Nice room, quiet. Great location if you need to go to Mayo on Shea. In the same lot basically. It's even very convenient if you need to go to Mayo Hospital on Mayo Drive. Only 25 minutes away.

When you stay here plan to walk a lot. Parking and entrance doors could be a long way from your room. They are not serving breakfast. You can't pay to get breakfast.Night staff didn't know if they serve breakfast. They have a major safety Hazzard, all the plugs located in the lamps are in very poor condition. Very loose fit for your electrical cord and that's a major fire Hazzard. Blackout curtain has a bunch of holes in it so if your room is facing the east at sunrise you have your own star display. TV is too small and too low to view while either laying on the far side of the bed or sitting on the couch For any extended stay you're better off bringing an ice chest. Refrigerator is very very small.

it’s close to the Mayo Clinic, where I frequently need to go for treatment. After staying at many hotels in the area i have found this property the best and most comfortable. Every staffer is caring and goes out of their way to help.

Clean and nice. Very good bedding and no cheap paper sheets. Quiet and great weather.

I checked in at 1 o'clock in the morning. Stood in front of the counter for 15 min while the lady sat there. She finally asks "umm do u need something?" As if she thought I was just hangin out with nothin better to do. She then didnt scan our room keys so when we walked around the hotel back to the desk she snickers to her coworker and says something along the lines of told u I would. Other then her the place was great.

Breakfast quality was excellent. Manager of the restaurant was great

It had a fridge AND a microwave. The staff was very nice. I have a feeling this will be my go-to hotel when I visit AZ.

Paying for parking and the channel selection on the tv. Stated the Disney channel was available... it wasn't.

The property was well kept and location was nice and close to food and services needed. Pool and spa were clean and close to my room. I enjoyed the property and staff was amazing. tammy made the stay better than expected.

Price for the rooms was way out of line for what I'm used to in the area. Probably will never stay again for that reason. Price gouging is not in my budget.

Out trip was unexpected so we made reservations very last minute. Once we arrived we discovered our plans were quickly changing again which required us to leave a day early. The staff working the front counter were understanding and helpful. They made the change to our reservation was easy and quick.

It was a clean, quite, friendly atmosphere.

Everything was nice but they didn't serve breakfast on the weekends so we would have to go out for every meal.

I appreciated most of the staff was very kind and helpful. The room was a very nice size, it worked out great for my mom and I. The location was great as my mom had appointments at the Mayo Clinic.

There was no cleaning the room unless requested ahead of time. I had to constantly ask for towels, trash removal and coffee replacements. It was just inconvenient, especially after a long day of my mom receiving treatments.
