Clean, comfortable, amazing breakfast.

The hotel was not prepared for a sudden influx of people in the middle of the night whose flights were delayed. I booked a room through booking.com and checked in with the automatic check-in machine that was in the lobby, but I did not receive the needed information to get into my room, so ended up queueing for over two hours till we finally got a room. The cleaners were called in to clean in the middle of the night - which was rather surprising. I would imagine rooms get cleaned right after check out. But I understand this was a force majeure and appreciate the patience of the check-in clerks and the cleaning staff’s flexibility to come in and clean at night so we have a room to stay the night in.

The hotel location is very good, not so far from the sea, just about 15-20 min by walk. It's very near to the city centre. The wiew from 8 floor was very nice to the sea. The food was good for breakfast, just menu it's all the time the same. But for the price which you pay for the room and food it's ok. I would like to go back to this hotel anyway and recommend it for the friends.

There is no fridge in the room which for the hot weather it's necessary. And the staff like plumbers it's coming in your room without any notice even if you are out. I didn't like this. The cleaning stuff was very nice and polite. Just in the morning, when they clean the other rooms and move the beds, it's very noisy.

Good bathroom, bedding, towels etc. clean and fresh. Breakfast/brunch great idea, means we could get up a bit later than usual. Amount and variety of food brilliant. Excellent fried and scrambled eggs. Hotel very spacious, not crowded even when busy. All staff, reception and cleaning staff, friendly and helpful.

The pool, on the first floor, was a bit small for amount of visitors. Not many sun beds on that level near the pool and the level above, where there could have been more beds, only had about 6 and no sun brollies. So didn’t get to use either. The beach, which was excellent for shops, restaurants and sun beds can only be accessed by quite a few steps down, and back. Finally they don’t do tea. Nothing in the room. There is a hot water boiler and a tea bag at breakfast but I had to put milk in a cup and spoon into the tea. Very small cups and no jugs. Recommend that they rent a kettle at the start of the holiday which is returned at the end. It is done this way with pool towels. Really, really missed our tea.

The location is very good; 10 minutes from the metro station and my 4 stops from Málaga Airport. The multiple breakfast/brunch options mean you have a great deal of choice and, although we didn't, we could have had an early breakfast and, then, been back after a couple of hours out for a second helping. The beds were very comfortable and there was no noise from the roads outside to disturb our sleep. We were there in early December and the heating made the room comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful. All in all, it was very good value. I could see the swimming pool being a boon in the spring to autumn period.

The furniture in the room is very basic: e.g. a shower curtain that clings to you as you take a shower above the bath. There's a strange string of around ten bare light bulbs criss-crossing the ceiling. I'd get rid of them. The hot breakfast choices were, at best, warm and, at worst, cold. I guess that's a matter of timing and keeping your eye on items being refreshed by the kitchen staff. If you want to use the room safe, you will have to pay €3 per day for the essential internal safe key plus a refundable cash deposit of €5. If you go into the hotel already knowing these slightly bugging issues, then you'll still enjoy your stay.

Overall I have really enjoyed my stay. Food was brilliant so many selections, staff was amazingly kind and helpful. Pool was okay, it could have been bigger for the size of the hotel, but I had no issues whatsoever. Enjoyed sunbathing as well. Bar staff was great, loved the 5pm-7pm happy hours on cocktails.

One thing I have to mention, I couldn’t sleep well for 5 nights. The walls are so so thin, you can hear honestly EVERYTHING from each of the sides. It was really loud as well, it must have been the acoustic of the whole building, but gosh it was honestly horrible. This is the one and only thing as a negative thing, otherwise I have enjoyed my stay and I would go back if they soundproof the rooms.

Excellent newly refurbished hotel. Modern, clean excellently located hotel. very helpful staff, special mention to Jose on reception, when we needed help for a medical emergency, Communicated by phone with our medical provider & arranged transport to the hospital in Malaga.

The noisy disrespectul neighbours in the above room who let their unruly kids, bounce balls & drag noisy toys across the floor until very late (possibly left alone unattended as the parents went out) Only had to put up with it for two nights.

I actually stayed for 6 nights, I extended my stay. I had a single room, with a double bed, I had a balcony and sea view. It was excellent value for money !! The room wasn't pokey, with a large bathroom and walk-in shower. The food offering was very good. The location was also good, 2 mins walk to the centre of things. A bit longer walk to the beach but plenty to look at on the way! All the staff were lovely and very helpful. Also the buses were 2 minutes away. I would recommend it to friends.!! An enjoyable 7 days !!

Clean hotel,needs a fridge in room after all its 70+ outside,pool was good size but not for busy season,staff are great.Gracias,Brunch fantastic great fresh choices,,didn't pay for a room with a view,got 1 at the rear,thought I was in Chernoble, air conditioning vents everywhere and a building that looked like a necular sylo, staff 👍 👌. Great.

No Fridge in the room,after all there is room for one,I'm not picky don't need room cleaned everyday,but put in a fridge in.
