All 3 pools heated.Amazing friendly staff.Top location in the middle of Naama Bay with ALL the facilities!

Hotel was full of Russians and therefore everything was in Russian for them . Children animation songs Russian, 80% of music in hotel beach Russian and generally we felt we were in Russia for vacation . Most and more important is how rude we’re the Russians to all the local staff of the hotel ,skipping food lines on breakfast etc.

The only downside happened in the first day, we have been given a room which was connected to another room, without being informed by the receptionist, my partner opened the door as she thought it is the closet to see a naked guy in the next room, I was also staggered as I have never come across such a horrendous experience. Guests must be informed if there's a connection so they don't try to open their door as well as the other room must be told not to open from their side. After I instantly complained, the room has been changed but the receptionist had the nerves to blame me for not asking if my room has any connection or no, which is sheer nonsense and his duty to clarify this point clearly prior checking in.

food needs to be improoved. there is a lot of veriaty -but bring someonr who knows to cook in large amount! so many options - but nothing tasty.... they realy try - but when meet is weel done - it does not help if it is beeing cut in fromt of your eyes..... pancake at breakfast are great - but supply tasty chocolate syrup / jam/ maple, not plastic flavoured

- Food was delicious and a lot of choices (variety) - Friendly and helpfull staff - Big hotel with a lot of facilities eg swimming pools, SPA, stage, bars,..Etc - Activities and shows (animation)

- Cleanliness can be better for a 5 star hotel. The room was not cleaned well daily. After calling the room service, they cleaned it well. - Infrastructure of the room (bathroom & furniture) should be refurbished/modernised to meet 5 star hotel quest expectations. - No FREE WIFI available in the rooms

Last day of my Egypt trip so I treated myself to this Tropitel hotel. All the Egyptian people told me this chain is great and I was not at all disappointed. Not only did they upgrade me from a sea view to a Club Room with sea view but they have allowed me to stay in the room until 2pm when I leave for my flight. Ahmed on the desk and his colleague Islam are the tops. Breakfast and dinner are included. Buffet is fabulous, sadly I cannot eat all of it at once haha. Rooms are spacious, beds superbly comfortable.

the staff was great and welcoming,the room is big,the view is amazing,and location is perfect in the middle of everything i would like to thank the waiter Hany Adel Aziz for his great welcoming and service

the furniture is old,the shower door was old that it couldn’t be open again after closure

Food vas very good, pool and beach area was very nice and staff was nice.

Too much people at meal times and too little staff during this time. And cleaning staff often forgot to put in new towels and toilet paper, so had to ask every day almost.

Hotel area in down town (Naama bay) , staff very friendly, guest relation professional taking care of there is any problem, buffet is always full.

Food variety, it’s always the same, even if you are all inclusive there is a lot of things not inclusive (pop corn, ice cream , kind of beer even Stella bottle you have to buy it in some area and other area is included, Turkish coffee,)

First impression was not good, after the first night I would rate the hotel as a 3,5 star and not a 5 star hotel. I did not get the sea view I paid for, I got 2 single beds instead of 1 double, the fridge was not cold - the cooling element was burned, the drain of the sink was blocked and they had to send the plummer a few minutes after I checked in, the sink tap sprayed water everywhere (like on my pants), the room had a wobbeling chair etc Then I changed my room - and the overall impression improved a lot. Still there is a lot of things that should be improved in a high end hotel like: WiFi was absolutely hopeless - I called the reception more than 10 times to complain, before they sent a "guy from IT". Breakfast should be until 11.00 and not just 10.30 - after all people are on holidays. The espresso in the breakfast area was just "silly", and nothing like a real espresso. Strange tasting coffee. You would expect more from a 5-star hotel... But, the location is absolutely the very best, and the view from my terrace was pretty good after I changed my room too.
