Super friendly staff. Clean quiet motel with spacious rooms, pool, jacuzzi, and continental breakfast. Quiet. Pay washer and dryer on site. My daughter said she'd stay there again in a heartbeat and she's super critical about motels and hotels.

Very little negative to say about the hotel or our stay. Would have liked to see a few more choices for breakfast. Maybe scrambled eggs, sausage, etc.. Breakfast had coffee, juice, waffle maker, cereal, oatmeal, fruit, toast, yogurt, and hard boiled eggs.

Unfortunately, the billing was poor. We booked our two day stay thru booking.com. We were to pay 250.00 per day with the understanding that we could cancel the second day if we needed to by 1:00 the day of cancellation. We decided to stay just one day and continue on with the trip but when we got our bill they charged us: $365.00 the first day and $165 the second day instead of $250 each day. So we could not check out the second day because we had already paid a portion of day two in the $365.

despite repeated calls to see if the room was clean and we could get in we were not assured that it would be clean before 3p. I got there with my 2 yr old at 2p and wifi was down so they initially said i couldn't check in. It should be up soon they said. So we walked around for about 20min. I checked back in and they said it shouldn't be more then 15min. Manager says she's making progress. Then 15min later the manager says wifi still not working but she could check me in on her phone if i was ok with that. Of course i was! I had prepayed for the room. My question and ultimate frustration is why wasn't i offered check in via cellphone right when i got there?! My daughter never got a nap that day and the check in process was unnecessarily rough.

Check in was fast, the manager Suzy(?) was very nice she explained the that there place we were visit was nice and she goes there a lot

Pillows were extremely flat, not enough big towels in room I clicked the wrong room with larger beds, instead we got two queen

The front desk staff are amazing and also the breakfast was good as well friendly staff they make you feel at home overall not bad

I didn’t know that if you stay more then one night you have to let them know so they clean the room

Seemed high at $300 total for a Sat night. I do understand it was a last-minute reservation and probably made it higher. The AC was cool instead of cold even after adjusting.

The staff was very helpful and the choices of places to eat was great. Only minutes away from fast food and a good restaurant overlooking water with very good food. We are going to book again for return trip.

Things in the room where sticky, remote ect... I don't think it was do to non cleaning. Whatever cleaning & disinfectant products was used wasn't wiped clean. I did notice the hottub was closed. Didn't bother me any do to me having one of my own. Pool looked to be up to taste even though I didn't participate. Overall I would stay again.

The breakfast sausage was good & drinks. Was a little disappointed eggs were gone. But all in all was a good breakfast.

A litte casino there. Lol. For the price was a great hotel and staff was very friendly.
