The bartender in the day (Marleny) is such a people person, The check in process is very smooth. Breakfast was so amazing.

I didn’t like that when i came in the hotel the attendant started following me and asking me what room was I staying in, but there was a couple that were a different skin tone then mine and he let them right through, i felt a certain way but i let it go. the guy a tall gentleman who is a little on the plus size and works during the late night hours.

Amazingly decorated 5 Star Resort, with amenities for days on end!!! Pool, Tennis Court, Basketball Court, Soccer Field, and the best part! TWO GYMS (cardio room and fully stacked Gym floor)….

With the price paid, the least they could do, especially for their return customers is to please grant them( us) with a continental breakfast! A hotel with this size and amount of employees, makes a pretty good money and definitely can afford breakfast to be included ( especially for business people, on business trips & 1-3 days)!! no one is asking for breakfast for over 3 days!! Rule of an International Marketing/ customer service move, which would increase the return of clients… The 1st 72 hours is crucial in any business, in order to generate return clients…

i bought the offer to upgrade. the room was nice except the dirty carpet with spots and very dirty and used sofa that has a peculiar smell. to old for present it at 7th upgraded floor i only enjoy one free drink I. the promotion I bought. ( the most expensive drink I got 😁 and last day before check out decide to get to the 8th floor. ask for a pulpo a la plancha. it take more than an hour and when it finally arrive was cold. dry hard bd Burned. and French fries cold . shouldn’t offer food on that floor can’t handle or be cooked there .

The facilities are great especially the dining and the gym options. The cleaning staff are always accommodating and wonderful. We love the location and that there is grocery and shopping within walking distance.

There is always a bit of a mildew smell, especially on the 6th floor and in the rooms. I've also had an issue with 2 stays now where the money taken at check in is not released for over a month and I end up double paying until I can get the full check in amount (which is for the whole stay) released.

The breakfast was beyond wonderful! We also loved the extra amenities like the tennis courts, synthetic soccer field, sauna, huge pool, hot tubs, and lounge area.

The facilities are old, especially the rooms. The carpets are all stained and the bathrooms are almost falling apart (particularly the ceiling. It should be a little less pricey for this reason. Also, we would request things at the front desk and sometimes our request would not be carried out because they would forget.

the hotel has everything you want: nice lobby, good breakfast. great pool area with pool, jacuzzi, gym, poolbar. i liked the way the hotel incorporates the tennis fields and other sports into the premises. it gives a great vibe! the room was good and the bathroom was ok. i don’t like a shower in a bath though..

the hotel is a bit older which on one side gives a stylish sphere but on the other hand it might seem a bit outdated. like many older hotels the atmosphere is sometimes a bit to humid for my taste

Dominican Fiesta is like a classic resort. Many sports facilities, large well maintained property. Not flashy and modern, but definitely elegant and comfortable. The staff make the place. Incredibly friendly and welcoming. The buffet is top notch. I had dinner at the restaurant on the top floor, don't waste your time or money. My room was very comfortable and well supplied. Excellent bed and pillows. I think if you like classic older places you will enjoy your stay at Fiesta as much as I did!

No outdoor space to sit late.

The Hotel is a little old but super well maintained, room was big, clean, and comfortable. The breakfast was great and it changed every day. The pool area clean and nice. Gym was big and with all the necessary equipment, a little bit crowed on pick times since I believe people from the neighborhood goes there to workout. Staff was super nice and helpful, I would stay there again if I visit Santo Domingo again
