Parking right outside the room's door because of the tailgating partying going on. One pickup was backed in so they could BBQ steaks right there. The hotel guests were mostly construction workers and they congregated outside my room and smoked, drank, and generally partied from 4:00pm to well past 10:00pm every night I was there. It was intimidating and I was afraid to leave my room even for ice! I shouldn't have to complain to management about the partying-they should know better. I certainly didn't want to change rooms in front of all of them so they could all stare even more, and they would know what room I changed to by my car's location.

Clean, quiet room for very reasonable price. Staff provided great customer service. Very comfortable bed and pillows. Built-in night light was an added plus. We visit the Tulsa area often and will stay there again for sure.

A little farther away from downtown Tulsa but it was an easy drive to get to the areas we wanted to visit.

Breakfast was good. Desk person was very friendly. Really, everyone was very nice and helpful. The room was very comfortable and clean. Smelled fresh. My husband loved the chair. The pool was very nice and clean. For us, the location was great, but it is a bit of a drive to Tulsa, BUT... if you want to get away from the crowd, it is worth the half hour drive.

I really can't think of anything bad to say. And I'm picky.

we fled a different hotel that was disgusting and lied about their amenities- overall this place was heaven compared to that! It was what you’d expect. A decent priced room, I could park right next to our room which was great because we are moving and I had some things to bring inside for my kids. Clean room, bathroom, and lobby. Would recommend

Breakfast was very basic- they could do with using a different waffle batter. It has a bad aftertaste. As the only hot item, this was a shame. They also had a lot of stuff for toast but no bread. I would’ve liked some bread for toast. Guest Dryer is hit or miss!

Room and beds were superbly clean and sublimely comfortable, especially the pillows! The owners/operators were kind and courteous, the place is kept immaculately clean and the breakfast was the highest quality version of a standard hotel breakfast, nothing too fancy, but nonetheless it is really special when the operators keep it fresh and clean. Couldn’t recommend this place more. Thank you!

First room, ac was making noise and the phone did not work. She moved us immediately next door. No questions asked. Rooms were so nice and everything was comfortable.

There was no coffee at 8:30 am on Monday.

The linens were thin and wrinkled. The towels were thin and ruff.

Love the full hot breakfast. Clean, safe and comfortable room. Toiletries provided. The housekeeping and front desk staff were professional and friendly.
