This is a great hotel, a big complex, loads of pools and slides, garden areas and beach. It never seemed too busy, but i would imagine that in peak season it would be quite hectic. Always clean and tidy and very well presented Several restaurant choices, always plenty of good food and a wide variety. The a la carte Italian was especially good. I came to kitesurf and the centre on site (Kite Marine Hurghada) was excellent, well equipped, friendly and knowledgeable. The wellness centre was also excellent - sauna, steam room, jacuzzi, pool, massage My sea view room was only a short walk along the beach from the kite centre, and was very quite and away from the noisier bar terrace area in the evenings. All the staff were friendly, chatty and helpful, and never touting for tips (unlike the guys at the airport)

I'm not a massive fan of the buffet restaurant concept in general, and it can become a bit samey over the course of 10 days, but that's just me - the food as mentioned was always good and plentiful.

the layout and facilities

A lot of contamination with food and alcohol on tables in the buffet restaurant. The cleaning procedures aren’t very thorough if alcohol is being spilled it should be cleaned properly as for someone who doesn’t drink alcohol it is very uncomfortable. I would recommend a few tables that should be alcohol free!! even though the glasses for soft drinks and alcohol were separate there was no clear sign to say which glass is used for what. we had to ask each time and as customers felt like we were burdening the staff by asking. when in reality if the sign was provided it would have made it much easier.

Jaz aquamarine was perfect everything was great the food was perfect entertainment was spectacular staff were very friendly everybody was helpful facilities and amenities were excellent everything was clean so many restaurant options to choose from I would definitely come back to Jaz Aquamarine

Only one negative point is that on checkout The reception desk staff member Hossam nearly ruined our trip he was very unhelpful and rude which was unlike any other staff at the resort who were happy to go above and beyond for us

The hotel is very big with a lot of swimming pools. So many F&B facilities spread everywhere across the hotel. the hotel was almost fully booked during our stay but we never felt so as all services were rendered perfectly. The aqua parks are great. Finally and above all, the staff members deserve a big applause for looking after every guest as if he/she is the only guest at the hotel

The only dislike (but it’s no one’s fault) is the sea which is very shallow at this part of the beach. You will need to walk a long distance in shallow water to reach a depth where you can swim. 2 recommendations, a) room showers could have some door or shower curtain to prevent the water from wetting the bathroom. b) Wi-Fi should be improved

Great hotel with nice selection of pools, slides, restaurants and things to keep the kids active and entertained. Resort was very clean and well maintained. Special mention to Maikel who ensured our room (3102) was looking spotless each day and created the most amazing towel displays which the kids loved discovering!

Sun bed warriors were present reserving beds but never any issues finding space and the pool attendants were always on hand to help and get us set up.

Over All quality and attention to small details, pool activities, Aqua is fun, food variety and quality. Great experience

Beach is heavily affected by tide you would walk long distance with no water depth, the hotel is not stroller friendly 😄, so if you have an infant make sure to get ground floor room.

It is a very good hotel, rooms are spacious and our room had 3 beds for children and the matrimonial bed. We also had very nice view to the pool. The food is good and very diverse. They have heated pools and water slides. They have some kind of evening entertainment program every night. You also can book from them day trips like diving, safari, swimming with dolphins.

The only minus is the beach which is a very common one.

Everything was amazing, the staff were overwelcoming, special thanks to Ashraf, Mena and Ali at the front desk. People at the mini market were so helpful, special thanks to Amir. Food was so yummy, thanks to all staff at the kitchen. We definetly will be coming again. Rasha and Nebras

Animation was very good especially Islam. Lots of activities and a beach shows nightly. Pools and rooms were clean. Aqua was great for the kids. Salah at the reception desk was very helpful. The Italian and Asian ala carte restaurants were very good.

Superior rooms apparently do not offer king size beds so pushing the twin beds together is not the most comfortable as the bed move apart. Food quality could be better and definitely could have been seasoned better. Dessert options were not the best. Wifi connection was very slow and spotty connections.
