Super clean, nice, renovated rooms. Good breakfast, fresh and items were different all 3 days we were there. Staff very helpful and friendly. In particular want to make mention of Tatiana who went above and beyond to make my family’s stay pleasant. From providing us a map and guiding us through the transit system, writing out where to get off for everywhere we wanted to see, to running towels to us at the pool for our kids when we forgot to bring them from our room - amazingly kind employee! Thank you!!

There isn’t any we can say we didn’t like. Some suggestions I could make is maybe opening the pool slightly earlier (it opens at 9am) and perhaps a better quality coffee machine in rooms.

Nice clean room, kids loved the pool which by luck we had to ourselves twice. The warm breakfast was good. Staff was friendly. Location was great and we were able to get a joining room with our family which made the trip even better. The place was nice and quiet and close to big shopping centers and activities for the kids! Would definatly return to this location if we go to Laval again.

Often missing hotel towels at the pool but we had our own beach towels. Cereal options would have been great for the kids at breakfast. TV placement was a little weird in the room so not everyone could see the tv so maybe a swivel arm wall mount would be my suggestion but overall great hotel stay with the kids!

The king suite was very clean and spacious. The hotel staff was very friendly. When we arrived at the hotel, the pool was closed but the receptionist at the front desk kept it open for longer so that our family could go for a swim. We had the entire pool to ourselves!

There weren't any extra blankets in the closet in our room. We didn't end up going to ask at the front desk because we had a brought an extra blanket just in case. I didn't really like that the sink wasn't outside the bathroom. One of the toasters at breakfast didn't have any settings on it so it kept burning the toast.

It was very easy to get to from the highway. The rooms are modern, clean, and the showers are great. The staff were very friendly. Our French was not the best, but they spoke English and were very approachable. The indoor pool wasn't huge, but it was nice and clean. It has a typical complimentary breakfast, buffet style, with a few hot and cold choices, fruits, juices, and coffee. The hot items seemed to be different day to day, and everything was very well prepared.

It was much nicer than I expected. From the outside it is not so inviting. The best thing is that it had an excellent restaurant on site, so I did not have to go looking for food. The room was very large. The TV had a thousand channels. Better than average gym. It is located right next to the elevated highway. Parking is free and very convenient. The included hot breakfast was huge, the best on my trip.

They just supplied 2 towels. Nothing else. Is this a covid thing?

The front office staff were very polite friendly and helpful and all smiles..😀 The breakfast was just excellent with plenty of choices from eggs to bacon to waffles juices cereals etc....the rooms were reasonably big for 4 and very clean....the service staff in the breakfast area were very proactive and kind.

The price....!! 😀 But anyways we booked at a busy time and too close to date.

Comfortable and spacious room. Breakfast was very correct and abundant. The pool is very quality with water at the temperature ideal to be with family although the water and the interior walls of the pool are something dirty ... needs urgent cleaning. Fitness facilities in bad condition.

the staff made the stay great, they were friendly and extremely helpful. the property was kept clean at all times. the location was great for getting around the city. the breakfast was perfect and pleantiful.

the fact that there was no gym was a bit of a let down for me. I also wish that breakfast went a least an hour longer during the week days.

- it seems those vending machines are taking a couple of dollars every time you use your card ...on top of the displayed price of the item. - breakfast is super crowded on weekends for some reason (waiting line, no free table) so if you'd like to have a quit breakfast, wait till 9 am!

We arrived earlier than planned but the staff at the reception desk were accommating. We did have to wait a while but he kept checking. The breakfast was fine.

It would have been nice to have a chair in the room other than just one swivel chair at the desk. We had to sit on the bed the whole time we were in the room.
