The location was good and I felt safe. The staff was very friendly. Also the breakfast was pretty good.

I really wanted to give the hotel a 5 but the internet was spotty going off and on for the entire 4 days that I was there. So the internet coverage was horrible. Also, while we were there, they had 2 weddings going on in the courtyard, which we were not told about. I would have like to have had our room on the wings of the hotel away from all the activities. The refrigerator in the room also was working properly. Would I stay again, Mmmm, not so sure. Perhaps if the price is good.

Several churches close by to attent christmas services. Coffee shop with good coffee and pastries next door also open on December 24&25th. Hotel was convenient located, walking distance to the colonial centre. Jacuzzi outside our room was awesome. Front desk staff was very helpful with advice about excursions, places to visit etc.

Christmas eve diner was served by the rooftop bar/ restaurants, no lights, no candles, no table decoration. The server did not offer water, wine, coffee or thee and were not available to ask for something to drink. The hotel was short on Handtowels apparently. No bathroomfloormats. The towelrack was loose and was not fixed during our stay. The electricity cord of the coffeemaker was dangerously damaged. Streaming via television did not work most of the time. Curtains and wires of lamps in the room full of dust. The bedside lamps were like desk lamps fixed to the wall, not staying in desired position.

Luis, Vladimir and Leonel are exceptional customer associates. They made me feel very welcomed. Luis facilitated a smooth registration was extremely professional and took the time to ensure my needs were met.

It’s not a dislike but more if a suggestion to offer better rates for diplomatic travelers or promotion codes for business

The property is unique and very special. It is well maintained and the amenities are excellent and are as represented. This is a very small boutique hotel that is architecturally beautiful and open and airy. We had a delicious dinner at the Moon Roof Restaurant. The first floor bar looked fabulous but we were only there for one night and were with our 3 teenage children. The location is also just perfect. The staff recommendation for Sunday lunch at Maraca was also excellent. In all the staff was friendly and super helpful. I would definitely recommend for a couples getaway.

A larger breakfast would have been helpful as we needed to leave for an early international flight. The items provided were fresh and good quality - the additions of eggs (even simple hard boiled eggs) and breads would be good.

This is a very convenient hotel, very nicely decorated, and well-maintained, in line with the colonial area where it is located at. The location is just perfect, close to good restaurants, museums, parks. The staff is friendly and helpful, waiters were very polite. Everything seems to be safe, including the neighborhood. The room was nice and comfortable.

Next to my room there were people walking and making noise (inside the property), you could see their shapes through the blinds... that made the atmosphere less private. The phone was not working so when I needed a razor I had to go downstairs to ask for it. The toilet flush was working a bit weird, making excessive noise.

Perfection! Possibly the most complete hotel in the area. Multiple amenities such as rooftop pool, spa, and a lot of options for breakfast, lunch and dinner in their various restaurants and bars on-site. The staff was great and this hotel is one of the few pet friendly hotels in the area !❤️

This was our 3rd time staying at the Billini and we will be returning. We love the location and the distance to the Colonial Zone Center, bars and restaurants are walking distance. The rooftop pool and bar and the library area are our favorite. We had an issue where the room we booked on Booking.com was not the room that we got initially but after Day 2 the staff and the manager not only made it right they went above and beyond and upgraded us to the Owner’s Suite and included breakfast in our stay. The location was excellent! The hotel itself was spectacular. It was clean, the air conditioning was great, all services were fast and friendly. The staff was very courteous and spoke English (a big help)! The breakfast was varied and quick. The veranda in the room was private and a pleasure to sit out there at night. I felt safe there, even sitting in the outside dining area at night. Bravo, Billini Hotel!

The towel bar in the shower fell off, and the shower was hard to regulate as far as hot water. But overall, it was fantastic!

The Billini Hotel was amazing I really enjoyed my 3 night stay everything was in walking distance to where I wanted to visit around Zona Colonial. will be back definitely

my room was located by a busy street could hear word for word what was being said. The staff was very helpful and accommodating will be back for sure.

Didn’t eat breakfast at hotel wanted to go out and experience some different food and enjoy a morning walk. Location was great for walking and exploring
