I liked the staff, Brandon, I think, and the young lady who worked with him, very understanding about late check-in and had such vibrant smiles. My whole family had plenty of room to sleep 😴, and there were plenty of eating places to walk to. My grandson liked the coffee bar and the late night 🌙 store. Everyone was satisfied with the amenities inside the room.

Even though the parking lot was big enough for everyone to park their cars, someone hit my daughter's car while it was parked..

Great location if you’re heading to the NRG stadium. It’s about a 15 minute walk. The lobby was very clean and updated which translated to the room. The room was clean and the bathroom had Dove products. They even had pillows with soft or firm on it so you can choose which you like. It’s those small details that I appreciate. The bathroom was updated and well lit. The staff was friendly and check in and check out was a breeze. Overall, wonderful clean hotel and I would recommend.

Everything was great.

From the very start, parking was convenient. The staff from the front check in to the lovely ladies who were cleaning the rooms, greeted us with the sweetest smiles. The room smelled wonderful and the bed was heavenly!!!!! The next morning, I made a quick dash for some coffee and oatmeal on my way out the door- they did not disappoint. We had a great experience and will definitely be back during our next visit to the area.

I have no complaints at all on our stay.

The staff were so friendly and the room was very clean. The size of the room was nice, and came with a mini fridge and microwave. Parking was plentiful and the location was great, as we were there for a day surgery at the Orthopedic Hostpital.

The mattress was too soft for our liking, but that is all according to what you are used to.

Great place to stay for one night. Visited this location for the 2022 World Series. It was a reasonable price for the area. Breakfast was good with plenty of variety to choose from. The room was spacious and clean.

The employee at the front desk was not that friendly. We arrived late at night and wanted snacks. She acted as if it was an inconvenience for her to ring us up in regards to the snacks we choose. Someone had also locked themselves out of their room and she was not too happy about having to fix the situation.

Easy to access, enough parking, plenty of entrance’s around the building. Staff was ok when checking in, guess she was busy but wasn’t friendly or rude and didn’t give any details on stay. She just took my name gave us the key said we’re the elevators were and sent us on our way. Also she was wearing house slippers, not very professional. Facility was very clean and comfortable though! Bed and pillows were nice, comfy and clean! Breakfast was really good best biscuits and gravy I’ve had at at hotel!

Cleaning lady tried coming into our room at 8:38 in the morning! Put your do not disturb sign up! Literally knocked and opened the door she didn’t even give anytime for me to get out and bed. I had to yell I’m in here!

Convenient location, close to NRG Stadium and Convention Center.

There weren’t many restaurant choices within walking distance. There were only a couple of gas stations and fast food options. I found it easier to have food delivered to the hotel/Uber to restaurants.

We went for a Houston Texans vs San Francisco 49er game and it was less than 10 minutes away. Very clean, staff was super friendly. It was also quiet in the hotel.

The free breakfast wasn't that great. We had the eggs/sausage. I don't think they have outside cameras, so I was concerned about my tires and/or catalytic converter getting stolen overnight. Everyone parked close to the front of the building, so all the open spots were on the sides and back. Thankfully our car was fine the next day.

The room was clean and very roomy. There were plenty of towels for all three of us and the front desk lady was so helpful and nice when I checked in. The breakfast was pretty good for a hot breakfast bar.

Just the price, but for the area and in comparison to other places it wasn't the worst price.

Staff was very friendly. Room was clean and comfortable. Water pressure was decent. Convenient to NRG where we were playing volleyball tournament.

You can hear ambulances during the night because you’re in the medical district.
