Room was lovely, clean and very comfortable. I was very happy with the room, bathroom and failities within. The breakfast choices were fabulous and the staff were very friendly and helpful, especially the barman, who opened the bar for us to have a nightcap. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend the Radstone.

It was a bit cumbersome to have to take the whole tray out of the cupboard to switch the kettle on, as the tray was the connector for the cordless kettle and there was no socket within the cupboard. I would also suggest USB ports above the beside tables, for the phone charger mostly and the plug sockets on the dressing table are a bit close to the table top, so multi plugs/adaptors can't fit in the socket.

Room was lovey especially the shower, was also nice and quiet, bed was very large and very comfortable, breakfast was excellent. Would certainly recommend and would come again. We are already looking into some of your tribute nights with friends.

The only thing that we would have liked was early entry into our room which we were told wasn't possible as we were going to a wedding at 1pm and needed to change into our outfits. Having said that the receptionist did give us access into one of your meeting rooms so that we could change which was much appreciated.

Good variety for breakfast and well presented. Clean and very pleasant dining room. The biscuits in the room with the te/coffee making facilities was a nice touch. All staff were friendly. Enjoyed our chat with George Paton who reminded my husband of the history of Larkhall

Would have liked somewhere to hang wet coats when we entered our room. Bathroom was lacking in worktops to store toiletries The turning into the entrance was quite sharp and would have benefitted from more of a splay either side.

Ease of parking and easy to find. Access to room was easy for husband who has a pain condition. Room was clean, very pleasant and had all we needed. We were attending a Golden Wedding Anniversary and were delighted by the waiter service - particularly efficient, polite and accommodating. Food was good.

It was unfortunate that the television in our room wasn’t working but the staff were very efficient, established very speedily that it was faulty and upgraded us to another room which was equally good. The function room was very good for the Golden Wedding Celebration we were attending but it was unfortunate that it was very warm and there was a smoking area immediately outside which, if the doors were left open, provided an intake of cigarette smoke. I wasn’t so keen on several smokers peering through the windows at us either 😂

the venue was clean, tidy and welcoming. The staff were friendly, the rooms were easy to locate and the food was out of this world. iv been to a few hotels and the food is run of the mill but you could tell this was all freshly cooked stuff.

there was an event on at the hotel that night and we didn’t know about it. it would have been good once we had booked to get an email or phone call with the events (if any) happening that night(s).

Lovely breakfast, good choice. Liked the booths in the restaurant. Good size room (suite) with super king bed and large sofa bed. Comfortable beds. Separate bath and shower. Friendly welcome from reception.

Faulty shower which started leaking and screeching early in the morning (reported to reception who apologised). Could do with more subtle lighting in the room. Only 2 cups in the room but 3 of us staying.

The hotel had a high quality feel and the food was very good. The location is ideal for travel north-south as a break point, while away from the city

A shelter from the car park to the rear entrance. It was a relatively long walk. I had a coat but a large group in front of me going to a wedding were looking spectacular, but by the time they got from the car to the hotel they were soaked and it is a pretty exposed area

The room was lovely, felt very luxurious and modern, the interior design was well thought through and very on trend. The shower was really great in particular - everything about the room was a real treat.

The breakfast was the only thing about our stay that was slightly disappointing - some of the juices were empty and staff didn’t refill them, while the coffee didn’t taste great, as well as it being a pour-yourself-coffee set up from an urn. It would have been nicer to be able to order coffee and have it made fresh, this would have matched the overall luxurious feel of the hotel better in our view. We ordered the eggs royale and the pancakes from the menu for the additional supplementary charge - overall these were nice but the presentation wasn’t great (for example, it would have been nice to have some watercress or something green on the plate with the eggs, as well as the eggs being slightly too undercooked). However, overall we had a lovely stay and would visit again.

The room was clean and tidy and well equipped. The bed was comfortable. Breakfast was very nice with plenty of choice. The location was perfect for us coming from Durham to an event in Hampden Park Stadium.

The room was a little bit noisy as we were on the ground floor and there was a wedding going on. There was only 2 cups provided despite 3 adults staying in the room.

everything about this hotel we liked, spacious clean with a classy look. bedroom was large and spacious with a modern bathroom all clean with modern decor. the food was good and check in and out was so easy.

I didn’t see the need for a surcharge of £3 per person for the pancake at breakfast as it’s much cheaper and quicker to do a few pancakes with a couple of slices of bacon on than a full English breakfast ( don’t even think they were home made). Some don’t fancy a full breakfast first thing in the morning so I feel that should be a standard option.
