Country Inn & Suites by Radisson, Lake Norman Huntersville, NC

I like the location; it was close to where my friends live and it was also close to a stores and has several restaurants nearby, so you could walk to them, despite walking is not usual in the area. I like the room was spacious; it has a living room and a kitchenette. The bedroom in particular fits very well a king size bed. the shower pressure was excellent. Staff at reception was kind.The the help, i.e., dining room staff and cleaning staff were really, really nice and eager to help in your requirements.

Dinning room schedule could be extended a little bit; considering there are guests on vacation; the schedule is for people that stays in the hotel for work. Food options were very limited and almost non-existent if you have any food allergies/intolerance (gluten, dairy, etc). The suite: the bed was not firm enough, may be even sagging. I did not dare to use the coffee machine in the bedroom; it looks dirty inside, like never cleaned. Adding a shower cap to the toilleries would be a good idea. Finally, hotel may be a little of low value for the money spent.

Another out of the park stay! I travel here for work often and when I’m in Huntersville I refuse to stay anywhere else. Typically when traveling for work I’m alone but this time I brought my teenage daughter with me. She stayed at the hotel while I had a couple meetings and I felt totally safe and comfortable with her being there! I ended up having more meetings than I originally planned and asked for a late checkout so she wouldn’t be stuck with me the lady at the front desk checked with the boss, Bobby and they allowed me to have a 1 o’clock checkout! The staff really does make this place amazing! Michelle and the rest of the staff really are amazing! Top notch accommodations hot shower’s comfy bed’s great breakfast!! Thank you guys for another amazing stay!

This location was great for us. The facility was clean and the employees were very pleasant and helpful.

Really this was a nice place to stay and these are little things. The breakfast was adequate, nothing special, which is fine but it could use some fruit. The other improvement they could easily do would be to add some hooks or something to hang towels on. Hotels encourage guests to use towels more than one day which I am completely in favor of but it would be nice to have somewhere to hang them so they can dry between use.

The property was so clean and well kept. My family and I travel a lot, and a clean place to rest is a must. This property exceeded my expectations for the price.

My only con about the property is the floor surrounding the pool is extremely dangerous and slippery for little ones. My 2 little ones slipped multiple times even though they were walking slow. My 3 year old was scared after nearly hitting her head and hurting her little bottom, so we left the pool. The tiles are flat squares with no texture so it’s of course hard for feet to grip when it’s the slightest bit wet. It’s also really hard to breath in the pool area. With that said, the pool and area surrounding it was clean. It’s probably more enjoyable for older children and adults. If we stayed in the area again, we would bring swim shoes for sure.

Everyone was super accommodating and friendly. We stayed for 45 days while we were buying a house and we were happy with our stay the entire time. The location was really close to the interstate and close to plenty of restaurants and shops.

The parking lot got full on weekends and was a challenge to find a spot sometimes. And that the doors to the bedroom were removed but not updated in photos. The original reason we chose this hotel was because we were staying with our cat and wanted to be able to shut the door. when we arrived for checkin, we were told they were removed 2 years ago.

Location was excellent! Safe, well with, and very close to dining, shopping, and other activities. Hotel was clean from grounds to lobby to our room. I liked the setup of our room with a small counter with a sink outside the bathroom where I could wash water bottles and leave them to dry and load and unload our cooler into the fridge with a freezer just underneath. The Continental breakfast was the absolute best! There were ample options including proteins and low carb options which are not often as readily available at hotel breakfasts. We walked next door to have dinner at the melting pot that was in a joining parking lot. This hotel was the best one we stayed in on our trip through North Carolina!!!

awesome location quickly accessible to shopping and restaurants. grounds neatly kept and very clean. checking is was quick and front desk gentleman was very nice. I was overly pleased that within an hour of checking in I had doordashed food ate and was in the hot tub relaxing. after spending some time in the hot tub and pool went up to the room to shower and the pressure was great water lasted FOREVER. The bed was comfy the ac was cold and I slept like a baby. the room was large had a living room separate from sleeping area and it was so clean. I loved that the parking lot is well lit. traveling as a solo lady I felt safe walking through the parking lot at night when having to get something from my car.

Hospitality of the front desk staff both at check in and check out was exceptional. The room was perfect for our needs; a suite with separate sleeping sections. Of particular importance to us was that the beds were on platofrms so thatour cat could get under the bed. Just a small section at the head of the bed had to be blocked with a suicase to keep her from exploring. This was a lifesaver! The location both in its halfway position between CT and FL and itas proximity to I-77 made it a perfect place to stop. Breakfast was great as well. We will be back.

The pet fee ($35) seemed a little high for a little kitty who left no mess at all.

We had the king suite which was comfortable for 3 people. The property is also pet friendly and restaurants are within walking distance. They had a very good breakfast, better than most hotels I’ve stayed in.

There wasn’t a door on the bedroom, which didn’t leave much privacy. There charge a nightly pet fee instead of a one time pet fee, which can become expensive.

As soon as I walked into the lobby, I could smell a faint scent of bleach so I knew it would be clean!! They did not disappoint.

i had my dogs with me and one of them did find a grape underneath one of the chairs in the room. i got it away from him in time thankfully, because dogs aren’t supposed to have those. Idk how they missed that. my room was also a bit small, compared to how big my mother’s room was and we both got king bed 1 bedroom suites. i was the bride to be and everyone was getting dressed in my room, but it was tight.
