.

This hotel has a cool modern vibe in a great location next to the meat packing district (loads of great bars and places to eat). Our room was great and really spacious (we had a superior king). It was very quiet with black out curtains so very peaceful. The bed was comfy and the room had all the amenities you would expect. The staff are helpful and I did like the bar/seating area near the lobby. Overall a good and enjoyable stay.

The shower could have been more powerful and it doesn’t have air con (rather it has “air cooling” which wasn’t that cool). A small negative was that the room is not automatically cleaned/restocked so you have to ask for fresh towels/fresh cups/teabags etc (and unfortunately I had to ask twice before thist happened). There is a QR code link but you need to request the day before. As other reviews have stated the seating is busy at breakfast which is self service but has a good choice of food/drinks etc. We did always manage to get a seat.

Nice modern vibe of the hotel and the surroundings. Walking distance to Tivoli gardens and the central station. We even got walking to the royal palace and boat trips starting points - takes about 30 min in a leisurely walk. The breakfast was varied and tasty. We could not try the bar downstairs since the only night we went there it was closed but we profited from the sitting area and the board games supplied. The bathroom has full size shampoo, shower gel, conditioner and lotion- of high quality in my opinion so no need to bring from home.

As noted by others, it will be nice if the hotel provides a floor towel. Every time someone takes a shower the floor gets wet throughout the bathroom and inevitably the room. The breakfast space is big but if the hotel is full is not enough to fit everyone. Most people don't seem to respect the time slot booking system. Best is to avoid peak hours for breakfast.

The location was amazing, very close to the central station and in the middle of a trendy meatpacking district. The staff are very friendly and helpful. I left some stuff in the room after checking out and the kind receptionist helped me so kindly to pick it up a few hours later ❤️ Good breakfast with lots of options, and the cocktails at the bar were excellent. The rooms are very clean and comfortable.

Lockers to store luggage require extra payment per hour, so that's something to keep in mind. The breakfast requires reservation of a slot and you have to make sure to book in advance: not possible to book on the same day. I wish we had a bit more natural light in the room, as the window we had was quite small.

This was a great stay. It was not as city center as I thought, maybe a 15 min walk, but I enjoyed it and there were a lot of train options, walking distance. The hotel was clean, staff was nice. I did not try the restaurant beyond the breakfast but the breakfast was pretty solid, lots of options to choose from. They're strict with the time though so do not arrive late as they start putting things away like 20 mins before. Comfortable room and bed, good window with lots of sunlight. Modern and clean. AC was not good, but still a 10/10 for me.

I didn't like that the room was never cold and I the AC didn't seem to get colder ever, but thankfully I didn't need it to be super cold. However it was pretty hot outside so sometimes coming to the room it was kind of annoying that it was not cold in there. Like most hotels nowadays they don't clean your room everyday, I think it's after a few days stay or you have to request it 1-2 days in advance, I don't remember the specifics.
