The hotel in general is good, I spent a nice time there. Positive comments : 1- The resort is nice and the room view is beautiful looking to the Nile. 2- I want to thank Mr.Essam HK , he is doing a very good job , very much appreciated his efforts. 3- The room was clean although it has some maintenance issues 4- the setting area of the pergola is amazing with very beautiful view to the Nile however i suggest to extend house music there and some optional extra charge drinks to be provided upon guest request. Negative comments : The hotel is very very quite , no activities at all , nothing to do after 17:00 hours. Reception : For me it's very disappointed to write a negative review on reception but I believe that reception is the heart of any hotel. * One the Arrival, no one from bell captain is available, you have to carry your bag to reception by yourself. * No welcome drink has been provided. * No information has given upon check in unless you will ask by yourself , however they made fast check in. * No guest contact at all during my 4 Nights stay , there is no courtesy calls. * Reception team called me in my last night asking for a copy from my ID. * No one from bell captain is available during my check out , you have to carry your bag from the room to the reception by yourself. Restaurant & kitchen : The restaurant is nice & clean and the food variety is good in the breakfast however the taste of some items is not good. The restaurant staff are nice too however the restaurant manager is always looking at his watch when the guest moving to the buffet and his face expression is we want to close however the time not exceeded 10:00 AM. Recreation : I went only one time to the swimming pool and guy there has ignored me while he offered towels for a nother couple , I don't know the reason but I left directly. In general I liked my stay there but my points for improving not for complaining Thank you

The hotel is very nice and the staff is very friendly and helpful also a very clean place no complains about that and the breakfast it is really good and the locations of it make it unique because it gives you a really beautiful view of the Nile river

the hotel itself is beautiful but for the price I paid I expected a nicer room, the rooms are not bad but they look old and plain there are not many amenities in it the hotel is a 5 starts but the rooms feels more like a 3 star room also the location is an issue because is located in a island so you have to take a boat to go to the city which sometimes it took up to 30 minutes wait for the boat to take off so it took almost 1 hour to go to the city and go back to the hotel.

Loud and unruly children of other guests running up and down the corridor and banging doors of their room. Totally understand it is not the hotels fault but it was very annoying when you are just wanting to relax. We did mention it to the reception staff. The hotel should be able to share with guests that children need to be supervised when in public places especially near the rooms. Our rooms were close to the lobby and reception area.

Great location of this hotel makes up for any shortcomings. It is situated on its own island, just south of Elephantine island. Very peaceful place. Amazing natur views over the river bank, exotic landscapes, birdwatcher paradise. Only 5 min by free shuttle ferry from Aswan center Swimming pool was good, food was good.

The hotel is definitely in great need of total refurbishment as most of the reviews have pointed out. However, for its price point in Aswan it delivers good experience. Having stayed at a local guesthouse in Aswan and a hotel in Giza, which were both very poor value for money and dirty, Piramissa was a welcome respite and comfort without paying 500-900$ for nearby Sofiltel or Movenpick.

The views from our room were amazing. We had sunset, nile and sahara views. The breakfast was really good and the staff was very friendly and professional.

The rooms need to be updated, especially the bathroom. Very expensive for Egypt.

This property is amazing, one of the top resorts I’ve been to ever. I liked a lot the cleanliness of the hotel, the nice smell everywhere, the Nile view was amazing specially at sunset.. the house keeping was amazing specially Doha and Zeinab they were helpful and always there if needed.. food at breakfast or dinner was very good specially desert, I’d like to thank the desert chef (I don’t know his name) for the amazing sweets he does every day… the staff were always welcoming, respectful, professional and very helpful specially Ms. Christine the guest relation agent, she was very nice and showed us around to find the most suitable room for us. I’de like to thanks every one in Pyramisa Isis Island Aswan for their amazing job which made our stay relaxing and full of joy.

Location on island and travel by boat was a great experience.

Receptionist staff was slow and not focused on handling the matter of a guest in front of him but kept sccepting interruption by other guests who were travel guides. It looks like a pattern that these travel guides do not respect the meaning of a “queue” and keep interrupting the receptionist while they are not standing in the line. Hair dryer was damaged and caused electricity in the room off 3 times. I told the receptionist in the early morning both orally and through a message but after I came back in the evening, the problem wasn’t solved. As a solution, we got moved to a smaller room with 2 beds instead of 1 bed. If things were not deescalated by receptionist manager and customer relations who apologized several times, we’d have given a very bad review.

Very wonderful hotel on an island with boat service 24 hours a day to and from Aswan. The hotel have a lot of nice spots around the island with nice terraces, pools and chill out spots were you can order drinks and food from the bar. You can have nice breakfast and dinner in the restaurant they offer open buffet with a lot of different food both international and egyptian. We loved the staff at the reception, bar and restaurant.

The guest relations manager seemingly tried to pressure us into giving the hotel a 10 out of 10 review. As we had two different bookings with a day out of the city in between, she managed to talk us into rating the hotel 10 out of 10 the first time, but the second time around we insisted that we wanted to make a review ourselves. This behavior does not suit a hotel that prides it self in beeing a five star hotel. Measured up against european standards, this is not a five star hotel.

large property on an island with good views.

we visited the property on 08th May. it looked deserted. no restaurants were open. no options for good lunch/dinner. the breakfast menu was not up-to the mark. also property needs renovation as it had old key type access to the rooms.

The staff were amazing and extremely friendly. Everyone working at the hotel is helpful and courteous. We requested to change our room and were moved to a newly renovated room with a view of the Nile. The breakfast buffet was decent, as well as the dinner buffet. The boat is very easy to get on and off the island.

The hotel is working on renovating the rooms floor by floor so request a lower floor for a newer room. The Italian restaurant wasn't open so we ordered from the menu on a nice patio with the sunset behind a mountain. The WiFi connection in the room wasn't working well.
