The staff were all very helpful and friendly. We found the cleanliness of the place impressive also.

The ONLY thing that lets this down is the fact that I came with my 4 year old son who after thoroughly exploring the room .. as kids do, managed to find a tiny medication tablet under the bed. Luckily for us he is aware enough not to touch anything like that and I took it off him and binned it. I did explain to reception the following day simply for the reasons that I don’t want another family not being so lucky should this happen again. The girl on reception was more than apologetic and offered sweets etc for my son ( which was nice) but I just wanted to make her aware incase this was overlooked next time. Everything else was amazing this is the only downside.

The room was beautifully clean and the provisions in the room were lovely. Breakfast was lovely but quite a small area where food was and kids were running free making it risky. Food OK, would have liked fresh fruit, also more of a choice of bread rolls and bread with continental meats and cheeses for me personally.

Just a larger food area really and the increased choices mentioned above. Our room was as far away from reception as possible and as I have some mobility issues it would have been better for me to have a room nearer the lift, however I fully understand rooms may have already been booked.

Excellent staff, great communication, very friendly and helpful staff (especially Karen), comfy beds, clean room. Lovely view from room and meals on evening great, (pizza excellent), breakfast was fine. Check in and out very easy and smooth. We really enjoyed our stay.

Breakfast was a little hectic one day due to so many people and limited seating. We went earlier the next day and it was quieter and a lot calmer. Chairs are very low when you sit down to eat at sofa type seating. Fruit juice from machines very watery.

The staff were amazing, really helpful and friendly, nothing was too much for them, it was nice and quiet and the breakfast was nice except there wasn't a vegetarian option on sausages etc

I expected much more from a Hilton and for the price I paid-as a hotel, there was nothing there, not even a biscuit to go with my coffee which you get at basic premier inn hotels at a fraction of the price! There was no pool, the room was tiny, I have actually enjoyed my stays better at premier inns and even travelodges with much comfier beds so I was very disappointed

Excellent clean room, with nice modern posh decor, big screen TV, A/C and comfortable bed. Bathroom had a great shower and great smelling shampoo, conditioner, shower gel and body moisturiser. Love the sliding wardrobe which included an iron, ironing board and hairdryer as well as a luggage stand! Breakfast was good, you had all the varieties you could ever ask for and even a waffle maker, excellent 👌

Nice big comfortable room, which was fresh and clean, with a comfortable bed and spacious ensuite shower room. Friendly/helpful staff, good parking, close to motorway - all in all a nice play to stay and we would happily visit again. I couldn't find any mention of dining (other than breakfast) on the hotel's website so it was a bonus to find food was available in the evening.

It would have been nice to have a proper restaurant rather than what I would describe as bar food. Good choice at breakfast, although some more options of fruit / pastries would have been appreciated as we don't tend to go for a cooked breakfast (there was a good choice of cold meats/cheese though). Not a complaint - just feedback.

The hotel in general is very nice and clean. The staff are helpful. Breakfast has a large selection. It's a shame that fried eggs are no longer on the menu. I'm not a big fan of mass produced scrambled egg. The cold selection of food is varied.

We stayed three nights and fresh towels weren't provided for all guests. Reception sorted this out. House keeping just need to keep on top of the body wash, shampoo and conditioner. Our conditioner ran out which is no good when you're in the shower.

Well appointed room overlooking the racecourse. Easy to park. Very competitive price.

Heating/air con control would not go lower than 18 degs which was too hot for night time. There wasn’t a windows that would open. Consequently we were too hot at night and didn’t sleep well. Wooden sticks instead of teaspoons. … messy and harder to fish our tea bag’s out. Breakfast: plenty of it, but there was no taste to the bacon and no fried or scrambled eggs. (Just a plain omelette.) Orange juice tasted watered down.

Loved the location and cleanliness of room. It's also fantastic to find a nice hotel that allows dogs to come in with us. There's tons of space outside to exercise puppers too, being next to the racecourse is great. The fire alarm going off allowed us to see the professional staff communicate very well at all times and after a short time out in the car park we were all allowed back in.

Slow to clear breakfast tables. I had to clear my own table to sit down and while I love that it's a family friendly hotel, sharing a sofa with excited small children at breakfast is not my idea of a relaxing breakfast.

lovely staff great big rooms bathroom was modern and fresh with an excellent large shower hotel was clean and location wise was great too. price of the rooms for the night was amazing especially with complimentary breakfast included.

sliding bathroom/wardrobe door isn’t really ideal when staying over with a baby/toddler or small kids and when the sofa bed is made out the metal frame is exposed and my little one bumped his head a few times so could he doing with some sort of protectors for it when the sofa bed is made up cooked breakfast wasn’t great but the choice of other things and with it being complimentary then can’t complain too much.
