The staff was super accommodating and friendly and the location was super convenient.

The lack of an elevator was a little inconvenient but manageable. The only other thing, which had nothing to do with the management, was the etiquette of the diners in the communal breakfast room was lacking - people were barefoot and the lack hygiene of the guests made the food unattractive at times.

Friendly staff. I had run out of contact solution, and my flight was delayed, so I didn't have time to run to the store to grab anything since I arrived at 2am. The front desk person was so helpful. While they didn't have any on-hand at the hotel, he had a personal solution and gave me a few drops for my 1 night stay. I was very appreciative. Breakfast was fine. I had a 17-hour layover, so I was only sleeping for a few hours so I could hike in the morning before catching my afternoon flight. Safe community.

It needs a bench to sit on in the front, on the BUILDING side of the property. The only bench was for smokers across the way which was directly in the sun. Another bench in the shade would make waiting for Ubers and taxis more comfortable. Other than that, the place was perfectly fine.

The breakfast was generous, well cooked, and delicious with a variety of offerings. The staff was accommodating helpful and friendly. The mattress was extremely comfortable the water was nice and warm on a cold night and the price was excellent.

I wish I could have afforded staying longer but my budget didn't allow it.

It's a low cost motel. That means a mix of good and bad. Some of the guest arrive with their issues. All in all I had a peaceful stay and would stay here again.

Location was in a good place between Boulder and Denver and made both cities easy to travel to. The few staff I spoke with were friendly and the breakfast good.
