it was away from the main road and strip malls, but closer enough to be able to get to many places !

The main desk check in and staff sitting there. did not appear they were noticing people coming in ! Usually after dark in most hotels your key is needed to enter hotel in addition to someone monitoring activity coming in . This made me feel very uncomfortable the person behind desk was seated low behind desk and hardly visible to people. entering through the front opened doors I felt as did my group that the staff was not friendly and welcoming as they sat there but maybe could not really see who was coming and going .

The Staff here were very helpful. There was a mistake in my room but the receptionist apologized and took the action right away. I need to print something and the printer at the business center did not work. The girl at the reception helped me right out. Whatever I needed, they were happy to help. They also have a beautiful front yard. Parking is plenty around the property.

They should have a big signage at the cross before turning into the property, or at least some more lights. When arriving at night, we hardly knew which way to turn into and ended up with turning into the other street that had more light. We stayed there for 3 days so we hope the breakfast menu could have been changed, at least 1-2 dishes.

The staff was phenomenal. Patty was willing to help always and make sure we were comfortable. Breakfast was great.

Could be a little cleaner. Had a pair of used sheets in our room that we almost put on the sofa bed and realized they were used by the smell. Honest mistake, but gross. We had a good laugh about it.

Immediately on & off the highway. Many excellent restaurants within a 5 mile radius, banks, gas, hospitals, etc. The room is a nice size with a sitting area and a work desk. the bed was very comfortable! Following Covid cleaning! Even the fridge was sparkling! Front desk people exceptionally friendly. Even though near 95 you don't hear any noise! I stay here always when I come for work or even just a getaway weekend. I especially love that this hotel DOES NOT TAKE A 100-200$ Deposit and then hold onto it for weeks for damages!!! Many of the local places once they have your credit card number, pull a " breakage fee, or cleaning fee or whatever they want to call it ontop of the tax's, hotel fees, state fees etc. 🙄 I stayed ONCE at a Marriott nearby as we have a link with them when our employees travel. STILL eve n though used by the company, they hold a 200$ fee on top of the cost of a approx 150$ room / nite! when I asked when was it going to be returned to me I was told at checkout. I received itv4 weeks later!!! ( Come on Marriott! when did you start taking this " fee" like Fairfield does?) Part of the PROBLEM is IVE YET TO SEE THESE HOTELS THAT IMMEDIATELY WITHDRAW A DEPOSIT FROM YOUR CARD EVEN THOUGH THEY ADVERTISE THAT " They do not take any payment until check out and it's just to " HOLD" the room! THEY DO NOT TELL YOU THIS ANYWHERE IN THE DESCRIPTION OF THEIR POLICIES! They tell you about animals, smoking, Covid etc but NOWHERE have I not our human resources department seen this " fee" for these hotels EXCEPT For one that begins with an F and is quite lovely but certainly NOT worth over 200$ a night! Comfort Suites has ALWAYS suited my needs in Warwick. They have a pool, fitness center, eating area and a breakfast included in the price that actually is not that bad considering most places have " grab NGO" & sometimes not even that! I'm quite pleased with this establishment!

Nice clean comfortable room. Good breakfast. Friendly, helpful staff.

Wish the pool were open. Bed was a little firm. Refrigerator a little bit erratic for getting the right temperature. Could use paper towels and/or Kleenex in room.

Clean and good facilities. Microwave, fridge and coffee machine in the room. We needed extra towels and bedding for the bed settee but it wasn’t a problem as the man on reception gave them to us. Breakfast was very good. Lots of choice.

the cot came without a mattress, we needed extra blankets to create a soft bottom. The pool was being renovated, but this was not mentioned upon reservation. Dissatisfying for the kid.

Breakfast was good. Rooms were great! Stuffs were nice and helpful. Got a room with dirty bathroom in the begining, but they changed the room when we told about that.

Felt a bit more expensive than it should have been.

Online showed this in downtown Providence. Was disappointed when I realized where it was.

Online map location was not valid unless you looked up the specific addy. I find hotels using the map. Second time this had happened. Won't be a third.
