Fantastic Nile-facing dining area for breakfast. Felucca ride was just a few steps away. Downtown area is super happening, even past Midnight/1am. Loved the vibe just 5min walk from the hotel. Loads of food and drinks to choose from and enjoy a night out in town. No weird behavior from people on the streets, something we had encountered in Luxor.

Upkeep for such a great architecture is hard without a 5-star budget, and that's noticible in the upkeep of furniture in the room etc. However, the quality of stay was not particularly impacted by the age of furniture items, or the lack of cosmetic maintenance of the interiors of the rooms.

Polite and capable staff, clean room, beautiful swimming pool and outdoor spaces, very good breakfast, comfortable bed, great location and view.

The mini bar is not efficient ,the bathroom didn't have a toilet brush. Otherwise not anything important to mention.

Hotel looks better then I thought by reviews. Yes, it has many small kinks, but it is very usual in comparing with other Egypt hotels. Very central location with great Nile views. Next to busy road, but transportation noise is minimal in the room. Very close to pedestrian shopping street Saad Zaghloul with many shops, restaurants, bazaars. Sailing boats feluccas and motorboats piers are very close. Hotel‘s territory is well maintained, nice gardens around. Very good and various breakfast, dinner you can find better in the city. Staff is very polite, friendly and ready to help. Very comfortable beds, clean bed linen, towels, big and handy shower cabin.

Room is small enough. Lack of places to put belongs, loose electric sockets, leaking water closet. Cleaning isn‘t very good: dirty floor and tables in the restaurant. Hotel propose parking, but I can‘t recommend to use it – very small and unhandy. I left the car there only one night and two nights leave it in the streets next to hotel.

I liked the pool, the property itself is beautiful, staff was exceptionally friendly. The breakfast buffet was amazing. They had a hairdryer in the bathroom which was amazing because I hadn’t packed mine! It has a lovely waterfront location on the Nile.

This isn’t the property’s fault, but the air pollution at this location is excessive. There are many Nile Cruise river boats parked closeby, and their engines are on all through the night to keep the power on. So the exhaust levels are very high. I could smell it in my room even though I had hardly opened the door.

The walkway from the street and the incredible view of the Nile when you first walk in, it’s magic. The afternoon/night Manager was most helpful with my booking faux pas. He also arranged a take away breakfast bag for my partner to be picked up at 4am when I told him we were going to Abu Simbel early in the morning. Had full load of washing done at the hotel for around $30AUD. From pick up to drop off was good. All staff at this hotel honestly made our trip.

The breakfast buffet was limited, however, we never went hungry. The welcoming staff always remembered us each morning, and we couldn’t get enough of the amazing views while sitting right on the Nile.

As you enter, up the stairs and start to walk, you just catch the most Amazing view of the Nile. Great move by the hotel as this steers your mood in the right direction immediately. The location of this hotel is Exquisite, the layout and styling is fantastic, somewhat of a "villa" kind of feel. At reception, the welcome and smiles are just so refreshing. This is the beginning as every interaction with the staff (especially those amazing gentlemen and chefs at breakfast) thereafter leaves you feeling so happy. The staff are sublime, polite, friendly, efficient and ever willing to just spoil every guest. The rooms are great, beds were comfortable and the bathroom was spacious and the shower was nice. We used to wait for breakfast, literally sitting on the edge of the Nile, that's special and quite a thrill. The breakfast was amazing with a generous spread and delicious meals served with oodles of love. The main street adjoining the hotel is an adventure and we were happily exploring till late hours, it's a great vibe and really pleasant experience. This is a great value for money hotel, you get far more value than what you pay for. We loved the experience and will be back if we can.

If I'm being "picky", then the cats roaming around and jumping on guests laps, can be a pleasant or annoying experience depending on your tolerance or love for cats. I was not a fan unfortunately.

Spoiler alert. I love this place! This is not a brand new property. It's a little bit on the older side. However, here are all the things to love about this place. First, the people. The staff are warm, generous and welcoming, . always returning a smile and saying hello. The room was very clean. The bed was comfortable, the linens and pillows clean and comfortable, the air conditioning worked well, and the water pressure in the shower excellent. All topped off with a lovely little courtyard to sit Couldn't't ask for better. The location is spectacular, with a great view of the Nile. The breakfast has lots to offer, and the restaurant in the evening is excellent. For the price point this was exceptional. If you are looking for a five-star, go to a five star. Don't rate this place poorly.

This hotel is right beside the corniche, and right in front of the market. That is excellent. But, it also means you hear the traffic from the road. I had no problem sleeping at night, but if you are a delicate sleeper, bring some earplugs.

Since I discovered this hotel nearly 20 years ago, I have stayed here on numerous occasions, and I simply love it more each time! It has everything I wish for in a hotel: perfect location, clean and comfortable rooms, good food, lovely grounds, and, not least, the most wonderful staff! They really go out of their way to help you with any problem you might have, they are invariably friendly and warm and make you feel so appreciated and welcome. On this last occasion, when I unexpectedly found myself in a situation where I really needed help, I had three "special angels": guest relation Reham, and managers Mohammed Youssuf and Elagia. A huge "Thank you" to all of you!

What could there be to dislike?

The hotel is right between the Nile and the main busy road through Aswan. The hotel is below the road and fairly quiet. The pool looked good but we had no time to use it. The restaurant next to the river was great and staff professional. Food was OK. The receptionist (forgot their name) was the best. The mattresses were decent too. Large chilled water bottles available in the hotel for purchase for good price, alcohol was available too at decent prices. They organised a little anniversary cake for us, which was a very nice surprise and made our day.

Due to Aswan being more expensive than Hurghada, Luxor, or Cairo, and we were only staying from 7 pm to 4 am, we opted for economy rooms that are right below the road. The noise was particularly significant in the bathroom. We were recommended to go to the market which is across the road to pick up couple of things from Pharmacy and supermarket, but we were chased and harassed, and massively overpriced even when haggling, (not the hotel issue but they should warn us if they recommend us to go at 11 pm). Just a couple of small things.

The staff was amazing. The hospitality in general was good and the hotel was flexible with our extended stay when our cruise changed schedule. The food was good. The rooms are cute and match the pictures. The whole hotel area in general is very beautiful and scenic. We felt very welcome and safe with our stay here. They had also employed both men and women and that gave good vibes. The hotel also offers a free sunset boat trip (you do pay for drinks), and the boat trip was so nice and relaxing! You get a good view of the Nile and islands close to Aswan. The location was great, right in the middle of downtown close to the souks and shops and right by the nile river. The size of the pool was good with both deeper and shallow waters. A fantastic three star hotel.

The pool was a bit damaged (might be old) with a few tiles missing. Otherwise the pool was clean.
