Really awesome hotel. Very enjoyable stay. The staff are most professional and friendly and my room was most comfy! Breakfast was varied and yummy. I also had the staff make me a special espresso from the barista machine, not the regular one. Noice!

Carpet in the room is ugly as hell. No idea why but I couldn't get the A/C lower than 20o and first night struggled to get the window open. Once it was open room was cool enough to sleep in thanks to the freezing temperatures outside. Day 3 housekeeping didn't do turn down service which was a shame but no biggy. The buttons for the lights were weird as hell. Took days to work out which one turned on which. LOL!

Easily reachable from the airport and right at the beginning of the pedestrian area and close to the mall. I was there solo and I never appreciated being able to lock my door from inside like this time. On my first night around midnight I heard some male voices in the corridor and then I could hear somebody swiping their card in an attempt to unlock my room! I got so scared but 1)it proved that the lock actually works/other cards can't open the door and 2) seems it was just a mistake and somebody mixed up their room number or something in any case all good and I was really happy about the lock

The property was very close to the main attractions in Kosice. I asked for a map of the city, and I was given a map that had the Hilton brand on it. This map was useful and guided me to some sights that I might have missed. The room was secure, since you needed your room key to access the lifts. There is a restaurant on sight if you want something to eat. The desserts are fancy. The room was not excessively expensive. Also, I upgraded my room for €20 over two nights, so I had a very comfortable room without paying too much extra. There is a safe in the room to store valuables like passports and cards. There is a free gym and free jacuzzi that can be used during your stay. You also get a free warm cookie when you arrive. I didn’t use room service, but it is available, and the charges are clearly communicated through the menu on the room tv. The menu on the tv details other services that you might want.

I thought the hotel breakfast was a little bit pricy, so I didn’t avail of that option.

Mainly items as expected in any big brand hotels.

Only two lifts. One of them was on big maintenace the whole week. Breakfast was limited in relation to the price. Of course, omelette was available separately upon request, but otherwise dining and dining were the biggest areas of development. Bussiness center? I would have liked to print the return flight tickets as in other 4 star hotels, either at the center or otherwise.

All the components of what makes a comfortable hotel, especially for business related travel. Breakfast is fantastic, and worth the cost. I love to have one pot of coffee for myself, so to reduce my time to ask for refill, the breakfast is very much balanced, with enough sufficient selection of proteins, fruits , veggies, dairy product and sweets. The location of the hotel is in the centre of the old town, conveniently close to old beautiful building, cafes and restaurants. Room is very clean, bathroom floor is heated , making it so comfortable to especially during cold evenings, and it has a proper BATHTUB!!

The hotel is located in the central city everything that does you need is close and handy only 5 min walk to Cathedral Saint Elizabeth main street so beautiful lots of restaurant seats on a terrace on the main street Lovely water Fontane during summer, Excellent continental breakfast plenty of choices also located traditional food, safety in hotel top priority, staff very friendly and helpful. The hotel room was an amazing lovely design, great bed very comfortable awesome view surrounding city Kosice top hotel 5 stars.......

Nothing.

Location was perfect, could reach everything on foot. Although on a main road, we slept silently thanks to great windows. Happy to have real drinking glasses vs single use found so often now. Jacuzzi and sauna were really great after a big day.

Hotel overall is a bit dated but totally acceptable.

Very good place to stay overnight in Kosice. Room and bed comfortable, clean, well equipped. Reception staff professional, had no problem to change a room upon my request. Located right in the city centre, a minute walk away from pedestrial area and shopping centre.

Noisy traffic right next to the hotel, but since room was well insulated and on higher floor, I slept well without interruption.

Location, comfortable.

Aircon wasn’t working in the night..it was centrally controlled and turned off during hot summer which is a shame!!

Location to the high street, the au park shopping centre and bars. The atrium is warm and welcoming, the car house is right beside the hotel which is great - parking should be no more than 10 - 15 euros per night for hotel customers i think
