The hotel is nice and cosy. The best thing about it is the sandy beach and the crystal clear water. The pools are good as well. The rooms are modern and clean. Quality of food was okay, but the variety is not the best. As for the staff and service, all of them were helpful and friendly except for “Karim” from the reception who clashed twice with different members of my family and showed no signs of professionalism nor sincerity. Other than that, everyone from the staff was perfect, and special huge thanks to the best guest relations manager out there, the awesome “Marina”, from the moment we arrived she made sure that we enjoyed every second of our stay. Really she’s one of the main reasons we loved this place. Pros Crystal clear sandy beach. Cons The absence of bottled water in bars and restaurants, and they only give you very limited number of small bottles (1-2) each morning in the room.

Very nice beach, the water was calm and clear. Friendly staff, especially Marina the guest relations manager who was doing her best from the first moment when we checked in throughout the whole stay just to make sure we were comfortable and happy. She made our stay very pleasant.

The quality of food was okay but could be better. The variety of food and beverages are very limited on the beach and pool bars, especially the snacks.

the staff in the hotel was really helpfull and willing to help. The room was cleaned every day, we were thirking that they are seeking when we exit the room and forget to hang "do not clean" sign. Enertainment team was trying really hard to keep with all the guests expectations, could be better. :)) Personnel in the bar was the BEST ONES! There was always the psace in the next to the sea or to the pool.

There was no internet in the rooms, there was repetative food for the breakfast, lunch and dinner. but you could always find something to eat. other guests make themselves priority, in the beach turning the music on full volume.

We came for the beach, and beach we got. It is a great beach, sandy, the sea is perfect. There are enough sunbeds, the water is clean. You do not have long entrance to deep water, no pontoon bridge, after some meters you can already swim. There are also some small corals, and you can see the pretty and colorful fishes swimming around. The staff is great, very friendly, always there to support any need. Special thanks to Haithm Salah, our waiter, who was taking care of our needs during meals. The rooms are clean, cleaned every day, no issue with this at all

In our room there was a door in the wall between us and another room. Sound isolation is not good, and we could hear everything from that room. So depending on the people next door, you could hear Egyptian tv shows late at night, even at 2 am. Internet in rooms is not existing, in theory in the lobby it should be there, but I was not able to ever connect to it. As a workaround you can buy sim card at the airport with internet packages which should be ok.

We loved the pools, the food was excellent, and the access to activities was appreciated. Staff was helpful, and rooms were clean. The buffet for breakfast and dinner was enjoyable.

We enjoyed our full experience, however sitting on the beach, you will encounter more people trying to sell activities. We did a private boat excursion on the Red Sea, and sometimes became annoyed due to having a photographer on the boat.

This Is such a tasteful place, beautiful to look at the architecture of buildings, green areas, pools, interiors. With spacious sandy beach, safe walking in the sea without being afraid od stepping on corals or sharp stones. Great for both children to play and those who want to swim withouth walking far to the sea. The hotel is close to the airport, close to the city and the hotel taxi easily drives you anyplace you wish for a good price.

Food was not the best at first, but in our last 2 days, food improved a lot, it tasted better, and there were many varieties to choose from.

so cleaning issues in the balcony .but as soon as I informed them .the cleaned it so quick and I understand that’s out of their hands coz it’s made by the birds around the location
