Excellent location and facilities

Staff wasn’t good enough and I made a complaint to the manager there because they were having a wedding and a music festival in the garden one night of our stay. Our one year old daughter couldn’t sleep because of this noise. It went on until almost midnight! This is a family hotel and probably 70% of the guests have babies so it’s totally unacceptable to have a music festival in the nighttime. The manager was not professional and didn’t offer me anything except a late check out that we didn’t even need. I was really disappointed and even made a complaint to Booking.com but the hotel never responded

It has a water theme park which is perfect for family trips and you can spend your entire trip inside the hotel! The rooms are very clean and spacious, friendly staff, breakfast buffet has unlimited options

I stayed this hotel with my family(2 adult and 3 children) for 2 days. I booked family sweet ocean view king room. Every staff is very kind and friendly. This room has one bunk bed, extra bed and king bed. it's easy to sleep for 5 family. King bed is very comfortable, very soft and makes me good sleep. Location is the best, near by beach. Pool is bigger, my children enjoyed it. Restaurant, Oasis, is delicious. we could choice lots of food and many kind of food for dinner and breakfast. And lounge is also good.

I contacted the hotel via booking.com but unfortunately I couldn't get any reply. Bath room doesn't drain well. Floor is harder. Hight of toilet is so higher than our expectation, especially for children.

Mr Abhinav helped a lot for the assistance. He is very polite and helped me a lot. Unbelievable and I extraordinary polite and good communication in English and as well as Hindi too. The overall ambience is very good inside the hotel.

The location of hotel is not Good. Overexpensive, All rooms are same size as I stayed 1819 and 434 room number. I requested for the refund of cash by paying online but hotel management refused it.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Centara Grand Mirage Beach Resort Pattaya with my family, and it was truly a dream vacation. They were friendly, attentive, and always willing to go the extra mile to ensure our stay was comfortable. Their warm hospitality added a personal touch to our overall experience. If you're looking for a perfect family retreat, look no further – this resort has it all. We can't wait to return for another incredible stay!

The only negative thing I have to say is that the water park and other activities close too early at 6 p.m.

The hotel was beyond our expectations. December was definitely the best time to go, with the clear weather. Our rooms faced the sea and there was a great view of the beach. There was an extremely wide range of food for the breakfast. There is a separate play zone (Lost World) that provided so many additional activities for the children, including outsourced activities such as pizza and cupcake making. There are many pool activities available for everyone, and ample pool and deck space. Hotel is right next to the beach too. The place is very clean, and there are a few convenience stores right outside the hotel. Many decent eateries just outside the hotel as well.

There appears to be a shortage of staff working at the poolside. There was only one person manning the main cashier and taking the orders and sometimes serving the food so it created a long queue of customers waiting to place their order. Nevertheless the staff were very professional about it.

Coast restaurant does have good steak, cooked exactly right to the degree i ordered 4. Breakfast is great, with many varieties to choose from 5. Shampoo and personal hygiene product provided are impressive, good smell and does make one feel relax after a day of diving

1. My room is with a SPA tub, but the water wasn't hot enough, more like warm water even when turned to max 2. The bathroom is separated from the shower area 3. The ceiling near the air conditioning machine has the paint peeling off, should not happen for a supposedly high-grade hotel

I have stayed here 8 years ago & although I love the resort I did think it was looking a bit “tired” in places & I didn’t feel confident to use the pool… it looked very green & lots algae

- I paid premium to upgrade the room on 16th floor. It was almost 60% of my original booking price but worth it considering the view. - This is among best hotels in Pattaya. They have lovely waterpark, moving river inside, several swimming pools and lovely restaurants. - Food - across the breakfast, lunch is just AMAZING.

- Restaurants could stay little longer in the evening. They were closing at 9 pm. - They have emergency number but do not have nail cutter, if we call on that.
