The apt is spacious and has all the facilities i need, cooking, washing, etc. Location is good too, has a cafe and 2 restaurants just downstairs. It is just 10 mins walk to Parnell where there are lots of food options and shops. With UBER, it was easy to get to most places in city within 10 mins. The best is being able to use the NEXTGEN gym. The gym is large and has 2 pools, sauna, spa pools. The gym is a 10 mins slow walk away. All the staff are friendly and helpful too.

The aircon fan coil is noisy, the lights are too bright and harsh for me especially when i have to use the toilet in the middle of the night.

Our stay was amazing. Staff was lovely and polite and very helpful with directions and parking. Parking was well priced nightly and we were able to park in a secure area beneath the hotel. Our room was beautiful and clean and room service are very polite as well. Everything easy to use and access. We will definitely be staying there again and also be making a booking at the massage therapy place next door. Also a cute snack store opposite which was fun to visit and had lots of yummy choices! We travelled for a concert which was near by and had no trouble getting around. We walked most of the time as it is close to Queen street shops but to uber around was also very cheap.

Quest at Carlaw Park was excellent in all respects. The reception staff let us leave our bags before check in time which was really useful and also emailed when the room was ready - slightly ahead of the usual check-in time. The room was great and all the features worked well. The location was perfect for our needs - 20 minute walk from central downtown, five minutes from the train station and right next to a really nice park.

My only small gripe is the check-out time of 10am is a little earlier than most places whoch seem to be 11 or 12. No other issues - would 100% stay again.

This is a favourite property of mine within the Quest group. I like the position, the ease of parking reasonably quite for the position and good options for buy coffees and incidental items - a superette very close by. The use of the ASB Gym and amazing swimming pools for exercise is one of the key factors for me booking this property and its just perfect for me

My only slightly annoying thing was the variable wifi in the room, for ZOOM or TEAMS meetings it often froze. I kept forgetting to tell the staff downstairs but it was not so bad as to be a huge issue. AND I have not experienced this before at this property

We had booked this accommodation for the ASB tennis and it was very close and within walking distance. We also walked up to a Thai restaurant in Parnell so it was very handy. We were late in checking in and the wonderful staff organised our access and car park for the night. The parking was good value and had internal access from the reception. Room was well appointed and had everything we needed.

The little milks in the fridge had gone sour! No worries - had a green tea instead but might be worth checking the others! But otherwise couldn't fault our stay. Thank you!

My partner and I loved this apartment! It was small but had everything we needed and was well designed. The kitchen was well equipped and functional. The bedroom was extremely comfortable and the bathroom was modern and clean! We didn’t realise we had access to the gym and spa next door which was a pleasant surprise when we found out. We visited it one afternoon and loved the outdoor rooftop pool and the spa area. The apartment plus the access to the spa/ gym we felt was incredible value for money! Would definitely stay again!

Easy after hours check in option with a very detailed explanation. Location was super easy, just 10mins walk to Spark Arena. Quiet and peaceful at night. Clean and tidy room with a huge double bed. Communicating was superb. Very good customer service.

Toilet water pressure was very low, making it difficult to flush properly. Had to flush several times. Had told front desk when checking out so should be an easy fix. No complains just maintenance check😊

Clean and modern room. I talked to a cleaner to ask for some toilet rolls. She was very friendly. Receptionists were friendly too. The experience at the gym ( next gen) we could use was exceptional! We felt very welcome even we are not their paying members. They offered their towels. Spa and jacuzzi was marvellous!

Pump system in toilet tank was broken. Flushing wasn’t smooth. I had to open the tank and move the blue lever after each use to have enough water to flush. Our room number was 110. Hope they fix it for next customers.

Great staff, easy location, everything you need in the room. Great for families! Our one year old daughter loved it!

There was not enough space for the quest reserve parking, so could possibly look into that if the guest has paid for it. That would be our only drawback. If there is not enough space for all reserved parking guests maybe take less guest parking reservations? Just a suggestion. We could still park in the P240 spaces but only till 12pm next day.

Beautiful, clean and spacious. Perfect for our trip to the Luke Combs concert.

The property is located quite far from the CBD. It was about a 30 minute walk to the Viaduct. If you’re looking at going out in town and staying here, just bear this in mind. I also think if you’re a solo female traveller, this probably isn’t the place for you. It’s located down a nice, clean avenue, however it is very empty on weekends and nights so I wouldn’t advise young women to be walking around alone.
