excellent location with well equipped rooms and friendly attentive staff. Excellent breakfast buffet. On the day I left i had to go before breakfast but a sumptuous brealfast package was prepared for me. The hotel sells tram tickets. and has a tram stop right outside. Many ships and restaurants close by.

The Thursday night entertainment with the bass beat reverberating through the hotel. Not necessary. The hotel should stick to its ma in business. I disliked the hotel inviting me to check in whilst I was in another country and inviting me to check out before my last night. I am not capable of bi-location. I can only be in one place at the time. Please allow me to live in the present.

The room was amazing! We expected it to be smaller based on the pictures, but there was ample room and the bathroom had two showers! The decor was stylish and the balcony was a great addition. The bed was also very comfortable. The hotel was celebrating pride and the atmosphere felt inclusive. Location is great and walking distance to many attractions plus a tram stop right in front of the building.

The room is on the same floor as the rooftop bar, so we had a few noisy people walking down the hallway when the bar closed, but they didn't linger.

Very well located, just a few minutes walk from main attractions of Helsinki. Convenient tram connection to the train station. Varied and delicious breakfast (with big choice of vegetarian options)! It is also useful that there is a restaurant downstairs of the hotel (however we didn't try it). Nice room (and all hotel) decoration.

Room could be slightly better cleaned/ vacuumed (bathroom was well cleaned). It would be useful to have some "tray" to place dirty shoes in winter. Windows were not particularly sound proof.

Lighting in room very good once you work out how to operate it. Quite close to central railway station. Helpful staff.

The bed was actually smaller than a standard double bed, so very cosy. No jug in room, but free tea in lounge. 3 km from ferry terminal 2 - get a taxi. Late 8 am breakfast on Saturday. No desk, only a credenza (bad), with power point close to top (good). wifi pretty average from room.

Breakfast is good with plenty of selections to choose from. Single room was fine for one person, it has all facilities you will need for one night. Bed is comfy for one person. You can enjoy the free channel of CNN as well. Great location for tourists. The Italian restaurant next to the lobby offers very tasty food, I had a fettuccine with prawns it was very tasty and I'm happy with the meal.

Rooms were hot. No air conditioning that we could find. I would book direct because booking.com did not match room types and messed up free breakfast. Not good communication between booking.com and the hotel !!

super small room, even smaller bathroom, which really feels cramped, even till very late afternoon you could hear cleaning service in the hall, next to your room (thin walls)

The location was great -- right in the commercial center of Helsinki. We were able to walk everywhere we wanted to go. We had a very nice room with a large bay window. Classic European breakfast with plenty of options. Staff was friendly and helpful.

They had an unusual system where they additional kept bottles of shampoo, body wash, etc. on a shelf behind the reception desk for guests to get more if they needed it. The problem was that our room wasn't fully stocked. I reached for the conditioner and there wasn't any. I had to dry off, get dressed and go downstairs to get the conditioner and then get back in the shower to finish washing my hair. We also didn't have any body lotion.

The shower screen didn’t reach to floor so we had water all over the place. We used one of the towels to mop up. Day 2 the room wasn’t serviced, but no problem as we asked for fresh towels ( because of wet bathroom floor problem)

The hotel reception staff was exceptional. They gave a warm welcome and first class service. I also liked the location and general atmosphere of the hotel.

I didn't like the lack of new towels in the morning and the shower head that didn't stay in its holder when showering. The steamer and hair dryer were a bit dusty and therefore not at the level of the hotel image. Still, the experience was positive.
