The room was great, clean. Love the updated bathrooms. Beds were comfortable, pillows too soft.

The breakfast was not the greatest, but I think I am quite picky. The scrambled eggs were full of water, the sausage patties were raw on the inside. I also wish hotels would leave the pool open later. People like myself, who are not traveling with children, and spend the days in the city would love to take a dip after hours when we are finally able to relax and unwind. Its not like a lifeguard is on duty any other time. Put an age limit on the evening swim, anything to allow us all access to the amenities you provide to us.

Staff was friendly, good location for the festival we went to, overall nice and quiet. Rooms were nice and tidy.

Breakfast was confusing. When I booked online thru booking.com it said breakfast was included with the package I selected. When we got there, there was free breakfast one day and we had to pay the next. Staff didn’t give us any info on this and we just had to figure it out on a day to day basis. Honestly overpriced for a hotel buffet

We were staying for 3 days 2 nights and there was only 1 days towels for 2 people . We called Saturday night and they said we will see what we can do and we never got them. Called twice Sunday morning and was told we would have to wait til house keeping came In at 8:30 to do towels there were none. So we used hand towels as wash clothes and our bed sheet as a towel to dry off, which I thought was rediculous

Safety as you aren’t able to get onto other floors because they have a scanner inside the elevator and you have to put your room key up to it and then press what level your floor is. Very clean room, one of the most comfortable beds we have ever stayed in.

Mainly just kids running up and down the hallway and making noise

I had thought that there was no complimentary breakfast but I was wrong. Great choices, very good food and staff was very friendly.

Nothing I didn't like, everyone was great. I wish our stay was more than one night.

Very clean and well kept up. Room was well appointed and everything worked great! Really like the ability to use the phone to access everything both inside and outside of the room. Added level of security really was nice.

The buffet was 16 almost $17 and it was the exact same as a SISTER hotel who gave you free breakfast if you’re going to have a buffet it needs to be worth it I did not eat the breakfast

New facility, very spacious, was running up to normal capacity at the time of my trip. Was good on snow removal as it snowed the weekend I was there. Considering they were short staffed, the staff still did a great job keeping on top of tasks and service quality.

The bed in the Garden Inn, were STIFF!!!! I mean I felt my bones readjusting getting on and off the bed. You'll need a good stretch when you get up to loosen yourself, but they are new and not broken in yet I guess.

Believed breakfast was included,but discovered at breakfast that it wasn't . The hostess made it enjoyable, however. Some of the lights didn't work.

Bed was comfortable.

My room was not cleaned when I checked in and one bed had not been changed or made. There were numerous light switches that did not turn on anything.
