Architectural hotel interior gorgeous opposite train station very central walking distance for sightseeing. Buffet breakfast with city view from table plenty of vegan choices. Staff polite friendly and professional. Booked balcony room excellent city views Amos Rex museum opposite worth a visit. Helsinki is a beautiful laid back city with plenty green space and woodlands. Visit finlandia cafe & wine bar with a lake view. I come here for gigs/festivals. I love ❤️ Helsinki & the people

I’ve stayed here a few times because the location is absolutely perfect - completely central to everything. We had a room with a stunning view of the Lutheran cathedral and the train station (two of my favourite buildings in the city). The beds here are extremely comfortable! most comfortable hotel beds I’ve ever slept in, my friend said the same. they have a very nice breakfast buffet also and the staff are lovely and helpful.

Bathroom could be cleaner. That’s all.

Wonderful selection of bread at breakfast but only one flavour of yogurt!.. Very helpful and friendly breakfast staff. Very helpful cleaning staff for the room. Excellent receptionist at check-in, very friendly and helpful.

Different person at checkout who simply couldn't divide our bill by 3...apparently something to do with the computer so WE did it , we had to tell HER how much we owed...we stood for about 15 minutes and she wasn't even nice about it.

Everything! Location, decor, terrace, view, wifi, floor heated bathroom, bed comfort (Only the duvets were a bit small), the baby crib was nice and clean. Didn't specified no allergens, but definitely enjoyed the clean sheets and towels without any odour. Very kind staff. One floor pet friendly (7th?), and for us ex dog owners that is always a plus, to bad no rooms with access to the terrace for dog owners. All the shops in the building, and also a very well supplied supermarket. Restaurant food quality was great!

Beds were comfortable, the room exactly as described and depicted in the booking. The staff was very friendly. Copious breakfast, and the location is excellent for visiting the city. Right next to the train station and shopping mall, within walking distance of the city center and harbour. We used the nearby underground parking. Not cheap, but similar to other locations in Helsinki and very convenient.

There is nothing to dislike. As an improvement suggestion, the breakfast, as splendid as it it, could use a bigger tea selection and more fruits.

I recently stayed at this hotel and I must say, it was an amazing experience! The hotel staff were absolutely courteous and went out of their way to make me feel welcome. The breakfast spread was sumptuous with a wide variety of options to choose from. The overall cleanliness and maintenance of the hotel were impressive. I particularly liked the attention to detail in the room decor and amenities. The location of the hotel was also convenient with easy access to nearby attractions and amenities. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Helsinki!

The location of the hotel is superb and near the transport connections and the shops. There was a more than adequate breakfast with plenty of choice.

For the price paid I would have expected the room to be bigger. I could only just walk around the botttom of the bed. When a room is dscribed as being King size, I expect the space to be commeasurate to the description not just a double bed in a standard sized room. That was the only downside to an otherwise great hotel.

Breakfast was great and liked the fact you could decide each day when you went for breakfast…room was huge and very airy…..location so central for everything…..loved the fact you could go to a department store and shop without going out of hotel…also in a similar vein having a great tapas bar on doorstep.

Very good location, very welcoming and supportive staff, nice design, good room. There is option to leave stroller in the luggage room, as lifts are narrow.

There were black hair in the room and among clean towels - I assume they are from the staff. Breakfast lacked foods suitable for babies like banana.

The hotel has an incredible style and interior, it feels like entering a different era. We were very happy with our family room. The location is fantastic. The staff was mostly very friendly.

We had dinner at the restaurant twice. The first day (4th of July), it was really fantastic. The waitresses were so attentive and friendly, and the food was outstanding. The second day (5th of July) was a disappointment. Our waitress seemed bored and uninspired and unfriendly. When she took the drinks order, she left before our daughter got the chance to order anything and we had to ask someone else to take her order. My husband asked for a wine recommendation with his dish, and when she came with the wine glass, she just quickly put it on the table and left without informing what kind of wine it was. The french fries that day were completely different from the day before (soggy). It seemed like two completely different restaurants. That's not OK, especially considering the price.
