Perfect in everything 😍 it was a magical stay hotel is so comfort, food is so good with different varieties everyday, facilities on beach. I was receiving a call from the reception daily to check that everything is going well .. it was really amazing 🤩

Very nice hotel with super friendly staff. Stayed there for 8 days and spent most of the time in the hotel which has several pools, access to the beach, and aqua park. The various teams were super welcoming and made sure we enjoyed every bit of our stay. Besides the great service, the place is very clean and the restaurant offers daily international varieties. Shout out for Basant from guest relations, Mahmoud the life guard and Mohamad Shams. You guys are just exceptional! Coming again so see you soon!

Wifi in room did not work even though we have made it as our one special request during booking to have a room with reasonable Wifi connectivity.

This resort is one of my favorite place in sharm el sheikh. staff are really polite and supportive, the cleanliness is at the top as always, also I feel safe and secure in the resort thanks to security team they are always alert. 1-I had junior suite AC was old there was noses at night cooling is great, 2-old phone device in room was really hard to use it. 3-first 3 days house keeping forgot about towels and the shampoo was mixed with water. 4- animation supervisor was hard on his team and very harsh more than need which effect the team vibes and eventually effects the gusts vibes , need to improve the activity program to make it more challenging and competitive and use more reliable tools and ideas for the games

Excellent value for money. Great staff. Beautiful garden, clean rooms, good breakfast, perfect location and private beach. Free wifi. Very comfortable bed. Nice terrace. Loved this place We had an issue with AC, we reported it to a young lady at breakfast. The problem was solved in about 1 hour despite the job they had to do last like half an hour. Great job and next day the same lady followed up at breakfast. Great staff and service!

Free entrance to Cleo Park, great beach location

The website & the reception did not tell us that we got free entrance to Cleo Park! When you check in to a hotel with 3 kids, I would think that the reception would tell us that we get free entrance to a water park! Also room #120, when we drained the water from taking a bath, the floor drain flooded the bathroom every time. Early in the morning there was no hot water for a bath. The glass doors to the porch did not properly lock.

Nice swimming pools and whirlpool Good food and in general good service Mr. Mahmoud El Eraky, housekeeping supervisor was so friendly and helped us immediately with roomservices and Mr. Mohamed Ibrahim of the Wadi restaurant is working so hard and had always a smile on his face and helped us Next to that the guy of the reception Hisam Ahmed is also very polite and helped with many things which makes our holiday an unforgettable stay at Fayrouz Resort

Bad service from outside bartender near the wadi restaurant. He refused to give us drinks even if i would pay for it.

This is our second stay at this hotel, location and beach were the main reason why we choose to stay again, Location is great at center of city, few minutes walk to Neama bay, one minute walk to main street where you can use public transportation. Beach is great for kids and you can have some snorkeling activities, Room is comfy and clean, with new LED screen, air conditioner doing the job however it is a little bit old. In comparison with my last stay, taste of food at main restaurant has been significantly improved, sweets are always great and chief has added more tasty choices, he always smile and helpful. Staff are very friendly and helpful, reception new staff are doing great job. We couldn't find night activities and this fine, actually we liked that hotel is calm and friendly. Pools are medium and simple, walking distances are not far from rooms to beach and facilities. I will reserve again

Italian restaurant snacks I ordered pizza as a snack but it was awful! very expensive, poor ingredient, oily texture, with no taste at all, we couldn't continue eating and through it away. Some of beach shezlong required maintenance.

The Fayrouz has always been a favourite of ours and has maintained high standards changing to owners JAZ. WIFI is now FREE ( a little weak in rooms) BTW this is still advertised as $15/day on your website. Grounds are immaculate - rooms are large, clean and comfortable, all with a roomy terrace- Restaurants are excellent - the beach is the best with choices of water sports, trips and wonderful snorkelling - the staff are friendly and can't do enough to help you. My walking is not good - the attention and help I received was excellent

I struggled a little with the slippy floor in the bathroom - there are no support handles near the bath. Getting about the staff helped me on occasion with a wheelchair - however they were quite old and worn, very uncomfortable. I would definitely upgrade these items. I wish I could have had my favourite room as requested but was unavailable due to renovations scheduled
