I'd like to thank Ms. Dina, and Mr. Dahy for their cooperation and support during our stay, they have upgraded my room, and made me choose the room to relocate in by offering two other rooms in two different buildings. The hotel group contains three buildings ( 2 buildings for Sphinx Aqua Park ) and ( 1 building for King Tut Aqua Park) the group is wide, with wide and long passages between buildings for walking, there're flowers, and plants wherever you go. The beach is clean, but not very wide, and it has a wood roof above the beach bar, where you can enjoy the sunset and sunrise. It also has a hammock to lie in and enjoy the sun. The room in the Main building had a W O N D E R F U L sea view. There're three restaurants, the main restaurant in King Tut building, and it has varities of food, mostly matching the different diet styles. The hotel management had generously invited us to a special dinner in one of the three Restaurants ( ISIS Restaurant) where we had a very nice dinner as we've enjoyed our delicious Shrimp rolls appetizer, a sweet/sour chicken plate, and a grilled beef plate. Soups, sausages, and duck meat, were G R E A T !! The food quality is acceptable, and it's OK for a "4" star hotel. The hotel's pool was big, clean, with cool activities, and a pool bar. The hotel's entertainment team and most of the staff are mainly focusing on the Russian language, not the English, and I understand that as most of the residents are Russians.

Some food types weren't refilled when finished, Fruit was limited to 2 or 3 kinds. The Aqua Park is good, but small. The restaurant cups were plastic, and needed to be washed very well The room's shower needed slight fixes ( like fixing the water shower holder) The door of the room's balcony couldn't be locked ( given that our child stayed in the room ) Room's lighting was not so bright, it was indirect Every time I tried to use the phone service, the line was busy. The LCD TV in the room needed to be wider. Finally, I enjoyed my stay and I recommend this hotel for visitors who wanna visit Hurghada.

Staff is super kind, the facilities are in good condition, the beach is clean and not too crowded, excellent pool. Food is also nice. Some rooms have amazing views of the Red Sea. Activities can be arranged easily at the hotel directly.

No WiFi in the room. The shower broke down my last day was not fixed until I left

Beautiful sea, diving center right on site, (mostly) very friendly personal, properly designed hotel building (room's windows are almost all the day in shadow, I never switched on the air conditioner).

The quality of alcoholic drinks is not very high, softly speaking; most, if not all soft drinks are made from powdered concentrate. There are no soups for breakfast.

A lot of staff are friendly and helpful. Great animation team. A big variety of food. Aqua park is working and we enjoy it every day.

Gym room is small. Cola here is not coca-cola but it is pretty good. Aqua park is old.

exceeded my expectations I was afraid of the restaurant because of the reviews but the truth is that the food is excellent maybe it needs a little variety and this is something that is not necessary for me the rooms are clean and wonderfully renewed the sea is sandy, Rocky and snorkeling inside the hotel, which is an excellent feature The animation programs are beautiful and the team is great Special thanks to Mr. Yasser House Keeping.. Mr. Al-Husseini & Mr. Ahmed on the Beach Bar.. Mr. Hamdoun on the lobby bar.. And on top of them Mr. Medhat the responsible manager An experience that will be repeated again soon

The staff was really nice since our arrival. The receptionist Helal was very nice, helpful, amazing, and co-operative. The room service team was really amazing trying to make us comfortable, especially Hamdon. The entairtament team was very active trying to fill the day with nice activity.

The daily night shows can be more child friendly

It's only 1 bottle of water in the room and they didn't put sugar and tea until I asked for , and the mosquito is too much they have to find solution inside the rooms

The staff here is super helpful and kind especially Aymen. I'm staying 2 nights here. The 1st night I had late checked in which midnight 1am, they asked me if I need to get some food which I felt very good in service.They provide breakfast, lunch, dinner, snack. Many choices on the food, especially egpyt food. The hotel is so happening at night too. You can sit on the lobby or outside to enjoy the beach side grab your coffee or bar to grab some liquor. For the location, you have to take the taxi, but it quite near to the market. The room is facing to the Seaview which is nice in the morning
