The location is in a cool neighbourhood with easy access to public transport, the social area is amazing and buzzing with life at night. Staff are friendly, lockers and shared bathrooms easy to access. I would highly recommend this place especially for solo travellers. Thanks!

Not much to say. It's worth noting that the actual living area is quite vast and can be hard to navigate, and slippers are not provided for free.

We absolutely loved the vibe at CityHub. Unfamiliar with the concept, we were surprised by how well this was set up. From your own pod (without any disturbance from others!) to tapping your own beer and checking in with your wristband - we had everything we needed. And so did the bathroom/kitchen, by the way. The games in the lounge area were a huge plus.

Just a minor one: the tray with the dirty glasses falls out of the hold when pulling this out (oops, happened to me). Felt very bad about it, so I hope this can be fixed and doesn't happen to anyone else! The staff was really sweet and cleaned it up/said not to worry. :)

The idea is innovative and it exceeds your expectations on so many levels , I was unsure at first if this would be a good choice for me and my mum but we absolutely loved it !.The accommodation and communal areas are exceptionally clean and the location is in the vestebro district which is a really authentic cool one with plenty of places to eat and drink ( check out the meat packing district ) short walk away .The main city is a 15 minute walk away and I’d recommend exploring the canals and swimming in them if you feel adventurous ( safe dedicated spots to swim in all along ).The hygge culture is second to none and the natives adopt a fantastic work life balance allowing the city to not feel to much.The communal areas in the accommodation offer a fab opportunity to cook your own food , have a snack and your own drink and their is no pressure to buy any of the drinks that are on offer via the room band ( a fee when scanning ) , a huge selection at the bar for those that do choose to purchase.City hosts are nothing but fabulous and can help with a multitude of knowledge.Everyone is respectful and the bathrooms are like spas and offer ritual toiletries that after a relaxing trip to the sauna after a long day out make you feel very zenned.💆🏻‍♀️

I Genuinely could not pick a fault.I want to stay at more and hope they open more up.Adds a fun element to your trip and makes you feel like you can escape in the common areas when you need to refresh.

Place is very clean when it comes to the common areas like bathroom, toilet, kitchen and social area. Rooms are clean. Available sauna is very good addition - you can use when you feel need for. Available in room, clean towels that you can change based on need.Rituals soap, shower gel and shampoo available in bathroom. Hairdryer and ironing set also available. Fridge available for use to store your goods. Bracelet key - super option, hard to forget and lost. Easy and intuitive self-check on check out.

Small common kitchen area. In room was bit too hot for my sleeping standards, I would prefer to have possibly to customise air-conditioning settings. It was hard to open door to room for me. Rain shower fixed head may be difficult to wash long hairs

I like the idea and how they built up the hotel; the lounge is nice as well. The hosts/stuff members gave splendid hints (special thanks to Weronika; you know what they say: “Polak, Węgier…”).

Sometimes I felt if I would be in a class trip…the capsules are not really soundproofed, so your stay very depends on the others. Many guest means that the bathroom will stink from the smell of pee. If you are ok with these, CityHub could be a very good choice for value for money.

Budget-friendly and enjoyable experience. The staff was friendly and accommodating, the common areas were clean and well-maintained, and the location was perfect for exploring the city, bus stops were right outside the property and Metro is 7 minutes away. The pods were very comfortable and cosy, which provided a cosy and private sleeping space. I loved controlling the lights and music from my phone, and the free Wi-Fi was a major plus. Last but not least, it was a great advantage that all drinks, snacks and other items were connected to vending machines, where you paid with the wristband connected to the hub. I would definitely stay at CityHub again!

The air circulation in the hub I stayed in could have been better, it got very warm in the nights and the air was heavy in the morning after the nights sleep. Also the cleanliness of the showers was a bit bad, I could see old dirt that hadn't been scrubbed off for weeks on the unit provided in every shower.

My daughters (18 and 21) stayed in this accommodation for years and I would say that this is an ideal place for someone like them! They really liked how the interior was equipped. Even though it is the season and there are a lot of tourists, there was never any crowd or noise in the hostel, they had their privacy. Everything was comfortable, very neat and clean. The shared bathroom is perfectly maintained and clean. They could always turn to someone if they needed anything and they were all very kind. Downloading the keys is very simple, everything is perfectly functional. They also liked that you can rent a bike. Wi-fi is great. Although the rooms do not have windows and are not particularly large, it was not stuffy because the ventilation works great. All recommendations!

Bathrooms can be busy at peak hours. Matress kind of thin so can cause so back pain after a few nights.

The pods are really comfortable (and quite large), I slept like a baby! But the best part are the people: everyone is very respectful! People were quiet and very clean so the bathrooms and hanging out spaces were always spotless. The check in and check out we’re also super easy thanks to the automated process. Location is great too, 25 min by foot from the centre and plenty of supermarkets and good restaurants nearby. They provide all the amenities you need (towel, shampoo, bedsheets, etc).

This isn’t a negative for me but the kitchen was very small so I don’t think you can really cook. And the people were also very quiet so if you’re looking to meet people and party there, it’s probably not the right hostel for you.

I booked City Hub to try the pod hotel experience with my partner, and we were pleasantly surprised by how spacious the pods were, even in the middle of summer, the pods were well ventilated and worked great. The amenities are great, including robes for use in the shared bathrooms and the advice offered by the staff was also super helpful. Loved being able to connect to the Bluetooth speakers in the pod and the digital lighting

The location was slightly out of town, but not too far of a metro ride to the centre (5 min walk and 1-2 stops on the metro)
