The staff was very friendly and attentive, they always check on you and make sure you have everything you need, something that we appreciate was the recommendations about the beach, the lady at the check in guided us to a great spot to watch the sunset.

There is some stuff that can be added to the room to improve the experience, for example the room that we had only had a mirror in the bathroom one big mirror inside the room would be perfect, there was no TV in the room, this could add more value to the room since there is not much to do at night after 10 pm since majority of the places are about to close, also the bathroom didn't have any hangers for the towels or wet clothes.

the bedroom a/c wasn’t amazing for the current weather. Even if this is not something the hotel can actually handle, during night time there was a little friend 🦅 that didn’t let us sleep due to the big noise.

Everything was lovely, The service and attentions were exceptional !! Victor should get a raised because he was wonderful. He went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and enjoying our stay there.

I would not say " I did not like" but the shower faucet was a little damaged, my husband sort of made it work for us. And also, the mosquitoes were killing us. Not that they could do much about it, but there's gotta be a way to make it more comfortable for the guests while staying there.

The location and outdoor spaces are super special. It's a lovely place to hang out and have a drink. Really enjoyed the restaurant as well. Great vibe overall.

The room was very clean and totally fine but not particularly special. Bathroom kind of meh. Both windows were small and space was tight for four people. That being said, it was a great value and I would stay there again, for sure! I'd maybe investigate a bigger room or adjoining spaces for our family if we were to stay longer.

A pleasant boutique hotel in contact with nature. The rooms are decorated and clean and very nicely decorated with details. There are only mosquito nets and shutters on the windows, which of course are not an obstacle to cooling with air conditioning. We also easily resolved the reservation agreement with the staff, as we had to change the date of the overnight stay at the last minute and there were no problems. You feel really great in the hotel. The staff is very helpful, although there is no refrigerator in the room, they store things in the restaurant’s kitchen. I recommend

Nice place in a beautiful location. Victor was very energetic and welcoming, he made us feel at home. Some of the bar staff seemed a bit disinterested, but that was of no great consequence. The food was good too.

the staff was fantastic! very chill vibes! amazing for small family’s, safe environment for little ones to run around freely (especially if you have an autistic child) at night you can see the stars!!! make sure to try the “mini mofongos rellenos de pollo” and “mojitos de chinola”

The Room with the Garden View - was great, large, comfortable and clean. The garden was great, very relaxing.

On arrival, we were oddly shown a smaller family room on the ground floor at the back, this almost led to a problem as we'd paid a decent rate and were staying with another family who had great rooms. Luckily a phone call later we secured a proper room and then were totally happy. But why would a Hotel put paying customers in the worst room when better rooms were ready and waiting?

Breakfast was good, not a huge variety, but everything was tasty and of good quality. Location was excellent, right on the beach. Rooms were comfy.

The restaurant is overpriced. It's good, but too expensive. But so is everything else in this area. The rooms are very basic, totally nothing fancy. But it fits the hippy area vibe so it's fine :)

Location, location, location! It is right on the beach, so when you have breakfast, lunch or dinner it is always with ocean view. Nothing like waking up with the ocean a few meters in front of you. The room itself is simple, but nicely clean. The staff made the difference...they are so helpful! We had a broken AC and they stopped at nothing to fix it, making sure we would sleep comfortably through the night. At night we wanted nachos but it came with beef which I can’t eat. They immediately said they would come up with an alternative and they made chicken nachos just for us. The chicken was really nicely spiced and the whole dish was delicious; we got more than our money’s worth (they were big portions too!)...We only stayed one night so I can’t tell you much more...

The only thing I didn’t like was the shower taking a long time to get the water warm, we were with 4 and by the time it was my turn( I was the last one) it wouldn’t heat up even after 10 minutes. Had to take a cold shower unfortunately... They did say at check in it would take a few minutes for the water to warm up...
