Nice spacious, well appointed room. Very clean. Best A/C of our trip so far (quiet and consistent temperature).

A bit out of the way of any restaurants, so if you get there late, tired, and hungry (like we did), plan ahead or know you’ll have to get back out and drive a bit (traffic was quite heavy). Their “free breakfast” was anything but excellent, or even plenty. Pre-packaged bowls of sugary cereals, and small super sweet “cake-like” muffins. No fruit or yogourt, mediocre coffee. Too bad, a decent cup of coffee and breakfast make such a great start to the day. I had to return to the front desk twice because ou one of our keys worked.

the breakfast is good and the area where the hotel is also good ,,,there are good shopping malls and restaurants nearby ,,I always stay in these hotels because I trust them

what it needs is more cleaning and maintenance…the computer at the front desk takes a long time to work, there is only 1 car to carry your bags, the elevator seems to be going out of order

The pool even though it could have been cleaned more. Also the location was accessible.

Coffee machine was broken, and I left some personal property in the room, wonder if I'll get it back.

overall this place was great. the property was clean, well lit and quiet. no problems staying asleep. this place is fabulous for the price! highly recommend.

the only concern I had was we couldn’t set the constant fan setting on our air conditioning panel which made for sort of annoying on and off noises of it. the beds were also a little firm, and the pillows were too small.

So I left my phone in the room upon departure. Noticed it was gone about 10 minutes later and went back, they’d already stripped the sheets. Cleaning staff didn’t see it. Front desk staff went above and beyond to help me find it, located about an hour later in laundry room. Giving a 10 for the extreme effort from front desk gal, very sweet to me.

Great hotel if it wasn't for poor breakfast and poor reception staff attitude. Room was exceptionally clean and they let us check in a little before 3pm.

At check in a young man informed us that breakfast wouId be basic because of covid restrictions. Later in the day I approached a young woman at the desk and asked her what would be available for breakfast the next day. She was snacking and replied "Honestly, I don't have an idea". No efford to continuing the conversation with any of those courteous sentences like "let me check out for you" or " the management changes items every day so I would not know precisely".Nothing. She did not know. Something at reception is not right.Either she was poorly trained or she was lazy. Breakfast was actually less than basic. The impression is that this COVID thing is used somehow to cut costs...

very clean; quiet even though near the freeway

the window blings were broken with sections missing and the security light outside or room shown in all night. did not have blackout drapes to cover the broken blinds. picture uploaded. i reported it to desk clerk on checkout.

Love it !!! Thank you to everyone I got me a well much needed rest and I can't wait for our next booking ....

Nothing everything was perfect

The desk lady was super nice and told me about the area and things to do. Hotel was clean and good location.

The side doors didn't lock so anyone could come in, but it was a nice location so i didn't worry
