Comfortable, quiet, good location to be near family and activities. Convenient breakfast, clean breakfast area. Staff accommodated my request to be on a middle level to help mitigate planes overhead.

I did find tears in the bed sheets as well as having to fix the bathroom door handle (screws loose so simply tightened them). Bathroom door had to be propped open due to being out of balance so would always swing closed. Large pothole in the parking lot I had to work to avoid in relatives car (pothole could have damaged the small car).

Perfect for a short stay ( 1 night ) after an early flight . There is a hotel transfer to and from the airport also which was such a great service to provide ! Bed was very comfortable and the hotel obliged us to check in a lot earlier than stated as the room was available. The gym was good , very quiet and there were laundry facilities.

The gentleman that checked us in was not even a tiny bit friendly or welcoming. So much waste at breakfast , all styrofoam and plastic cutlery . Surely proper plates and cutlery could be provided and reused for years !! Pool was not in use .

Storm came thru and knocked power out for 12 hours. No A/C. Emergency lighting in the hallways wasn't working - just a few were on. We had to sleep with windows open, so it was really loud with highway traffic and airplane noise. Not the hotels fault, but we didn't get to use anything but the bed and a shower in the morning. Couldn't use the pool, internet, TV or any amenities in the room due to no power. Wasn't the hotels fault, but no offer to refund/give a credit for future use since we couldn't do much of anything.

The room is gorgeous! It was enormous and roomy, which is fantastic for a large family. Even the kitchen sink is there, so I can quickly wash the kids' bottles. Also a large counter top for me to put my things on. This hotel is a favorite among my family.

The pool was not in working order. Make sure you call and check with the front desk if the pool is working during your stay. I booked the hotel primarily for the indoor pool, which was not operational. This is why the hotel received 9 instead of 10.

It was a very good location and a very good price for that type of room.

The room phone didn't work. The staff tried to fix it but couldn't and offered to move me to another room. But I just chose to stay since I had already settled in for the evening and I had a cell phone just in case of an emergency. The staff were very nice in trying to solve the situation but would have been nice to had a room phone to contact the front desk with in case needed.

Everything was very good. Room was quite large with a mini kitchen Bed was very comfortible. Breakfast was excellent

There was no maid service, We were there twonights and did not get any housekeeping, It didn't seem like we were traveling. We came back from breakfest and our bed wasn't made and the towels were in the shower. I knew it would not be done but I was still "shocked" when it hit me that we had to make the bed and pick up the towels to let them dry.

if the planes take off in the direction of the hotel, then it is a bit noisy but it was not a problem for me But beware of rooms close to the ice maker, my room was next to it and I could not sleep for a long time because of the vibration that was from this ice maker and this was a problem for me

I was literally there 5 hours. It was just a hotel closest to the airport for a very early flight.

I read all the details about the shuttle, sent a message to verify about shuttle hours. It was never answered. When I arrived, the shuttle wasn't available for the times I needed. The front desk called me a cab for 3:30 am. He was there and I made my flight. It was a very expensive cab ride for 1.9 miles.

Everything about this hotel was great. The bedding was comfortable, the pillows were super soft, and the room itself was very spacious. I really don't have any complaints and I'd definitely book with them again. :)

For the breakfast they didn't have any turkey options. The staff did offer me chicken sausage though (so that's a plus to me). The chicken sausage wasn't good to me, but we all have different taste buds.

Awesome staff, always pleasant, always positive, always smiling. This place was very clean and exceeded all of our expectations. It was incredibly comfortable. We REALLY hated to leave!

We honestly liked everything, but if a person were to complain about something... the only thing I can think of is that if you aren't paying attention, the sound of the planes arriving and departing from the nearby airport may spook you. That being said, despite the planes flying low, directly over the hotel, even though we were on the upper floors (3rd) the sound was really muffled in the room. It was so low, you didn't notice it. Along with that, the fact that this is an "airport" hotel is obvious in the listing, so anyone considering it should already expect the planes. Again, we had NO complaints here at all!
