Best Western Plus Diamond Valley Inn

the hotel was great. We loved the specialty coffee machine and each had several great coffees every day, The beds were comfortable and the hotel was clean and well maintained, It is close to shopping and restaurants. I would highly recommend it,

The wifi was horrible but the hotel was pretty full so when everyone was on it there was a tendency for it to drop us. It was slow but as I said the hotel was full and the number of users was high.

I always stay at this Best Western when I come to Hemet. The staff & team is wonderful, xlnt customer service! The breakfast is always delicious too.

A small minor issue. The bathtub had no stopper/missing plug to take a bath/fill up the tub. I improvised using a wash cloth to act as a stopper in the drain to fill the tub for a quick bath.

Staff Vicky was outstanding in service that was provided over the phone . thank you for canceling our stay due to safety reasons since your location was 30min away for us to drive . You can tell staff cares and take there customer concerns in high consideration in making there customers safety a high priority please reward Vicky for outstanding customer service and care . We urge no one to drink and drive stay safe .

The breakfast was excellent every day, as was all of the staff. Beautiful. They did tell me not to go out at night. I appreciated the advice.

I did not want maid service, but the shower floor was slippery. It's not a good idea to position the headboards back-to-back against the wall with so little insulation in the walls when you have zealous neighbors.

Everyone was so nice and it was clean. I was gone most of the day but when I came back my room was always clean and fresh

The only thing that I was uncomfortable was that the bed in my room was to high for me and my sister. Other then that we were happy with everything.

We stayed at the hotel on 2 separate nights and we were able to leave our car there for the night in between, which we were very grateful for. We had a room at the rear of the hotel and we slept with the window open - it was so quiet! Breakfast was good and the beds were very comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful.

Staff was amazing. Incredibly helpful and accommodating. We ended up needing to change our check in time twice and on a day of our check in due to traffic from LA and they were so nice about it! Front desk staff was very kind and understanding.

The check in clerk was very nice, and the housekeeper was nice. The hotel was quiet.

The mattress was extremely firm. The electrical outlets were not all working. DirectTV was spotty. We felt rushed when the clerk called the next day at 11 to tell us to check out.

I dont usually write reviews. This is my 3rd time staying at this Best Western, The first time we stayed here was because thats where everyone from our baseball team was staying there after our tournament. We expected things to be different because Covid is still in an issue and it was. They were very short staffed, and Vicky went out of her way to meet all of our needs. She had a long line yet was very attentive, acknowledged that there was a wait and yet was able to accommodate everyone. We stayed 2 nights and it was a whole team and their families. Vicky made sure we had everything we needed from pool towels, Ice (wasnt available through Ice machine due to Covid restrictions), and just helpful overall. There was also a wedding party staying there and a soccer team. I know this hotel is not in the best location and it may not be the fanciest hotel but I would stay there anytime because of the way we were treated. And it was another tournament we were able to make great memories.

They were short staffed but thats everywhere right now due to Covid.

The wonderful employee (tall, young, black man) that assisted us when we accidentally locked ourselves out of our room after getting late night (11pm) food. Apparently our key card un-magnetized (something he said happens a lot, and said we should've been told @ check-in to avoid putting it anywhere near phones or credit/debit cards). This was also how we found out we were supposed to have 2 cards. Anyway, he was absolutely so friendly and warm and made us feel so much better-- he got it magnetized quickly and wished us a good night.

We walked in to find an empty desk with a sign on it, saying they would be back in 5 mins. It took us 10-12 minutes of waiting to finally be "greeted", if you could call it that. The employee (young, chopped shoulder-length midtone brown hair, engaged woman) was curt and not very friendly. She also only gave me and my partner one key card. Absolutely Not Happy. Was a sour note to start our mini get away for our engagement celebration.
