Hotel Novotel Sharm El-Sheikh

Staff was very helpful and went above and beyond. Facilities were very nice. The mango juice was amazing.

Room service food was not good at all. The croquettes were uncooked yet burned and the shawarma was tasteless. Do not waste your money on the room service food. I have attached a photo of the menu vs what they gave me.

Great all inclusive spot. We got a room at the Palm side at the back of the hotel. No sea view but very quiet and a huge balcony. The beach side was a few mins walk away. Nice all inclusive food and a good beach for hotel guests. Convenient location to shops etc. Typical resort entertainment which was fine. All staff very helpful and friendly

The food was good but some of it wasnt clearly labelled for vegetarians

Friendly management ,very fast and effective problem solving.friendly , polite staff, friendly waiters, calm location, spacious rooms, close to sea with wonderful corals and sandy beach. Nice food, good variation of products, and plenty of choice also for the vegetarian people.

We would like to have more english language, international songs while entertaining in the evening.

Memorable stay with Novotel. The staff were exceptional especially Ali and Ahmed from reception who made the whole process seamless. The food was brilliant, a special shout out to Mohammed the BBQ chef, executive chef Mohammed Ashour and all the catering staff who made sure food and service was the best. House keeping staff, especially Ali was brilliant and ensured we were comfortable with rooms being cleaned daily and ample supply of towels and amenities. The kids loved the animation team and the kids events they put on, especially the kids disco. Thanks to Olga, Angelina and Natalie for keeping the kids entertained. Thank you Novotel for an amazing stay <3

Location of the hotel is very good Hotel was so clean Food tasted very good Reception staff were so cooperative, decent and helpful Weather was fantastic

The room was old fashioned from inside We booked as per the images in the side close to the sea, however we were booked in the other side. We were asked about the number of our room during our breakfast which was not pleasant

Food was a bit repetitive and sometimes not very hot

The hotel is excellent overall, rooms are specious, clean and have everything ones need for a summer holiday. We have stayed 11 days in Novotel Palm (the one across the road to the seaside) and we're happy we did so as we have two young children (2 and 7) and this side is generally more family oriented, with 4 pools and children's playground. The seaside is just 5 min away, across the road but that is not a problem as the hotel has organised their staff to support crossing the road (I mean we really did not need this as there is no much traffic BUT support is there). Food is excellent (kudos to the chefs!), staff is polite and helpful. Beach is clean, activities for kids fabulous (well done Nutella and Bazuka!) In summary, we have liked the overall experience and will come back.

We stayed in the Palm and Ali the receptionist was greeting us a warm welcome and did the checking very quickly. The room was spacious and clean and the food was really delicious thanks to the executive chef Mr Mohammed Ashour, pasta chef, Bilal. Mohammed and Ali always made a table ready for us and were extremely kind and attentive. The staffs that stopping the traffic to cross the road was always kind and smiling though fasting during this warm Ramadan. The hotel is really great, with a nice private beach which is fantastic for snoring but the staffs are really top notch. They treat you so special that you don’t want to leave the place. We already have a plan to come back.

Abdul, Nazr and all the catering and entertainment staff couldn't have done more to make our all inclusive stay such an enjoyable time. Thank you for your warm, professional and caring service throughout our holiday. The Al Dente, Italian restaurant meal on the moonlit beach was a special highlight and the coral snorkeling is outstanding.

The only slight negative was the 'garden view' from our balcony which looked directly at a wall and meant it wasn't therefore actually used. I would choose a poolside balcony view next time. The Hotel is still the best in Naama bay, after a ten year gap since our last visit and we would definitely return. Thank you to all the staff for your excellent service.

The food was excellent - loved the buffet. And the pool and hotel room was gorgeous. We went to the Spa - had a wonderful massage, and the spa facilities are really nice. And we used the gym too, which is a great thing to have on site. Well equipped and we were the only ones in there so they let us connect our music to the main speaker. Overall, the staff could not have been more welcoming and accommodating.

We got our nails done at the hotel - not great, possibly one of the worst pedicures I've had in my life. The guy had no idea what he was doing. The alcoholic drinks were interesting. Fine if you stick to the G&Ts or the beers, but the cocktails were not the best. You kind of need to take things into your own hands and dictate all the ingredients. Otherwise some strange things go in.
