Sharm Dreams Resort - by Jaz Hotel Group

Amazingly helpful staff. Would have left due to no WiFi, were it not for Eslam resolving issue on Day 2, so i could talk to little ones back at home. He was brilliant & ensured service was delivered, once I alerted him to issue. However, it would have been ideal if all had been in place on Day 1 & did not need chasing. After resolving, I noitced BB was slow for my vid call requirements. Eslam then sent over Mahmoud, WiFi expert, to bring up BB speed. Connection remained high speed and consistent throughout my 7 night stay. I was super pleased Hotel restaurant run by Hossam was absolutely SUPERB from the getgo!!! Staff are super friendly and surprisingly accommodating, pointing out foods to meet both my Non-Dairy & Gluten-Free requirements, which is a challenge even in UK. They found it a doddle! These guys ensured I had delicious meals & fully informed about every single dish I could/could not eat— specifically Mohamed. THANK YOU SO MUCH! Both service and quality of food were beyond belief! Honestly I had more choice here than in UK. I would definitely stay at this hotel again, due to level of care, attention to detail by Hossam's staff— not to mention all done with complete pleasure. Thanks you so much Mohamed & Hossam! Overall cleanliness of room is good, housekeeping staff are super friendly, very easy to find around hotel if anything is needed and highly accommodating to guests. It also super convenient that majority of staff around hotel (not just Reception) speak English more than well enough to accommodate guests fully. Location of hotel couldn't be better. It's quiet enough to provide a good night (and day's!) sleep, as well as just a few hundred metres from Police Station (beginning of main cobblestone shopping parade in Naama Bay). It's a super pleasant walk, or just 20-40EGY each way with any of the superflous taxis passing by. Will definitely return for another vacation soon.

WiFi could have been present and superfast from getgo, but staff, Eslam and Mahmoud, were excellent at getting it sorted.

Everything about the resort is beautiful. Staff, cleanliness and service, except the food Mr. Rami he is the super star in the property All staff very nice Big thanks for Mr. Rami

The food is not tasty and not varied

Staff were friendly and helpful. Food was good, maybe a little repetitive but plenty of options. Room was a bit tired, but was clean and everything in working order. Beach is nice. Location is very good. Overall nice experience. Would stay here again.

Close proximity to airport and beach.

Construction wasn't nice noise wise or appearance wise.

Abdo the bartender and Waterpark DJ. His service, professionalism and friendliness. Fresh food in large quantities, varieties and cuisines. The pool scattered all over the hotel, especially the 3 meter deep pool. Basketball in pool. The water park is awesome.

A lot of walking from room to dining area. Some of the stuff is not polite but I don't blame them as large part of the guests are not polite.

traveled all over the world and yet this was one of the best holiday stays! The hotel reception/check in staff were amazing and we were given a late check out as our flight was mid afternoon (no charge) The room service gentleman for our room was just lovely! the room was beautiful each day…and he checked to ensure I was happy with the service. The restaurant service manager….this man is amazing and ensures all guests are catered for. He went above and beyond to clear tables and offered to tend to our table personally. However, the absolute highlight of our stay was the exceptional cab/taxi service at the hotel! absolutely impressed and we would highly recommend this wonderful service!

The restaurant needs upgrading to cater for the high volume of patrons…drink machines were out of order most meals and the poor wait staff were running around trying to clear tables etc.

The staff and entertaiment team are excellent👍👍👍. We really enjoyed the huge swimming pool i had never seen in my life ever anywhere with a cosy bar in the middle of it. I want to say a special thank to the canteen staff and Mohhumad Ashrat at the reception, he managed to please us with any question we had😊😊👍👍. Thank you so much all of the stuff for a wonderful Egypt vacation in your hotel. We will definately come here again💕💕💕.
