The pools are very big and heated in February which is an amazing treat. The beach is a few steps from the rooms. The staff is generally very nice. The resort is very big and well maintained, the common grounds are cleaned every morning. The buffet is ok considering that there are 470+ rooms in the resort. It's difficult to prepare quality food for this amount of people. The wow restaurant (à la carte) is a nice escape from the buffet. We were in the Royal Suite Sea View with Jaccuzzi: the rooms is enormous and has everything one needs. Very nice sea view.

The gym definitely needs a makeover, old machines and small space. There are too many boats parked in front of the hotel - not right in front but they are very visible. We were in the Royal Suite Sea View with Jaccuzzi: the terrace is enormous but not usable because there is a generator right next to it, it is very noisy.

This is really a gem of a hotel. We have travelled extensivelly and even for Dubai standards this is an amazing hotel. The place is clean and very nice in terms of decor and facilities, rooms are big and have a seaview, many pools (including 4 for children) and entertainment options for children and adults. The grounds are well looked after, people planting plants every day, cleaning, checking the pools, etc. The food was amazing, great quality taste and a lot of variety. Great entertainment programme every night, my child loved to have dessert outside watching the show. The best for us was the staff, they couldnt do enough for us and we are very grateful. Thanks to everyone that works here. We had an amazing stay and will definitely reccommend to friends and family, and come back in the future. Amazingly friendly staff, great food and fantastic facilities. Rooms big and v clean. The bed is so comfortable. Buffet had great variety of food and good quality. Ebrahem from the egg station was particularly friendly and helpful. Beach bar serves amazing pizza. Made fantastic omlettes. Cannot emphasize enough how nice everyone is! Would give 100/10 for friendliness and kindness.

Beach- more shade needed. Lots of umbrellas but don't seem create enough shade. Juices- would be nice to have fresh juices instead of cartons. Music by the pool and entertainment should hint more towards the Egyptian culture.

I the property was exceptional clean & well kept. their was a great selection of food and on going activities through the day.

The alcohol drink selection could use improvement. They have the Millennium bar but there are no real selections to choose from. One can select rum, whisky, vodka, or gin but they are all well/house, there should be a greater selection.

We came into our stay at White Beach with high expectations and every one of those expectations were met and exceeded. My wife, our two kids and myself absolutely loved our stay at White Beach. Below are some of the highlights of the resort: Check-in: The check-in process was extremely smooth. Ayman the manager at the resort was amazing to work with, made us feel very welcomed and made our stay very comfortable. Both Petro Faried and Emad Mohammad at the front desk are very approachable and always ready to do anything to help. Food/Drinks: The resort has 3 buffets (Italian, Asian and Oriental). All the buffets had great and tasty food. There was a great variety and the foods changed up quite a bit from day to day. There are also great food stations along the pool every night during dinner. The servers were always friendly and always checking in on how things were. The cocktails and drinks were also very tasty and the bar tenders were great. Mohammad Alaa at the pool bar during the day and Millennium bar at night makes some amazing drinks and is always approachable and friendly. Pool and Beach: The pools are very well kept at the resort. The pools were heated and the pool water was a great temperature. The 4 water parks for the kids provided our kids with great entertainment and fun throughout the day. The beach is beautiful, well kept and you can always find a spot to sit. One great feature is that you can get "do not disturb" flags from the towel area to put up at your umbrella if you want to sit back relax and not be bothered by vendors. Rooms: The rooms are very spacious, well kept and clean. There was plenty of space for the 4 of us. Ammenties and other: The resort is very aesthetically pleasing throughout. There are many different areas for guests to sit and enjoy the beautiful scenery. The resort is clean throughout. We loved our stay so much so that we extended it. We will definately be back!

My stay in white beach was absolutely perfect! The resort was clean, staff was all very friendly and helpful. Food was a amazing and plenty of choice. The pools are amazing and my kids had so much fun! This is far the most beautiful resort I stay in in Egypt!

From the minute we arrived to the minute we left the hotel make you feel special, the location and quality of hotel is fantastic, with a mosque within 5 mins walk and a hotel prayer room. The hotels jetty means most excursions can be done from the hotel, which adds to the location of hotel All food was halal, with three restaurants, Italian, Asain and Egyptian. So a good variety.

If the waiters could be a little more careful with alcoholic drinks and non alcoholic drinks for contamination when fillings cups or when serving, the sparkles of alcoholic drinks can go into the non alcoholic

The rooms were spacious and spotless, with great décor and crisp bed sheets. All the buffet was delicious, with a huge variety of options! The staff were attentive and went out of their way to ensure that we were comfortable. Nothing was too much trouble. Mr. ahmed, Mr. omar, and Mr. sherrif were some of the staff names i remember that were helpful. The towl guys were amazing too, making sure everyone is ok! I am going to actually come back. It's an amazing location! Good place to come with children too, went there for my 3year olds birthday and they made it special for us.

The spa guys are trying to sell you massage. They were forcing me to have a massage 3 days in a row. When i declined, they were not happy. If you can be firm with your decision, then go to the spa to check it out. They try to scam you saying "you need a treatment of massage" . Other than this, lovely place.

The overall quality of the stay was exceptional. Everything was super clean. The food was very tasty and the staff were great and kind. Best hotel we have stayed so far, we loved every second of it! Highly recommend ☺️

We enjoyed our vacation so much with our family @white beach hotel, The rooms are very spacious with lovely pool view and sea side view. The kids' water park is very enjoyable and the kids always have fun there .. also other pools are nice & very clean..The beach location is really wonderful .. the view of yachts in the marina is also amazing.. The food is very tasty, and there are a lot of varieties every day at the oriental and Italian restaurants .At night, kids are enjoying their daily evening show with the animation team. Many thanks to all the staff at the hotel as they are very friendly and really doing a great job . Special thanks to the wonderful gentleman, Mr. Mogiib Hussien, the hotel manager ..he is always around all the time & everywhere , checking everything by himself ,for making sure that all guests are satisfied and happy during their stay ..I would like to thank Mr. Sherif, the front office manager and the reception team , whom helped us to make early check-in and gave us very nice rooms .. Moamen at the italian restaurant is very polite and helpful . We highly recommend the hotel for everyone to enjoy their vacation
