The welcoming from the staff was good and they gave full info about the facilities of the resort. Room location was very good with a nice view on the pool, it was comfy & clean. Mr. Reda from the resort staff is the best, he was following with us if we need anything and he was very helpful all the time. All the staff were so friendly. They gave us a free dinner at the steak house as a compliment from Booking which was delicious and nice. Animation team are so energetic and made our stay more fun with activities along the day. Restaurants food is very nice, I have informed them that I have allergy from dairy and they were helpful in making sure that I have dairy free food. Sea is good and clean.

Pool is not heated

Hotel location is great and good food options. The resort caters mostly to European German clients. The staff were not so friendly towards non Europeans specially non German speaking guests except for Mr Reda A Elbadea. He was exceptional and really ensured the guests were taken care of.

Staff were not attentive to non European guests and the property is a bit old.

Siva Grand is simply amazing.. it combines all the features that will make you spend an excellent vacation. Starting with the very friendly and helpful front office team especially Mr. Mina and Mr. Mohamed Ali. And Mr. Mohamed Abdel Aziz the FB manager who spare no effort to make our stay exceptional. The location is more than perfect in the city centre having all what you need around. The beach is sandy and clean. The pool is very nice. The food is tasty. The animation team is very active and friendly. The hotel facilities are numerous and makes our vacation very comphy. It's a very good value for money. I recommend it for sure and it will not be my last visit.

We had a great New Year’s Eve in Siva Grand Beach. Food was good and the staff was nice and friendly overall, especially Mins from reception was amazing and helped us a lot.

Worst animation we ever had in a hotel. No activities at all, felt like a retirement home.

The beach and pool was beautiful, big and comfortable. The staff was super nice. The room was big with a pool view balcony. Everyone who worked there was really nice, helpful and respectful, they even gave us a late check out. They also gave us fresh fruits, local desserts, milk and two big bottles of water on our arrival. The amenities of the room were great, you get coffee and tea, towels and beach towels too. Thank eveybody who works there for making our stay a unique experience. We will come back for sure!

Its nice hotel the pool is clean and it’s not far between rooms and the sea or the pool the rooms are clean but i can say that the best thing is the staff there how they are friendly and helpful and there is a man called hazem he is always walk around in the hotel to check the guest who book through booking.com to ask if they need any thing really i likes this place 🥰 and I totally recommend

We live in Hurghada and go for many short breaks to local hotels. This is the best hotel we have stayed at over the years and this is why you should choose this hotel: 1. Staff - Well trained and very friendly. Some hotels do not have enough staff and you wait for service but not here they were plenty, efficient and very friendly. Above all they were happy to be there and serve. 2. Check-In was the smoothest experience we have had in a while and Mr Reda the Assistant Front Office Manager was so kind in ensuring we had a table together at dinner with some other family who were already in the hotel. He took me personally to check the room to make sure we were happy. Always smiling and efficient he set the tone for our exceptional experience in this hotel. He said "This is your 1st time in our hotel and I want to make sure you want to come back again" - We do Mr Reda thank you. 3. The All-Inclusive offering was of higher standard than of other hotels in the area and there are several bars and eating places in the hotel. One of the nicest was the restaurant on the beach and another nice one was the freshly made pizzas in mid afternoon bridging the gap between lunch and dinner. 4. Our room was wonderful and the very best we have had in Hurghada, thanks again to Mr Reda. 5. Nice beach and they had some good quality sun loungers with lovely spacious gardens. 6. The area outside the hotel is very good and we use some of the outlets regularly as we do not live too far away. We do not often give reviews unless our experience was remarkable (worth remarking on) and our stay in Siva Grand Beach was so good I want to tell you about it and recommend it to all readers. Thank you Siva Grand Beach and Mr Reda... NB: One of the questions here on this review is "Old Vic Beach is close did you visit" We answered no for 2 reasons - One it is permanently closed and most importantly Grand Siva Beach is better.

We could have stayed longer :-) it was perfect...

Location is great, by far the best beach compared to surrounding hotels. Also outside of the resort enough options to go to. We had a great room with a nice view and a big balcony! Caring staff, all smiling. The manager, Reda, really took care of the guests. Haven't seen that before. Also the animation team increased our experience - shout out to Tony! Overall definitely a great stay and we would gladly come back!

The rooms are outdated and could be renewed. Some more facilities would be nice, like a second billiard table and a fitness gym. The food is good. The variety in the main restaurants could be a bit more.

The beach was fabulous, rooms are clean , vast areas for walking among greenery and trees and above all the staff is so friendly and helpful.

What a hotel, mr ruddah the hotel manager was the highlight of this hotel, offfered late check out for free, booked us into all the restaurants on site and made us very welcome to this hotel. Food was superb, the buffet had loads of options and was different every night! The room had an excellent sea view, the gardens and pool were extremely clean and all the staff cannot do enough for you! The drinks guys were round every 10 minutes with another drink for you espically abdulla (lovely jubbly guy) he went above and beyond every day for us and even rearranged the sunbeds so we could sit where we wanted! nothing was too much to ask for at this hotel!
