size of room is huge, i love extra space

I had neighbors in the next room who turned on their TV loudly at 1 a.m. I tried my best to ignore it, but by 2:30 a.m., my patience ran out. I called the front desk, and they promptly sent security. The volume was lowered momentarily but was turned up again soon after. I didn't get much sleep. I was awake from 1 a.m. until they left the hotel at 6 a.m. The next day, as I observed the room in daylight, I realized there might have been a fundamental design flaw. The TV speaker was mounted near the ceiling above the bed frame. If the bed shared a wall with another room, the sound from the TV could easily travel through the wall. Hotels should prioritize better room layouts and sound insulation. After all, most people value a good night's sleep more than fancy spa or gym facilities.

Me and my wife loved the hotel and casino! The restaurants were great and the service was excellent!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Harrah's Cherokee Casino Resort, and I must say that it exceeded all of my expectations. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warm and friendly smiles from the staff, who were nothing short of outstanding throughout my entire stay. The facilities at Harrah's Cherokee were truly first class. The resort itself was beautifully designed and maintained, with a luxurious atmosphere that made me feel like a VIP. The attention to detail in every aspect of the resort was evident, from the elegant decor to the impeccable cleanliness. The bedroom I stayed in was spacious and comfortable, offering a great size that allowed me to relax and unwind after a long day of activities. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep. I appreciated the thoughtful amenities provided in the room, which added to the overall convenience and comfort of my stay. One of the highlights of my experience at Harrah's Cherokee was the wide range of things to do and see. Whether it was trying my luck at the casino, enjoying a delicious meal at one of the on-site restaurants, or taking in the live entertainment, there was never a dull moment. The resort truly offered something for everyone, and I appreciated the variety of options available. Overall, my stay at Harrah's Cherokee Casino Resort was exceptional. The outstanding staff, first-class facilities, and spacious bedroom all contributed to a truly memorable experience. I highly recommend this resort to anyone looking for a fantastic getaway with plenty of activities and exceptional service. I can't wait to visit again in the future.

I had a small issue with one of the security team who refused me entering the Casino because i was using my UK driving licence as ID. the lady insisted I returned to my room to get my UK passport. whilst we were having our conversation lots of guests just walked by with showing any ID, must have just taken a dislike to me it’s not as if I look under 21. we used different entrances throughout our stay without issue just to avoid the lady🙄

The room was very nice size and comfortable. Quiet and nice window view. Close to shopping and some dining options. Lots of beautiful areas close by to explore during the day.

The room was too far from the casino. Plus you can only enter the casino floor at one end from the hotel tower we were on. Food options are limited to Gordon Ramsey food court or fine dining. Restaurants are opened on certain days and at certain times only. The casino food court is only open from 11pm to 7am so you are forced to eat at the Gordon Ramsey food court which we did not really enjoy the food there. No bottled water in the rooms even though they give it away in the casino. No bar to get a real drink at - they all come in cheap plastic glasses even though you pay premium price. Outside smoking area did not allow pipes or cigars.

We needed a quick getaway that wasn't too far to drive from Atlanta. So we chose Cherokee, plus we were never able to secure room at the Casino before, so when we received an invite to stay at the Casino, we took it.

The ability to walk out of the room and walk down to the Casino. Also, the rates that we received were great. We are 80 and 73 years old, so we look for any type of deals. My husband is a veteran, so I really like places that honor veterans' preferences.

Spacious, comfortable, clean room with tasteful decor for the location. Great location to GSMNPentrance. Didn't like the grab and go Choices at the food court.

Distance walking from lodging towers to parking and restaurants. Had difficulty finding suitable meals, particularly breakfast. There was no entertainment other than the casino while we were there.

Very well maintained facility and lots to do onsite. Great location to take a walk, lots of food options, and friendly staff. This facility was non-smoking in casino and if it was allowed in hotel we couldnt tell.

Prepare to walk, alot! You can rent electric wheel chairs if needed but that should tell you how much walking you do. We were a little confused on the parking but figured it out.

great centralized location, everyone was very kind and friendly; great even for family’s trying to divid up things to do for kids and adults alike.

the layout is a little difficult to understand as a newcomer, but once you familiarize yourself it’s not half as confusing as it seems.

Cherokee Tower was excellent and very clean. The walkway from our room at the Tower to the casino was fantastic, The breakfast buffet was also good. You guys have done an excellent job with your new construction.

Everything was great. I wish I could have kept the money I won. Didn't know how to fold them or didn't know how to run.

Being able to smoke in my room. Having a lifetime warranty on A ring I bought in one of the shops. The ham an Swiss sandwich from the food court is banging.

Got kicked out for 8 hrs because my dad drunk a lil to much while on his medications. Didn't like the lady working in the shop. She was a know it all, all the time kind of person.
