The room was very nice. It was spacious and roomy with a lovely couch as well as a table for dinner or working. The bed was amazing - lovely and firm and so comfortable. This was a lovely place to stay and we'd definitely stay there again.

Not really anything to dislike about the place. The gym was pretty average and didn't have a lot of equipment but apart from that it was a really good inner city play to stay. We ate in the restaurant a couple of times and it was fine but very few vegetarian or vegan options and no flexility from the chef to change things for us

Great view and close to town!

There is no room service, and they didn't change our beds sheet for three days. There are also no towels!

Great location, close to Britomart train station and bus stops, as well as a few great restaurants. Kitchenette in the studio room was well stocked with everything we needed, and the room felt quite spacious.

Only high traffic areas are cleaned. I moved one of the beds in the room against the far wall (to give a little more space between the two twins we had), to find that the carpet underneath the bed hadn’t been vacuumed for a VERY long time. There were chunks of food and dust etc. Housekeeping did not vacuum it the next morning so I asked reception to make a note for the following day, they didn’t vacuum it then either (they changed the towels and left the cabinets open so we knew they were there). All other areas in the room seemed clean however they clearly are not very thorough.

Everything I needed for my stay. Good iron so I could press my pants' & smalls. Comfortable bed.

Busy & tired so I didn't report the following. Digital clock didn't keep time properly & bright at night. Couldn't work out how to turn off so put under shelf until I left. Shower surges hot now & then so had to be careful. Didn't give Happy hour discount & free bar snack at Yard bar but honoured it when I pointed it out to them. Didn't quite replenish all the raw sugar & regular coffee one day but I can cope 😆. No TV guide so googled Sky Premiere NZ with complimentary wi-fi.

It was a great size and well appointed with all the amenities we needed including a well stocked kitchenette. Nice and clean and close to eateries. Staff were friendly.

Unfortunately even though we put our please clean sign out 2 out of 3 days it wasn’t serviced and we had to go and request more toilet paper and it was disappointing to come back after a long day out. The keys didn’t work for the car park and only one worked for the room. The staff were apologetic about this. Just small things so didn’t spoil our stay.

Bed was super comfy, clean, great location&spacious. It came with everything we needed- shower cap, sanitary bag, clothes detergent, working washer&separate dryer, dishwasher, dish wash liquid&detergent etc- everything, even sky movies comedy!

Unfortunately, the shower door seemed to have loose seals at the bottom because no matter what way we pointed the head of the shower and closed the door etc, the floor of the bathroom was saturated in shower water which might not be too safe for an older couple/people.

The reception staff were friendly, and the complex was clean. Our room was a good size and the bed was extremely comfortable. The shower were really good as it was adjustable and suitable for my tall ( 6 foot 2inch) husband. The struggle is real. There was a restaurant on site, and it was extremely close to the Arena, and a short walk to Commercial Bay. There was onsite parking

Night staff were not quite as friendly, I felt like an inconvenience when I arrived back after 9pm and I didn't know where to tap the key card to enter the building. I wasn't able to reserve parking ahead of arrival.

Close to all the main places to see. Very clean apartments. Spacious with extra beds. Great for family with kids. Or larger groups. Would definitely recommend

We came in on an early flight and check in was at 2 pm. We were at the counter at 7 am. Now I know it’s not the hotels responsibility but honestly the staff wasn’t helpful. Kinda looked at us with 6 bags on a cold rainy morning like you can leave the bags and go. Come back between 2-3. I had to pay 250$$ for renting a room for 3 hours. That’s all we needed to just relax use the restroom and then we went out exploring. Maybe the staff could ve made an exception.

Extremely close to Spark Arena. Mostly quiet location. Walking distance to Queen St. Roomy. Places to have open suitcases. Nice modern bathroom, good water pressure. Eco-friendly, option to skip daily housekeeping. Nice adjustable tv with sky channels: three movie channels.

Curtains were block out but didn’t close fully. Kitchenette had no power the first night, didn’t realise til the next day when our milk was warm. Rectified about an hour after informing housekeeping. Limited bowls, cutlery, etc, only two of everything.

Had a lot of mixed reviews online about this hotel, I'm SO glad i decided to try it ! A family of 3 adults and 3 children ( 49, 29,33 - 3 9 & 11 ) . Absolutely HUGE 3-bedroom apartment, soft, comfortable beds . tvs in all 3 rooms more than enough toilets . The room was HOT when we arrived, but nothing some ac couldn't fix ! And a rew windows , Loved the filterd water dispenser on the fridge ! My upstairs master room was absolutely beautiful, dual shower and spa bath , Beautiful soaps and hair wash. Buffet breakfast was more than accommodating for all ages. you didn't need to book , you might be in a bizzy season . Check-in was easy ! Staff were super easy to deal with and really friendly. They explained everything so well and made it hassle free ! 10/10

*The only down fall is the balcony upstairs , is a bit scary when you have a smaller child but I mean there's window latches and also doors that lock in place , also I understand that looking after my own child is my job . And I hope others would just have common sense too
